    Came here to get minime a pair of black vans with tiny flowers. End up getting mine- ooo black leather slip on and the sales items (my kid's) was anothe half off that price. Came about 96 with tax for two pairs of vans. Not bad I should say. Helpful and friendly service from the staffs. Thank you. Piranhas! Sale! Sale! Sale! 34 n above for shoes, not bad for Vans. But it was so packed like sardines in a can. Good choices still despite the crowd. If you got kids who wants to be up to par with trend, go for sales like this. Nothing to complain. The store is clean, filled with shoes, clothings and bags and what not... staffs are helpful and friendly. Still have time to welcome those who just entered the door while ringing in the items at the cashier's counter. What, Monday's alover?

    A fabulous array of Vans for the entire family at terrific prices. The staff, each and every one, is even more so fabulous and go above & beyond to ensure customers feel welcomed and tended to. Jillian, as well as everyone else, was phenomenal. Thank you!

    Kohl's has become impossible to shop with their Kohl's cash (KC) scheme. Even though you may have…read more$10 in KC, the value of that certificate is only $5 and the reason is that you cannot apply the 40% discount if you are paying with KC and you don't earn any KC. The place where they get you is if you buy $50 worth of products and receive $10KC and spend it, when you return the $50 item, they deduct the full face value of $10KC even though its value is much less than that. Effectively they are trying to have you not return an item or stiff you on the return. This has always been the case - nothing new. However, what is new is that now returning products bought with KC is a horrendous. I bought something with KC and tried to return it. The cashier scanned my transaction bar code and basically Kohl's computer refused to find my return item. And the cashier got all uppity and said that it is a Kohls.com problem and they have to resolve it. So while in the store, I called Kohls.com and now the Kohls.com lady was trying to get rid of me by basically saying that this is what you need to tell the cashier. I didn't want to be the sardine in the middle going back and forth and I insisted that the cashier and Kohls.com lady talk to each other and even then they could not resolve anything. This took a t good 35-40 minutes. Then the Kohls.com lady asked for the manager. First the uppity cashier didn't want to call the manger since she "knew it all". But anyways the manager comes in and the same problem. Then the manager says that because the item was just picked up, the computers haven't synced up and if I came another day, issue would be resolved and I can ask staff to call her if it is not. So I go a few days later - same problem - can't return the item. So I tried to short circuit by asking the cashier to call the manger. This cashier was actually very nice - she knew how to provide good customer service. But the manager was on vacation. Anyways they called the assistant manager and in the end, they ended up doing a receipt-less return since I told them that I was not looking forward to coming in a 3rd time for a return. So while Kohl's claims returns are easy - they are not - I did not enjoy an hour of of my life wasted in just trying to do a return. This company is all messed up under the new management and my family is pretty much done with Kohl's and KC after I finish the credit that I received for my return. Would not be surprised if Kohl's doesn't exist in a couple of years if they don't fix their issues.

    Ordered my daughters cap and gown for graduation 8 months before graduation. Less than 2 months…read morebefore graduation I started contacting them since she had not received them even though other kids at her school that ordered months later had recieved them. They told me she could borrow one from the school and I told them that that is not acceptable since I had paid for it 8 months ago. Finally got them to send it after multiple calls and and then they finally realized they never did send it even though they kept saying that they did. When she finally got it they sent her the wrong color so she ended up having to borrow one. Couldn't even wear the one we purchased at her graduation since they had screwed absolutely everything up and they don't care. Jostens use to be such a great company when i was in school always making sure everything was right and on time. I will never ever ever ever ever spend money on this horrible company that don't even care about the fact that high school graduation only happens once. I've also heard several parents complain about this exact same thing this year. I hope jostens goes under and someone else opens a new company that actually cares about the kids making there graduation memorable instead of making it fall apart. Thank you jostens for lying to us repeatedly, telling me it was my fault that they didn't get the order out on time and not caring to send the proper order to make sure she had a good graduation.     So, I've been trying to contact the Rep who's handling all graduation Cap & Gowns...etc. My…read moredaughter only takes 3 classes at her High School and leaves by 11:00 in the morning. Apparently, the Rep came at lunch. Considering, I work there was no way I could get back to the school to make any purchases. I contacted the school to see if the Rep was still there and was told, no. I was then given a number and email address for Ken who is the Jostens Representative for my daughter's school. I had a few questions before i placed my order and Ken would either no reply back to my email or if he did, it was generic reply that had absolutely nothing to do with the questions I've asked. Not only do I need to order Cap & Gown, but my daughter wants a letterman jacket and a few extra items that, I planned on getting everything my daughter wanted. I still have yet for Ken to still answer my questions without robotic idiotic responses. Therefore, I will only be ordering my daughter's Cap & Gown from this less than professional business and I'll have everything made from a more professional and reputable company. I wish I didn't have to order anything from Jostens, PERIOD! I've even contacted the call center and they are of our help since it's on Ken to help the customers. If I can rate -10 I would. I don't know why school's pick the most unprofessional businesses to give business to. Instead of spending hundreds of $$$ here all they will be getting is $82.00 for the Cap & Gown. I'd definitely wouldn't recommend buying any class rings from them either from personal experience. Ken, if you're reading this. Be more professional and respond to messages and call when it comes to business responding with things that don't answer my questions, please do better otherwise, you're in the wrong occupation and be lazy isn't acceptable.
