Adj: nice Kohl's Dept store, organized and good service…read more Haven't been at this Kohl's dept in some time now, but needed some new clothes for the hubs so came to check things out. Store is going through some seasonal changes so some shelves and racks are empty, but most of the store is nicely organized and shelved. Women's sections now feature more brands than before like Nine West, besides their own brands like Sonoma and Croft & Barrel, both of which also have men's clothes and shoes. Halloween items were out already, and the empty shelves were about to be filled with Christmas items. Hubby tried on some clothes in the fitting room and it was clean in there, self service. The check out was pretty quick and easy although there was a bit of a line. With coupons and Kohl's cash, shopping here can be reasonably good with discounts. But like everywhere else, retail prices are high. Overall, a nice store, they have maintained it pretty well. Clothes, shoes, some everyday home items, and daily necessities, as well as gifts and some toys can all be found here so it's a pretty comprehensive dept store.

The store was organized pretty well, some things were out of sorts a bit , again because it's the holidays season ! The selections were ok and they had decent sale prices ! The best thing about my visit was my cashier Stefany M. , she was super friendly, which is so rare these days ! The best customer service I've had in a LONG time! While I was in line , I noticed something was wrong with the package of rhinestone handled make up brushes I was purchasing for a birthday gift , when I reached the counter and was greeted, I told her I was really disappointed.. She told me to hold on and she went over personally and looked in the area to try and find me another one ! That made me feel good , she took a little while to look around , she thought it was important that I leave the store happy and satisfied! She wasn't able to find another, however she opened the package I had and help me adjust the brushes so they were all uniformed , the package wasn't defective the brushes just needed to be readjusted. Today, I went to a different Burlington location (since I was in the area) to return it. I explained the issue to the employee, but she rudely told me that I had to go back to the original store where I bought it and that they don't accept returns at her location. I told her I had purchased it just yesterday and that it's impossible to know if an item is defective without trying it. Despite this, she refused to process the return. I then asked her to write her name on the receipt so I could speak to a manager or someone higher up. Instead, she wrote something unclear. This has been a very disappointing experience. Because of this, I've decided this will be my last time buying electronic items from Burlington. I can accept lower quality for the price I pay, but receiving a used or broken item is not acceptable.

The Japanese snacks are probably my favorite thing to get there,such unique flavors of chips and candy. I also love all the ramen selection available at this store. Another thing they have here is great bowl selection. I've redone all the bowls in my house with bowls from Daiso. They aren't very expensive either and pretty high quality. The employees here are always friendly.

I went in to get my bridesmaid dress altered and hemmed. She completed the service by the date she had told me it would be done. Roughly a week. I went to pick it up after work so I didn't try on the dress. I tried on the dress at home and the bottom was uneven, left side was longer than the left side of the dress. The top was too tight and I could barely lift my arms ups. I would recommend any ladies that need their dresses altered or hemmed, to stretch & lift arms to make sure you will be comfortable doing things.
