The store has a great selection in cards and gift items. All different price points which is appreciated and the staff was friendly.

Love, love, love the Hallmark stores!!! But this 1 is 1 of my favorites!!! It's a big store that's stuffed with all sorts of great presents for yourself or friends/family!!! We were greeted right away & asked if we needed any help finding anything. We didn't need any help, but I appreciate the offer!!! They had their Christmas's ornaments up!!! We took our time browsing thru the store!! Some items r reasonably priced, while others make me wish I was a rich gal who could afford 2 spend whatever I want cause their items r superb!!! read more

Location is in a shopping plaza so I'm always checking out other stores as well. Plenty of parking. The store is a lot bigger than the local Elk Grove one I'm used to. They always seem well stocked whereas the Elk Grove one has had some empty spaces where cards should be. Was greeted immediately and was asked if we needed assistance. They helped point me in the right direction for the type of card I was looking for. Definitely would make the drive out here again! read more

This store is in the middle of a very nice shopping plaza so it was great to pop in while doing other shopping. The store is very large and spacious. They had so many walls of cards and other merchandise as well. It took some time to select our cards and items because there was so much to pick from! This is an incredible shop that offers the most amazing selection of greeting cards and wide selection of gifts for all occasions. I came here looking for a greeting card and thoughtful gift for a first holy communion, and voila, this store was like striking a gold mine. They had everything imaginable for both boys and girls first communion. Additionally, they had a plentiful selection of stimulating gifts for moms and dads, grandparents and friends. Came in here yesterday looking for baby shower invitations and birthday cards as well. Right away we were greeted by the gentleman and asked if we needed any help finding anything. They have some beautiful things in here and an amazing selection of cards as well. If you are part of their rewards program they have free cards on some Fridays, that was pretty cool! During checkout the woman who helped my mom even went over and showed her which cards were the free ones and even though there was a line she never made her feel rushed at all, she was very friendly and outgoing as well. After waiting in two lines both outside and inside the store for the after Christmas sale, I'm told at the checkout stand that the Star Trek Christmas Tree Topper is not part of the Christmas sale because they intend on selling it at regular price for another year. I'm a loyal Hallmark card purchaser and started coming here when I moved to Folsom a year ago. Everyone is friendly and willing to help. There's a large selection of gift items, too, for that time when you need something special but don't have the time to run all over the place...soaps, candles, lotions, glassware, house items...Hallmark does cost a bit more for those types of things (at least for my budget), but I have purchased many beautiful gifts in addition to the "zillions" of cards I buy. :) read more

I went into this store the other day and the atmosphere was very tense. While the employee tried to be polite and helpful I could tell something was off. It did not feel friendly. I could not put a specific identifier on what the issue was but it seemed like the employee was almost scared to be there. read more

Located in Suite 300 next to an Aaron Brothers and next to a hobby shop in bustling Folsom. This Hallmark is a Gold Crown and I can see why. It is a super place to buy a unique gift. They have everything from the essentials like cards and wrap to specialty items for kids and adults to scarves, chocolates, decorations, journals, photo albums, puzzles and more. Multiple salespeople check on you on your visits. They explain what's likely to come in or not and look for stuff with you if you need help. Quick and friendly too at the registers. They celebrate and sell items for most holidays too not just the major ones. If you need a pretty present pronto pop on in. It is a bit pricey but watch for coupons and become a preferred member. read more

Today was a sad day, I came into the store hoping to purchase a limited edition over priced ornament and cards for my Dads birthday, I grab the items get in line to pay and wait patiently, as a 80 yr old continues to talk to the sales women, I stand for another 5 min, I'm still waiting and another women comes up to pay, an employee comes up and tells the Caucasian women she can help her check out, I've been standing here for 7 min now which seems long when no one has given you eye contact or acknowledging you're in line. She takes the other women and DOES NOT, I REPEAT DOES NOT say anything to me. At this point I'm offended, pissed off and irritated. I'm finally helped which seemed like eternity, I tell the clerk I have been waiting and the other employee took the other woman when I was next in line. I usually don't make a fuss about this stuff and brush it off but it's upsetting when you clearly have been waiting and no one cares. When the cashier let the women know, they both apologize and I pretty much gave them the cold shoulder. Wonderful store with so many nice things, I could be in there all day. The whole store was clean and wonderful, making it a great place to escape to on a hot day. The young man and woman were very nice and a pleasure to talk to. They helped me find all the ornaments I needed and I even bought a few I wasn't planning on because the variety the store offers is vast, I love it. read more
