Instead, I was told that my order had been canceled sometime around March 2026. The shocking part? No one ever informed me. No email. No phone call. Nothing. I spent months waiting for a gift that Williams Sonoma had apparently decided I would never receive. The customer service representative, Carly, was courteous and professional, and I don't blame her personally. My frustration is directed at Williams Sonoma's policies and how this situation was handled. I thought the place was empty but eventually found the employees talking in the back office. Sure enough, I found what I needed and more, and at a price that was as good or better than their competitors. 5th Street is now my restaurant supply store of choice!
