If you order from them online, and you need to select a store for pick up, this is one of the easiest stores to pick your purchases up from. There's plenty of free parking, and the staff will have you in and out of the store and record time. Unless you are me... then you will immediately gravitate towards the latest and greatest, and you'll find yourself shopping and replenishing your wardrobe. They are low on staffs, even during the weekend. Long lines and slow staffs. You have to be patient during checkout. I found a few work attires (decent brand name like Anne Klein) for less than $10 each, so I was super stoke. This store is right on Del Paso in Natomas, easy to get to from I-5 or 80 coming either way. Right away, I noticed that this Kohl's is in pretty good shape. I think it's better kept than the ones in Elk Grove that I usually go to for clothes. Seasons are changing and as I entered, I noticed some empty racks and some shelves getting reset, but most of the store is still plenty stocked packed with choices. I beelined to the men's denim section as I was looking for some new jeans, after trying out a few pair, I picked out a pair that was a good fit and they were on sale too, score. It's odd to me, but it seems the overall trend is to have other retail stores in a dept store, so this Kohl's has a Sephora in it. I'm sensitive to fragrance so walking past that store was too much, but at least it's closer to the women's section so I wasn't bothered too much. All in all, going to Koh's not too bad, I like their clothes, shoes, socks and backpack selections, those are mostly the items I look for when I come here and it's also an easy way to grab some gifts for kids as they have a good sized toy section and books and some electronics and gift food items near the checkout area. Store is going through some seasonal changes so some shelves and racks are empty, but most of the store is nicely organized and shelved. Women's sections now feature more brands than before like Nine West, besides their own brands like Sonoma and Croft & Barrel, both of which also have men's clothes and shoes. Halloween items were out already, and the empty shelves were about to be filled with Christmas items. Hubby tried on some clothes in the fitting room and it was clean in there, self service. The check out was pretty quick and easy although there was a bit of a line. With coupons and Kohl's cash, shopping here can be reasonably good with discounts. But like everywhere else, retail prices are high. Overall, a nice store, they have maintained it pretty well. Clothes, shoes, some everyday home items, and daily necessities, as well as gifts and some toys can all be found here so it's a pretty comprehensive dept store.

She maintained a confrontational stance throughout. When the sales associate pointed out the large rip again, Jamesha said she saw it but didn't care, stating, "She can take it or leave it. I'm standing on it." Both the associate and I were left puzzled by the interaction. As a manager, Jamesha's handling of the situation reflected poor customer service, a lack of professionalism, and a concerning attitude. I hope the store considers finding someone better suited for a leadership role, as this kind of behavior is not acceptable in a customer-facing position.

I've walked through the entire men's section looking at both sneakers, a few work shoes that I didn't really care for, there was a few Dr. Martens that caught my attention, a few pairs of Nike, and a whole bunch of slippers that have been trending. They also have a bunch of shoe accessories, duffel bags, sneaker cleaners, and when I signed up for their points system program, I'd receive a $10 off my next time purchase. Price is right.
