A young woman explained where they were located, and I headed outside to the front of the store. I only saw wooden chairs, and asked another Lowe's worker, Ann, where the plastic chairs were. She pointed right behind me! HA! Once I selected the 2 I wanted, she offered to carry them to my car. Her friendliness and caring earned an A+ from me. After putting them in the car, she walked me inside the store to the area for self checkout so I could pay for them.
