First time shopping here! Didn't care for their clearance racks at all, but I found that they had a…read morenice selection of work/casual slacks and jewelry. Really appreciated the sales associate that helped me out today.. so friendly, I even signed up for a credit card. I love Ann Taylor and Ann Taylor Factory for work clothes and I still prefer those stores over Loft, but I felt that this location was clean, staff was friendly and it wasn't over-crowded at all. The fitting rooms were spacious too.

There's even a little free library in section B located near the candy store. The main place to go for food is Auntie Annie's which has pretzels. There's a candy store and a cafe too. They also have food trucks. They have a small arcade with a decent selection of games that can be enjoyed by all ages. It's located near the toy store which also has games for children and teenagers to play. The sales here are not as great as they used to be. Some stores will only have good deals certain times of the year such as back to school season. Aeropostale and Vanz sometimes have great deals and clearance prices. I got a dress from Aeropostale about 8 years ago for $11. A few years ago, I got a cute knit sweater for $20. The hot topic store usually only has the bogo 30% sale. The staff in these stores are usually really friendly and helpful. The outlets are located right by the iron point light rail stop. Parking here on weekends can be tricky as the parking lot does fill up.

She said the employee inside was on the phone the entire time. She can easily get influenced to buy a product so I'm sure if that lady was off the phone & helped her I'm sure she would have purchased it! That's good I saved on money! Heehee..it's a good thing she waited bc she just saw it online as it was on sale at 50% off!! Now she's glad she waited. I taught her patience is a virtue. Right?

We decided to go in and "look" because she already had her prom dress that she wore to her bfs prom. I wanted something bigger, something with more sparkles and and jaw dropping effect. It's her last dance after all . She tried on so many but when she tried her dress it was such an obvious choice it was absolutely stunning. The associates were friendly and very helpful. While we were trying on the dresses there was not another customer in the store. And this is on a Sunday! They do get a lot of walkers who just walk in to 'look' at the pretty dresses but that does not mean you limit a genuine shopper. I have several events & galas coming up so wanted to purchase many dresses but only got 1. If they let me try more I would have purchased more, but oh well. Also throughout the time the 2 women who were working at the store were talking in their language. I could tell they were mad at us and gossiping. So bummed and because of this I will not be coming back here again.

Currently the women's inventory seems to be centered around an urban western theme. Fringe faux leather jackets, poncho shawls, duster jackets, and oversized button up shirts. I am too square to carry off any of that. However not to fear, they do have other clothing that do not fall under this theme. Another thing to note is the current inventory barely has any petite sizes.

Be very careful about reading the contract before consigning your clothing. I should have insisted…read moreI received back my clothing that didn't sell during contracted time frame. I went into store to use my consignor credit after contract ended and several pieces that were labeled as "donated" on Ricochet were still on the floor for sale. If I would have known this would be the case at contract end (that my pieces would continue to be monetized after the contract ended) and not be donated to the charity mentioned at signing, I would of insisted my items were returned to me. Not cool. In response: Is this procedure of continuing to sale items after contract ends in the contract? I would suggest that, if it is not, it be added so consignor is aware on signing. It makes for better optics when a consignor sees both their item as " donated" on ricochet ( by mistake) and "for sale" after contract ends. To prevent future confusion, you might provide a copy of the contract -- either a hard copy or digital--so they can refer to it for all those items that you don't " prioritize" . In response: Absolutely positive my items by being, for instance, a pair of NWT Eileen Fisher denim pants in a 3x size. Check it. Those will be consigned under Amy Hanak.
