Big discounts and a wide selection. System was down for a bit but the cashier was very kind and apologetic.

    Review Highlights - Gap Factory

I can almost always walk into the Gap outlet now and find at least a few items that I really like.

In the spirit of paying it forward after a poor customer service experience at their sunrise mall…read morelocation we encountered the exact opposite at the Folsom Outlet location. Upon entering the store we were greeted, asked if we needed help and processed our online return right away. The store associate also went to the backroom to see if they had the same Santa slippers we had purchased for our infant son. Unfortunately the sizes didn't match but the effort to save a sale was very much appreciated. It doesn't take much for good customer service and I can see why one location is thriving while the other is closing.

Deals on deals on racks!…read more For the most part the store is clean but during Holidays it can be a hot mess! I like to go through the clearance racks first and then spread out from there. The basic leggings are always a good/reasonable price so I always grab some since my girls love how comfy they are. Besides the leggings I usually grab a bunch of $6 skinny or bootcut jeans, cute graphic tees, and school uniforms. The store has (2) price check machines that either both don't work or it's one or the other which sucks because you have to ask them for pricing or be surprised when you ring it up at checkout. I like that the staff is always conscious of customers, greeting and thanking people for shopping at their store. CP employees are always stocking or cleaning but will drop everything to help you or ring you up. I don't think I've ever seen more than (2) employees working too. I find the best parking would be by Dressbarn or the side lot by Natoma Station Dr/Adidas store. I often find myself on different occasions either walking out spending hundreds of dollars for bags filled of deals or as little as nothing at Children's Place. So it can be a hit or miss but I do shop at other stores too so it's never a "for nothing" situation for me if I make the trip here from South Sac. Oh yeah, sign up for their rewards program to earn points (1 pt per $1 spent) and definitely try to earn those Place Cash coupons to lower out of pocket costs!

I had the best experience at once upon a child citrus Heights store! From the moment I walked in,…read morethe staff was so welcoming, helpful, and genuinely kind. They made the whole selling process super easy and stress free. I was able to sell a lot of my kids' clothes and was really happy with the price I received. And of course, I couldn't leave without shopping! I have a 3 year old and a newborn, so finding great quality items at such good prices was amazing. I truly shopped till I dropped and walked out with so many cute finds for both of my little ones. It's such a great feeling to give your kids gently loved items while also making some money back. I'll definitely be coming back and recommending this place to other moms!

I rarely leave reviews, but this was genuinely one of the worst customer service experiences I've…read moreever had. I called ahead before bringing in a huge load of baby items and specifically asked questions so I wouldn't waste my time. At no point did anyone explain how absurdly picky they are about items needing to look basically brand new. If someone had simply told me they reject anything with even minor staining, I would have cleaned things beforehand or not wasted hours hauling multiple strollers, bags of baby items, and equipment into the store. They ended up buying almost nothing, which already made the trip a complete waste of time. Then, during the chaos of reloading everything back into my car, I accidentally left behind a very expensive stroller worth around $450. When I realized it, I called immediately trying to resolve it. Instead of anyone being remotely helpful, I got nothing but "that's our policy." The manager later contacted me days afterward only to repeat the exact same script. Apparently he "looked at the cameras" and "talked to staff," yet somehow nobody knows where the stroller went. Meanwhile another employee had already told me someone took it to the donation area. So which is it? The bigger issue is the complete lack of accountability, communication, and critical thinking from management. A good manager tries to solve problems. This guy just hid behind policy and offered zero actual help. Most of the staff were rude, dismissive, and acted like customers were an inconvenience. Avoid this location entirely unless you enjoy wasting your time, being treated poorly, and potentially having your property disappear with nobody willing to take responsibility.
