The regular staff is fine, the lady who was working was very nice and pleasant, but the old guy who I believe owns the place needs to not be in the store, ever. I tried on a pair of shoes and while walking and turning in them he says to me, "I hope you're planning on buying those because you're creasing the hell out of them". Dude, if walking and doing some turns renders your shoes unsellable then you have a problem. The guy is just rude. I've been to the store before and he was rude every time before too. His attitude is one of "are you going to buy anything? If not then get the hell out". In fact in my previous visit I didn't buy anything just because of his attitude. I did buy the shoes because they aren't easy to find. But I seriously considered continuing my search and finding them somewhere else. I seriously didn't want him to make any money from me, that's how much he irritated me, and I get along with mostly everyone. So in conclusion, the store is great but the old guy running the place will probably be rude to you, make you feel uncomfortable and make comments that will make you want to leave the store as fast as possible.

There's a good variety of stores from Nike and Adidas, to Hot Topic, gaming stores, a coffee shop, perfume, options for kids and more. I like that they bring in local options that add variety to the shopping and dining. I had a few questions before i placed my order and Ken would either no reply back to my email or if he did, it was generic reply that had absolutely nothing to do with the questions I've asked. Not only do I need to order Cap & Gown, but my daughter wants a letterman jacket and a few extra items that, I planned on getting everything my daughter wanted. I still have yet for Ken to still answer my questions without robotic idiotic responses. Therefore, I will only be ordering my daughter's Cap & Gown from this less than professional business and I'll have everything made from a more professional and reputable company. I wish I didn't have to order anything from Jostens, PERIOD! I've even contacted the call center and they are of our help since it's on Ken to help the customers. If I can rate -10 I would. I don't know why school's pick the most unprofessional businesses to give business to. Instead of spending hundreds of $$$ here all they will be getting is $82.00 for the Cap & Gown. Loked around most of the store to get a sense of everything, amd eventually settled on trying out several different crew necks and a quarter zip. I didn't decide to get everything here bit did decide on the an olive green crewneck sweater for myself. And a black ahort sleeve athletic t-shirt for my son. Multiple staff were very helpful. One male staff member in the floor was also able to provide a better description of sweaters I asked about and their differences. Which would help me describe them to someone else if they were to ask which ones I was interested in. A female staff member who helped me with the fitting room, also helped me at the counter. And told me abojthe extra savings on my purchases if I signed up for their free Ralph Lauren account. A 10% additional discount for a few moments of my time was definitely worth it. And Ralph Lauren also supports veterans and had another discount for service members, which I never expect but am really appreciative of. Out the door I think I saved about 50% on my purchases, which the sweater already being 30% off. And the additional discounts saved me another 20%. Overall: Great experience at this location, and I really appreciated their thanks to service members and their additional deals for them.
