They carried many beautiful clothes, shoes, accessories, and household items. I had an excellent first-time shopping experience with this new Nordstrom Rack store. The customer service in the store is the same as the other Nordstrom Rack stores. The employees are polite, and the checkout is fast despite the long line. The prices of most of the name-brand items they have in stock are better than the full-service department stores. I found more good deals in this new store than in other Nordstrom Rack stores in town. I don't know it will be always this way or it is because of a new store promotion. The store is busy, and it is the perfect time they're open during the Holiday season!

There have been many times where I've found makeup products that I like and when I opened it, it is usually damaged and salvaged. For once I didn't struggle to go through the shoe aisle. Usually, there are shoes on the floor; easy for someone to trip and their shopping cart getting stuck. And the shoes are actually organized correctly by their shoe sizes. They are low on staffs, even during the weekend. Long lines and slow staffs. You have to be patient during checkout. I found a few work attires (decent brand name like Anne Klein) for less than $10 each, so I was super stoke. Typically, I find one item and leave, but I was lucky at this store and left with a few bags full of clothes.

I, a customer that was legitimately buying something from this store, just needed a just a shirt and needed it to be a quick purchase. Ugh! Was I ever in the WRONG place. First of all they have lots of merchandise but no one is in the store. And then there's one lady and security guard holding down the fort. That's it! So I wait for the only two occupied dressing rooms to be empty-side note I never see them unoccupied. Mind you this is supposed to be a quick trip. I wait a good 5-8 minutes. Nothing. So I find a mirror and try on my clothes in front of it-thankfully I had a tank top on to try on clothes. Then I find what I was looking for, went to the cashier area and there's a line of people because no self checkouts and one person running the store. Just a barebones operation. At this point just close down because you don't staff your stores with enough employees to keep the customer happy and you treat every customer like a criminal. Who wants to shop in a store like that??

That's because you are in a boutique honey and you can tell that the owners Abe and Val put a lot of care into the items and how the store is presented. There is something for every kind of style and they carry all kinds of brands including high end luxury brands. They not only have pieces in-store but you can shop online and even during their live shows hosted on their social media platforms. They have top tier customer service and everyone who's ever helped me is always pleasant, positive people that go above and beyond to help. The parking lot of the where it's located is one way in and one way out so you will need to enter in the driveway closest to the Tupelo coffee shop and exit the driveway on the other end of the lot. It's in a great area, so if you want to shop, go have food and drinks, you have lots of options even within walking distance making it a a great day out!

The staff were really helpful in helping me find a certain dress and jacket for my daughter. They even checked the back to see if they were able to find what I was looking for. The cashiers were really friendly too when we checked out. The store was a little disorganized because customers just throw their unwanted items everywhere. I don't think there was enough staff to help fold and organize clothes.. so some tables of clothes were a bit messy. We will definitely be back though. They usually have a great sale and usually offer super cash (coupons after you spend a certain amount for another visit)

She asked Jamesha if she could adjust the price, but Jamesha responded dismissively and with a hostile attitude, saying no. She added that she would have offered 10%, but since 20% was already mentioned, she wasn't going to do more, and shrugged with attitude. I was taken aback by her demeanor. She maintained a confrontational stance throughout. When the sales associate pointed out the large rip again, Jamesha said she saw it but didn't care, stating, "She can take it or leave it. I'm standing on it." Both the associate and I were left puzzled by the interaction. As a manager, Jamesha's handling of the situation reflected poor customer service, a lack of professionalism, and a concerning attitude. I hope the store considers finding someone better suited for a leadership role, as this kind of behavior is not acceptable in a customer-facing position.

When I was walking out they said thanks for shopping there and good bye . They all said it again the security and the lady cashier . I felt very welcome. Visiting from out of state my sister and I wanted to hit up downtown sac for some boutiques and…read morethrifts. We came across Wild Poppy Co. and stepped in to check them out. The lady working, Summer, immediately greeted us while finishing up her chat with some other shoppers. Once they left it was only my sister Jamie and I remaining in the shop. Summer approached with the typical ice breaking questions...."how are you? What are you shopping for?" Our response "Good, thank you, we're only looking." As we were thumbing threw hangers, anything my sister touched Summer was right there to size and style her. Grabbing more than what my sister was looking at and setting up a dressing room for her. Anytime Jamie would ask me something, Summer would answer for me while piling more clothes into the dressing room Summer decided she needed. Fast forward to cashing out, Jamie ended up with 6 items, 2 of the items she was unsure of and felt pushed into getting. But figured she'll return them if needed. Three days later Jamie decides she wants to return the two items, so we head back down to Wild Poppy Co. We get there, we're at the register with the owner of Wild Poppy Co. Everything was cool until the owner pulled out a gift card. Jamie hesitated a little and asked if she could get her money back. Leaving in two days to fly back to the east coast, a gift card was not useful for her. And buying more of their product didn't sit comfortably with either of us. The owner explained their return policy (10 days to return an item and money spent on that item you will get back on a gift card) and when Jamie had shared that wasn't part of Summers conversation with us, the Owner reassured us (gaslight tf outta of us) that "Summer is usually really good at telling people the return policy." It was obvious that we both were uncomfortable in the lack of regard provided by the owner. Jamie left with a gift card to a store that neither of us, and hopefully others, will not be returning to. If mean-girls from high-school is your vibe, this is your store!
