Initially it was smooth sailing although there were some minor hiccups along the way which were immediately resolved. I was reassigned Brandon as my public adjuster and it's been smooth sailing. Brandon's quick to answer any questions that arise, considerate and calm mannered. His character and dedication to DB Solomon is contagious. My case has been challenging to work with because my insurance company, like many others, has left the State of California. They're restructuring within the company. As a result, agents are training new hires. Many of whom did not know about my case because of a lack of communication within the company.
