    Outside Miniso 6/25/2026

6/25/2026 - Miniso just opened!!! We've been waiting. Such cute items inside the store. So clean and organized. Staffs are super nice. They have all kinds of stuff. Empty travel jars, bath sponges, cute bandages, makeup, face masks, bags, a little snacky area, key chains, stationary section, coin purses, a bunch of cutesy stuff. I like this store. No complaints. Ps... Daiso, Ross, Marshall, Target, Panda Express, Crumble Cookie, Menchies, 5 below, Michael's, Ulta, Roostars, etc are all around here. It's a cool area.

Love this Miniso location! It's bigger and they have way more stuff here than the Arden mall one. I normally don't buy stuff like this but found myself leaving the store with 3 things. Was tempted to buy so many other things too! There really is a good variety of cool and cute stuff here. There was also this specific nail polish I really liked and I regretted not buying here. I went to find it in the Arden mall Miniso but they didn't sell it there, so I had to drive all the way back to this Rancho location to buy it. Totally worth it the drive.

I'm very happy that this location opened up because who doesn't love Miniso?! Came in here because my friend had a discount with her birthday reward. This store is very dangerous because how cute everything is and I want to buy them all especially the toys and blind boxes. Ended up having to limit myself for very cheap items. Got myself one blind box of Grogu fidgets ($12.99 + $9.99 = $22.98) and a capybara toy that tails spins ($7.99)! They have so many items here like beauty supplies, snacks, and knickknacks. Line was pretty quick but can be busy. Cashiers were nice.

So far so good. All what you may expect from a grand opening. Attentive staff, clean organized, well stocked store. Multitude of different items you can purchase.

Meaning that if you're the avid collector of quirky one-of-a-kind treasures, this would be the ideal spot for you to check out. I will say that this location is in a very industrial area of Rancho Cordova as they are directly on Mercantile Dr and tucked in between Trade Center Dr and Folsom Blvd. Parking is as simple as you can imagine since this is a very desolate area surrounded by unmarked warehouses in all directions. I also wanted to say that they do have limited hours only being open Thursday-Sunday from 10am-6pm while being closed Monday-Wednesday. I came here during the afternoon on Saturday 3/7/2026 at around 3:00pm. There were only a few cars parked in front which gave me the impression the majority of those were employees vehicles. Upon entry, I was greeted by a gentleman at the main entrance. I will say that this place is quite huge with aisles and aisles of products that include kitchenware, jewelry, home decor, crafts, books, clothing, crafts, toys, handmade items, furniture, collectibles, dolls, and much more. Just about everything for sale is new and/or near-new with many items that are decades old while being distributed through the vendors. I will say that the prices are definitely on the higher end of the spectrum but as I mentioned, everything is unique and distinctive. Since I already stated the positives, I will tell you some of the negatives. During my visit which was from 3:00-3:45pm, I was literally followed by several employees. I get that they want to completely minimize shoplifters but I could see the staff giving me the stare down in the corner of my eye. This completely tarnished the overall image of my shopping experience as I am someone that doesn't like to be watched when taking my time to shop. Needless to say that I didn't buy anything but just in case you want to visit this business, that was my firsthand experience of what to expect. Finally, if the Rancho Cordova location is too out of the way, Bliss Marketplace also has locations in Midtown Sacramento (27th/R St's) as well as Roseville Square (Douglas/Harding Blvd) with the same hours of operation. They also follow the season/time of year as my visit (which was in early-March) had a lot of Easter and springtime decor. I am sure it gets very festive during the fall and Christmas season. With a nice variety of goods combined with a convenient quiet location but just okay service, I am giving the Rancho Cordova "Bliss Marketplace" an above average four star rating.

DIY wasn't realistic with our schedule, and prefabricated units didn't fit our space, so we decided to hire a contractor. After pulling bids, we were shocked by some of the prices. Then a neighbor, whose flawless backyard we admired, recommended George at Casual Elements. From our first visit, George's enthusiasm for his products, concepts, and business was clear. His pricing came in at nearly half of what we had been quoted elsewhere, yet the quality of his work is anything but "budget." Every detail of his design reflects precision, expertise, and pride in craftsmanship. We couldn't recommend George and Casual Elements more highly--their work, team, and customer care are truly outstanding.

We had heard that this was the place to go for quality, unique outdoor furniture and that they could do custom work. We arrived at CE with a muse photo of a coffee table we really liked. But it was manufactured in another country and was no longer available for purchase (and would have been too expensive to ship anyway). The owner, George, met with us, heard what we wanted, and was committed to reproducing this coffee table in exactly the dimensions we needed for our outdoor space. We also had him build a cement beverage center surround to house our outdoor refrigerator and ice maker. He delivered exactly what we wanted and it's spectacular. We also needed some outdoor wooden bar stools. He had in his showroom some beautiful wooden bar stools with seats that swivel, exactly what we needed. Our backyard remodel project turned out spectacularly, in large part because of Casual Elements. Thank you so much!

It was my first ever visit to this Daiso. That was a couple of months ago. I have been back several times since. They have a full inventory of of an average Daiso shop. For folks unfamiliar with Daiso, it is the Japanese version of the American $Tree and other like discount shops. Most items sell for $1.75 and nothing more than $5. ALL PURCHASES ARE FINAL. But what sets them apart is that Daiso sells inexpensive Sanrio themed items. Things like mini pouches, mugs, cups, hair clips, stationary, cupcake paper cups... and so on with characters of Hangyodon, Pompompurin, Cinnamoroll, Kuromi, My Melody, Hello Kitty, and the gang. Last weekend, it was warm in there. The outside temp was in the 90s. It was so muggy, I needed to cut my trip short. I bought a short handle broom and sweeping pan that snap into each other. As I was checking out, I asked the cashier if something was wrong with the air conditioning. She said it was turned on. She too must be overheated. I hope that they get the AC up and running to cool at a lower temp. The summer heat is upon us.
