While browsing, I overheard the owner(?) tell a couple of customers before me that they had a brick & mortar shop & proceeded to give the customer a $5 off coupon for when they go in the store. Maybe I didn't spend enough money, but I was not told about the brick & mortar shop nor was I given a coupon. Maybe I'm too sensitive, but it was a pretty disappointing experience.
