Lots of parking available but could get a bit crazy on holidays and weekends. As I was walking up to the entrance, I had high hopes that I would find the one product I'm running low on: an SPF sunstick. There's a little table to the right where you place your shopping bags (if you have any from the market or food court). They also have hand sanitizer for you to use before entry. I visited on 3.6.2022 around lunch time. There were 2 ladies at the counter, none of whom greeted me. As they talked, I walked around looking at products and they did not at any time come out from behind the counter to ask if I needed assistance. I was disappointed that they did not have much product in stock. I suppose the whole covid thing may have something to do with delayed shipments and whatnot, but it was sad to see some empty shelves. After looking over everything, I walked out buying 2 things. When I got up to pay, I asked one of the ladies if they had any products from their Snail line or the sunsticks. She replied, "We're all out of those." And with that I paid and left. She wasn't very friendly and made no attempt to check on when they would be getting them. She didn't try to offer similar products either. After leaving the store, I realized I didn't even check in on Yelp, but it's all good because it wasn't worth it. Shopping experience is a night and day difference compared to Irvine Spectrum! The ladies there are always so nice and helpful. Can't say the same for this location. Will I be back? Maybe. Greeted by their sweet staff member, she recommended their Tea Tree Mask Sheets and the Bee Venom Cleansing Face Wash which is suitable for both acne and sensitive skin types. Since using the face wash I have seen some improvement and have been using a combination of the Bee Venom Emulsion Cream and Been Venom Toner samples she gave us as well. I was excited to try this product! Bee Venom surprisingly has a lot of natural health benefits, it helps gets rid of wrinkles and acne, firms up saggy skin and helps with inflammation and pain as well! Bee venom/bee sting therapy, has been around for decades, treating a variety diseases and medical issues. And this is why they're my favorite insect, don't get me started on all the health benefits of honey! I would recommend this location located inside of KP International Market and we'll be back to try more of their products. I've heard they have a nice lipstick line as well!

I haven't been inside a Kohl's for many years, and sadly after this visit, I won't be coming back for a long time either. My review here is for the Sephora INSIDE the Kohl's. There was something specific that I wanted and it showed online that they had it in stock at this store. This store is about 40 minutes from our house, so I wanted to call them first and confirm before we made the drive over. I also had a Sephora return and I wanted to confirm that I could do a return there even though I bought the item at Folsom Sephora. I called their phone number for about 4 hours, about 10 different times. Each time, the electronic voice operator greeted me, gave me options for which department (Sephora), transferred me once I made my choice, and it rang and rang and rang. EACH TIME. They never answered the phone and I was not able to crack the code to get a human being. It gave me the option to press 4 for a Sephora representative. NEVER answered the phone. I kept thinking - they must be super busy!!! So, unfortunately, we drove over there wasting gas and time.... Come to find that they DID NOT in fact have the item in stock as shown on their website. The employees could not care less. They were kind of snappy with me. "I guess there is an inaccuracy on our website" they said about the item I wanted. Also, I learned that you cannot return items there unless they were bought at another Kohls/Sephora combo. (lesson learned) There were 4-5 Sephora employees and zero customers. I thought it was odd that they never answered the phone. The employees told me that right now the Sephora there doesn't have a phone. So I'm thinking why does the phone system keep saying I'm being transferred? I talked to the store manager on my way out and he says "Yeah, we got a new phone system and none of the phones work now." That's it.....their phones don't work AT ALL. This is such horrible customer service that I can't almost believe it. There is nothing that tells the customer that you will never have your call answered. And their in stock system doesn't work either. I will not return to this store. I am a huge Sephora fan in general and I hope they will take my comments to heart.

I was worried about having an allergic reaction, so she gave me a sample first. I really liked the product and I went in there today to buy it. I also needed to find the right shade of concealer/foundation. Shaei helped me and gave me a sample to try. She recommended some other products, too. I'll definitely be back. The shop specializes in Korean beauty brands. Legit brand names such as COSRX, Haruharu Wonder, d'Alba, Green Tangerine, and Beauty of Josan to name a few. I have never been in one shop with that many K brands ranging from skincare, makeup, hair care, face masks, and beauty tools. As I say that, the inventory is not particularly large. So don't go driving out of your way and expecting a superstore mega shop. Nope. It's a small shop with a concise inventory. Friendly staff. Plus I had to take a double take because the majority of merchandise was cheaper than the e-commerce company that's named after a river in South America. Anyways, I'm stoked that this brick n mortar shop exists. I can actually test products and ask a live person for advice while stimulating our local economy.
