I love Bath and Bodyworks go they're quite often. I forget to do a review but today I went and I have a a great review. The people there that work. There are so knowledgeable in the product and so forth I picked up my sleep, vanilla and lavender spray it is wonderful. I just sprayed it on my pillow at night before I go to sleep and it's just a wonderful fragrance and of course, all their products are wonderful. I love their soaps their lotions which I use all the time which is Japanese cherry blossom? I have used that for years so if you haven't been to Bath and Bodyworks, I suggest you go. Workers spends for time chit chatting and have clue less cashiers here. First of all Bath and Body has been very good at giving you your discount if you forgot your coupon code at home. Apparently now the worker states you they cant honor it did not know customer service, or their customer service does not apply to non anglo saxon Never come here if you either forgot your coupon. Workers are not very attentive nor knowledgeable of their own b products. Roseville Galleria and the Roseville Store by best buy is way better. I just happen to stop by here to by few items as gifts to the grand parentals lol but I wont shop here, and i know they could careless. read more

I decided to trade in two scented hand soaps that I didn't care for. The customer service was helpful and the trade took just minutes. I was sad to see that the shelves were filled with 'foam' soaps as opposed to regular hand dishes soaps. Everyone knows when you purchase' foam' soaps you're paying for half soap half water (?). Go for regular soap!! The scented candles looked tempting!! Will be back soon to get some!! read more

I don't come here often enough to know all the different product lines but I do love that they have great sales and good customer service. I use their car air freshening system after being introduced to it by my coworkers. It smells amazing and the "stress relief" scent really helps my commute. At 4 for $10, it's not a bad price either! I don't usually buy any of the lotions and anti-bacterial items because my skin is super sensitive but I have known lots of people who do use and love the Bath and Body Works products. I come here every year to get my mom candles. The customer service is always great and everyone is super friendly. It makes it easy if you go in the morning you can get in and get out quick. For anyone that hates shopping like I do you're in and out in less than 10 min if you get there when they open. I've been coming to bath and body works for a long LONG TIME. And never have I felt so mistreated in one of their stores. This is the first time I've been to this store. This sales woman was SO rude. I asked for store credit on a gifted item. And she didn't know how to do that so she seemed flustered and had to ask her Manager. I said thank you so much! And no response. Then I decided to shop and buy a candle on the sale they were having, come back in line with the same disgruntled cashier. She doesn't greet me or look at me. Like she did the customer ahead of me. I then handed her my gift card, she looked at it and said, "No, you do it!" I looked at the back of the card and then looked at her as, there was only a bar code... Not a swiping strip. She quickly realized she was wrong and started to say "oh they are all different I guess" and then took my card. What the hell? How blatantly rude!! I have never had a cashier say "No you do it!" Clearly she was annoyed that I asked for store credit and bought something with that gift card later. I gave 2 stars because the manager was very sweet and so was the greeter. I recently slammed my finger in a car door and was bleeding pretty bad, my friend ran to bath and body works and got me paper towels and the girls working all rushed to help me to the sinks and brought me an assortment of bandages and first aid. They even got me popsicle sticks to make a little splint till I could get to kaiser. So incredibly nice and quick with the situation I randomly was in (I'm okay girls, I broke my finger though!) This feels like a silly review but this is mainly a tip for Bath and Body Works customer service. The ladies in the front of the store were really nice and helpful, I found six candles that I couldn't pass up. When I switched the lid on one candle for another (the one on the original candle was smudged and scratched looking). I was followed up to the front by MULTIPLE workers who all watched me check out and the cashier didn't greet me at all, just said "I'm switching your lids that were changed (it was one lid) to the correct one" and proceeded to give me a pretty long lecture on switching the lids. You would've thought I was robbing the place from the hostile vibe I was getting. It was my bad, reasoning makes (kind of) sense, I didn't know and would be totally okay with it if I was at least approached in a better way considering the fact that I was spending over $100 just on candles Just a heads up, don't switch up the lids! And Bath and Body Works maybe train your cashiers to be a little less rude to paying customers?‍ read more

Great store. The customer service is wonderful and the 3 wick candles are amazing. They last a long time and really smell nice when burned! Love when they are 2 for $20. So worth it! Love the selection of products and the coupons they give you at checkout. My last visit the cashier was very nice. She told me if I called the number on my receipt for the survey I'd receive $10 off my next purchase which reminded me I had one of those but unfortunately I had cleaned out my wallet so I didn't have it on me. No problem she said, bring it in next time and we will give you credit for this purchase, just keep this receipt. Wow, I like that! Great experience at this B&BW. It's the location closest to work for me and I wanted to get some things done on my lunch break. I had purchased a ton of 3-wick candles during the $8.50 sale earlier this December, and had thrown away the receipt. Low and behold, a few days after my purchase, new scents came out! I brought in 3 of my still brand new candles, without receipt, and the store was able to exchange them out with no problem - they were very accommodating. I would say this was a MUCH better experience than anticipated, as I had called the Creekside store, closer to my house - to do the exchange and they gave me a very hard time indicating even if new, they would not exchange without a receipt - i asked to speak to a manager and then they said okay they'd exchange - seriously? I'm glad i went to the one in Folsom - much better experience and honest - you can tell if a candle has been used or not - it's the same product - why would the Creekside (Roseville) store even care? read more

I Came into the store to do in exchange for a different scent . The lady that help me greeted me promptly but then (didn't show treat me like a customer who was "purchasing a new item ". She rush me through picking my product and was not very helpful. There's only a few other customers in the store as well as two other associates. When I asked how am I supposed to see if I like the smell, the employee said, " that's why we have a return policy"..... I was like what, so I get home smell, touch, breath all over the products, then if I don't like it I have to now waste time and gas to drive it back to the store and return it! How is that even okay? It's Wednesday night at 7:30 and I just stepped into a bath and body Works in Folsom to purchase some candles and some nice hand soap. There were two clerks in the store who completely Ignored me. There are signs everywhere stating that it is their semi annual sale but I have no idea what that means does no one approached me to explain it and the times has a test in my annual sale. I'm assuming it means some type of a bundle deal what a been nice to know. The worst part of my experience in this store,,it is 46° outside and they have the front doors wide-open to the store... I looked at the the clerks saying excuse me to get their attention,,and asked of its possible to close the doors it is too cold to shop in here. Table they both looked at me as if to understand, They looked at each other and neither one moved to close the door or responded to me??? I doubt this company endorses leaving the front doors wide open and the heater on during 46° weather ,kind of a waste of energy. But I guess their employees don't care if they're not paying the energy bill. I left the store without purchasing the items I needed it with cross the street to look for them at another store....... read more

With all the promotions going on, it's hard not to stop in. It's a colorful, fragrant place. The products speak for itself. A+! The candles don't disappoint. This specific store is nicely situated in a large shopping plaza. Easily accessible, and I mean quick. Pop in, pop out. That's if you don't get sidetracked by other cool stuff. The staff are very friendly and always out to help. I was most impressed by how they handled the holiday rush. Not one frown on the staff and they really kept everything organized.
