Didn't find what I'm looking for. Came four times already. Not much selection for preemie/newborn. Also tried online as well.

Upon entering the store we were greeted, asked if we needed help and processed our online return right away. The store associate also went to the backroom to see if they had the same Santa slippers we had purchased for our infant son. Unfortunately the sizes didn't match but the effort to save a sale was very much appreciated. It doesn't take much for good customer service and I can see why one location is thriving while the other is closing.

The basic leggings are always a good/reasonable price so I always grab some since my girls love how comfy they are. Besides the leggings I usually grab a bunch of $6 skinny or bootcut jeans, cute graphic tees, and school uniforms. The store has (2) price check machines that either both don't work or it's one or the other which sucks because you have to ask them for pricing or be surprised when you ring it up at checkout. I like that the staff is always conscious of customers, greeting and thanking people for shopping at their store. CP employees are always stocking or cleaning but will drop everything to help you or ring you up. I don't think I've ever seen more than (2) employees working too. I find the best parking would be by Dressbarn or the side lot by Natoma Station Dr/Adidas store. I often find myself on different occasions either walking out spending hundreds of dollars for bags filled of deals or as little as nothing at Children's Place. So it can be a hit or miss but I do shop at other stores too so it's never a "for nothing" situation for me if I make the trip here from South Sac. Oh yeah, sign up for their rewards program to earn points (1 pt per $1 spent) and definitely try to earn those Place Cash coupons to lower out of pocket costs!

Crazy but true. And it might be basic, but I love The Gap. Solid construction, soft fabrics, lots of cotton. If you're having "power surges" aka hot flashes it is so important to have breathable fabric, am I right? Today I stopped at the outlet to see what was on the racks. You have to walk a ways so be prepared. Those who use mobility aids need to be aware of the cobblestone like streets that abut the sidewalks leading to your destination. The accessibility of the mall could use some improvement. There are no restrooms in stores in the outlet, but I've had the unfortunate experience of using the public facilities here and 109% do not recommend. Isolated, remote, creepy. However, on to the Gap here. They have had a nice refresh/remodel since I was here a couple years ago, but I was a bit lost at first. The new light and bright dressing rooms are an asset. Staff circulating on the sales floor were helpful and asked if I needed help or a tote to carry my try-ons several times. I tried on about 12 items and hit success with 4 so, a nice 33.3% success rate. I hit the jackpot in their clearance racks- snagged a beautiful gauze summer dress, a sky blue blue button down, a western- type denim shirt with snaps, and a super soft ringer T for a mere $4. The total with tax came to $80. They have ample seasonal selections for women, kids, and men. They also have deep discounts on non seasonal items- I saw some adorable trench and puffer coats so keep your eyes out. They offer a good selection in extended sizes- I wear an XL or XXL and they always gave ample offerings, not an afterthought. Check-out was smooth. Overall a fun little trip to get some new favorites. I don't know if they'll last as long as the raincoat from the 80's, but here's hoping!

They made the whole selling process super easy and stress free. I was able to sell a lot of my kids' clothes and was really happy with the price I received. And of course, I couldn't leave without shopping! I have a 3 year old and a newborn, so finding great quality items at such good prices was amazing. I truly shopped till I dropped and walked out with so many cute finds for both of my little ones. It's such a great feeling to give your kids gently loved items while also making some money back. I'll definitely be coming back and recommending this place to other moms!

I walked in two of the employees there looked at me as I walked in. Neither one of them greeted me. No one said a word so I turned around and walked out. How rude. Unacceptable. And I've been at this location before where other employees have greeted everyone walking in, willingly answer questions and just had an overall good energy. Not these women and not today. Very unfortunate.
