The second time we came by was to see if maybe she was gone and we could find someone else to communicate with to buy what we wanted. Again, she was there and we received the same response. I was cash and carry, but they can probably help arrange delivery and installation options for a fee. Selection is variable and limited based on availability, so do not expect a lot of inventory. You have to come pick up yourself during limited hours but will also schedule a time if that does not work for you. There is no show room. Everything is boxed up. You have the opportunity to check things out when you come but once you leave it is pretty much as-is purchase. I have purchased 3 items and it has been a pleasant experience overall.
