There were five employees working and only one other customer. Despite this, not a single employee acknowledged us or offered assistance. One employee stocking utensils even nearly hit us with a cart without saying anything. As we were leaving, I told my husband we'd be purchasing the kettle directly from the manufacturer instead -- and he knew exactly why. Only after I said out loud, "not a single person," did an employee finally ask if we needed help. At that point, we declined and left. Disappointing experience from a store I've otherwise been loyal to for years. Customer service is what sets in-store shopping apart from online, and unfortunately, that was completely missing today and will be the reason I won't be shopping here anymore.
