I wanted to give this store 5 stars, because it's really an amazing shopping wonderland. But my main reason for coming here was because I have this extensive hobby of collecting postage stamps. I started as a child and collected stamps throughout my lifetime. I have to give my dear mom a lot of credit for this, as she supported my hobby and always saved her stamps for me. Unfortunately, having a busy life, led me to collect the stamps and put them in bags and boxes, as I kept putting off organizing them. But just recently, I finally found some time and enthusiasm to rediscover this daunting task ahead of me. I needed to purchase a whole bunch of clear stamp mounts in different sizes, which helps protect each stamp while displayed in my albums. Hobby Lobby is the first place I expected to find the crystal mounts. However, I was so disappointed to find that they had close to absolutely nothing for the serious stamp collector! No supplies except for a couple of grab bag postal stamps and some storage bags. They were focused more on coin collecting. Even a few staff members didn't quite understand what I was inquiring about. I was so hoping not to have to shop online because I prefer to support my local businesses. I must admit though, I still enjoyed the time I spent here browsing the store. They have a huge variety of merchandise from hobby items to home décor. I enjoyed browsing the aisles getting ideas and making mental notes on what they carry. You'll find candle making, soap making, painting supplies, wood working, artificial flower arrangements, jewelry creations, candy & cake decorating, wedding stuff, crocheting & knitting, fabrics, lots of household & seasonal decorations, including toys, puzzles, storage containers, gifts, nick knacks and religious supplies. You can design, cut, glue, stitch, or paint anything your imagination can come up with. But I guess the hobby of stamp collecting is a thing of the past! I feel so old...

I love going to Hobby Lobby for the variety, price, and quality. They have supplies for all craft hobbies, and I especially go for the fabric and yarn. The fabric selection is fairly big and about half the price of Joann. Bias binding only 99 cents! They have sales pretty much every other week on all items. There's a huge selection for decor with various designs. Great for teachers and classroom supplies and decor. Great selection of shelves and bins. The inside is always clean and the employees are very friendly. One of my favorite stores!

This Hobby Lobby in Elk Grove is one of the best-organized Hobby Lobby stores. The store is spotless. All items in the store are very well displayed. The minute I walked into the Hobby Lobby in Elk Grove. The store gave me an extraordinarily comfortable feel. Everything in the store is presentable and nicely displayed. It gave me the confidence to make my purchase in this store. The different departments are organized very well. I can easily find the items I want in the store. They don't have too many employees working on the sales floor. But they're very nice if you need help. The cashiers at the checkout are friendly as well. The Hobby Lobby parking lot is very safe and not very busy too. I don't have any difficulty getting a parking space in front of the store every time when I'm here.

Shared parking lot. Clean interior. Not very busy in the afternoon on a weekday. Restrooms in the back. The staff don't wear masks. There is a hand sanitizer dispenser inside the store, near the checkout. Very short line. No contactless payment. Looks like all the seasonal Easter items are gone, but anything from "The Spring Shop" is 40% off.

Great selection of art items! They had a pretty good sale on their selection too, with 50% off their Master's Touch and Fine Touch supplies. This included different media (paints, pencils, etc.) and other supplies (canvas, sketch books, etc.). They also have a few clearance sections scattered around the store. Staff was nice.

First time ever to hobby lobby and loving it! It is like a combo of my favourite store: Michaels + HomeGoods! They have a huge space and a lot of things are on sale. Their floral stuff is far more complete and realistic (and pricy) than the other store, but I think if I need fake floral this will be the stores! They also have tones of picture frames on sale, better deal than HomeGoods. They have lots of decorative stuff and mirrors, pricier than HomeGoods but I can see people will buy it from there as their inventory / style is more complete! I was surprised they have comic stuff. Those Star Wars drawers knobs are so cute! They also have the 40%!coupon for full priced items, so I got the hat for my babies :) I will return, though maybe not too soon as it is so hard to resist the temptation and not buy stuff that you don't need there!!!

This store is jam-packed and it takes a strong will to only stick to your shopping list. There is definitely an element of treasure hunting and I will absolutely assume a catcher's position to see what's on the bottom/back shelf. Lately they've had some great Le Creuset items (ceramic bakeware) that I've gotten as gifts and for my own kitchen at about half off of listed prices. They have it all for your home- cooking implements, textiles, bedding, storage solutions, furniture, decor, pet items, novelties, lamps, art, rugs, even food. While they have a lot of mass merchandised items, they do stock on occasion department store brands- Viking, All Clad, Calphalon, British and Japanese pottery, Emille Henry, Mikasa, Dansk, etc. I've snagged some great Ralph Lauren sheets here. Keep your eyes open and you will find some great deals. You definitely would be surprised how they restock and fill in areas from day to day. It's a quick look if you're in the neighborhood and might be worth your while. You may need to wait a bit in line but it's worth it. Largely a pleasant shopping experience if you can count on your reflexes when stuff falls due to the overstocked nature of the store.

We went to the location to see what they have and honestly, the store was huge and had lot of selections, not only on the vinyl planks that we got but hardwood and tiles and any flooring you can think of. Not only did they have lots of different designs, but also different thicknesses and types. Something to note. We did notice that a few of our pieces that we got were damaged and I called to see if we could return them and they said as long as it was not a large return, but they could take it back, but that if the return was going to be a large amount they would have to contact the the manufacturer. We definitely over purchased to make sure that we have enough so we're going to have boxes that are unopened to return and hopefully that goes smoothly. We did purchase our flooring on one of their payment plans of no interest for 18 months so I don't know if that plays a factor. But I will update my review once that happens! But so far we're very pleased.

Over the years, they grew in popularity and I saw the new neon signage go up and am always excited to see their next new landscaping and added features. This is a split between gardening supplies and plants. They don't have trees like your average nursery, but more of succulents, cactus, herbs, and decorative flora. They sell tons of giants pots and has an indoor shop with cute gardening knick knacks. I've purchased many cute household plants from them. I love that the space itself is decorated to give you ideas for your next project. It's a nice stroll thru paths, gazebos, and ponds/water structures. There is an annual butterfly event when the butterflies migrate and stop by the Secret Garden's many passionfruit vines. During their summer events, there's rotating vendors. I actually found my favorite coffee from a pop-up here, which now they have a brick and mortar shop downtown, Burnside Coffee. Whether you're looking for ideas or cute plants, the Secret Garden has it. Sometimes it's just nice to stroll around their grounds.
