Fast forward to July 8, 2026. The promised delivery window had passed, and I still hadn't received any shipping notification. I called customer service expecting to find out where my order was. Instead, I was told that my order had been canceled sometime around March 2026. The shocking part? No one ever informed me. No email. No phone call. Nothing. I spent months waiting for a gift that Williams Sonoma had apparently decided I would never receive. The customer service representative, Carly, was courteous and professional, and I don't blame her personally. My frustration is directed at Williams Sonoma's policies and how this situation was handled. I was told the likely reason for the cancellation was that the purchase price didn't match the company's pricing history, suggesting there may have been a pricing error on the website.
