I tried on a pair of shoes and while walking and turning in them he says to me, "I hope you're planning on buying those because you're creasing the hell out of them". Dude, if walking and doing some turns renders your shoes unsellable then you have a problem. The guy is just rude. I've been to the store before and he was rude every time before too. His attitude is one of "are you going to buy anything? If not then get the hell out". In fact in my previous visit I didn't buy anything just because of his attitude. I did buy the shoes because they aren't easy to find. But I seriously considered continuing my search and finding them somewhere else. I seriously didn't want him to make any money from me, that's how much he irritated me, and I get along with mostly everyone. They also have food trucks. They have a small arcade with a decent selection of games that can be enjoyed by all ages. It's located near the toy store which also has games for children and teenagers to play. The sales here are not as great as they used to be. Some stores will only have good deals certain times of the year such as back to school season. Aeropostale and Vanz sometimes have great deals and clearance prices. I got a dress from Aeropostale about 8 years ago for $11. A few years ago, I got a cute knit sweater for $20. The hot topic store usually only has the bogo 30% sale. The staff in these stores are usually really friendly and helpful. The outlets are located right by the iron point light rail stop. Parking here on weekends can be tricky as the parking lot does fill up.

I still have yet for Ken to still answer my questions without robotic idiotic responses. Therefore, I will only be ordering my daughter's Cap & Gown from this less than professional business and I'll have everything made from a more professional and reputable company. I wish I didn't have to order anything from Jostens, PERIOD! I've even contacted the call center and they are of our help since it's on Ken to help the customers. If I can rate -10 I would. I don't know why school's pick the most unprofessional businesses to give business to. Instead of spending hundreds of $$$ here all they will be getting is $82.00 for the Cap & Gown. One male staff member in the floor was also able to provide a better description of sweaters I asked about and their differences. And told me abojthe extra savings on my purchases if I signed up for their free Ralph Lauren account. A 10% additional discount for a few moments of my time was definitely worth it. And Ralph Lauren also supports veterans and had another discount for service members, which I never expect but am really appreciative of. Out the door I think I saved about 50% on my purchases, which the sweater already being 30% off. And the additional discounts saved me another 20%.
