Coulda, shoulda, woulda bought slippers from another store back home but wasn't in the mood to drive down to the mall or spend excess time online while Amazon had too many pages of specials during Prime Day. Last month I was in Sacramento while I had too much ground time for shopping. It's a good thing Off Broadway Shoe Warehouse is so convenient to my hotel and is located at Sacramento Gateway. I've walked through the entire men's section looking at both sneakers, a few work shoes that I didn't really care for, there was a few Dr. Martens that caught my attention, a few pairs of Nike, and a whole bunch of slippers that have been trending. They also have a bunch of shoe accessories, duffel bags, sneaker cleaners, and when I signed up for their points system program, I'd receive a $10 off my next time purchase. Price is right. read more

We were leaving for our trip in less than 24 hours and I was in a need of a new pair of dressy and tennis shoes for my daughter. Trying to avoid leaving Natomas, I checked online for "in-store pick up" at all of our local stores. Off Broadway Shoes happened to have the perfect pair of shoes in my daughter's sizes so I decided to go check it out. In less than 5 minutes I found the shoes I was looking for and a pair for myself. Even better, on the day we visited there was a buy one get one half off sale so I ended up paying $7 for my daughter's shoes! read more

Customer service here is totally off! I came in looking to buy something cheap so could break a $50 bill that Crumbl(next door) doesn't accept LOL The assistant manager starts to tell me she can't, I'm like even if I buy something that will force the $50 to be broken? She hesitates then says she will "check" if they even have change I say OK and wait.. then she starts asking me for a phone number I tell her I don't have an acct and only have a work phone she then again says "then I can't break the $50" At this point I'm shocked because HUH? Lady I am just to make a purchase LOL I think she feels like the money in the register is HER's or something People forget these corporations DGAF about their workers just put the stuff in the bag Ms Girl so I can GO read more

The staff was so nice and the store is well organized. Sadly the bathrooms were out of order. I live closer to a DSW but never find good deals or a good selection in my size. I wear women's 11 and this location always has a great selection for me. LOVE LOVE their clearance shoes too. Typically I buy during a BOGO sale. I ended up buying 3 pairs since I was able to reach a loyalty point level for $15 back I found another pair. Two pairs or tall boots and good running shoes were $120. So good!!! (Shoes pictured were not in my size but loved the look of them! read more

This place has some of the worst customer service I've experienced. Prices were inconsistent, and instead of fixing their mistake, they blamed the customer. Completely unprofessional. Even if a tag was changed or there was confusion, that is YOUR responsibility to handle not argue with customers. Standing around and refusing to solve the issue is unacceptable. The cashier girl was especially rude. Instead of apologizing or trying to help, she immediately blamed the customer and didn't even say "sorry" once. That says everything about how poorly this place is run. If you don't know how to treat customers with basic respect, you shouldn't be working in customer service. read more

Off Broadway Shoe Warehouse in Natomas offers many different types of shoes at a higher discounted price. I got a very nice greeting when I walked into the store, even when the workers were busy. The store is huge! It seems like an endless of shoes inside the store. Of course, like any other store, they have many more women's shoes than men's and kid's shoes combined. It will take you more than a few hours to check out all their shoes! Lol The store is spotless and organized. Shopping there is comfortable and enjoyable. I feel relaxed inside the store. I like my shopping experience there! read more

I was expecting higher end quality shoes. The sales staff were nice and helpful. Clean store.

The place has a good selection of shoes. Sometimes, they run out of my size. The buy one and the other pair half off is a good deal. Only downfall, is the bathroom is always closed off. When I have my children with me, it's hard to spend time in the store without one of my kids asking to go to the bathroom. Because I have to leave the store to find a bathroom (usually to Michaels), I don't want to go back to Off Broadway to shop. read more

The BOGO 50% is such a scam. There's always a reason for them to not honor it. They play games with these "deals" and it's ridiculous. The staff are always super unhelpful and have zero clue what's going on. read more

Great customer service. Found the crocs for my nephew and niece, variety of shoes at affordable prices. Clean, ample parking.

Great discounts and a lot of affordable shoe options. Found a nice pair of Sperry Crest Vibe sneakers and comfy sandals for $50. No one hovers, which I really appreciate. They're also quite nice, so I will be returning. read more

Enormous selection and great prices. My sister bought a pair of boots from Macy's and then found the same ones here before she had a chance to wear them. Saved about $25 by taking the Macy's pair back. I am hard to fit, but can always find something here. read more

Bad experience with this location. I been customer with this location for long time, but this time I had very bad experience. The staff was too rude. I went to the store, my daughter was looking for shoe and she picked 3 sets of shoes and we left one back, then we moved the women section, that's was just next to that area, the lady working on shoe section, she asked us do you need this pair too, I said no then the lady work in register area came back, she start looking at us and made some faces and said oh people are here for making a mess. when I went to register for check out, I told her, if you want us to pick up that box and put on the rack, just let us know before commenting. she said oh we are here just selling a shoe not clean up the area. I said ok, can I talk to manager, She said I am the manager. I asked her to ring up my stuff she denied, she said you are not allow come back here. Everyone deserves good shoes. If you get a good pair that fits well, looks great, and makes your feet happy, you are a happy person! Unfortunately, I was not impressed with the selection at Off Broadway Shoes in Natomas. Parking is abundant as many of the other tenants have closed shop near the Target along Freeway Blvd. Shoes are a tough purchase. The selection here is wide with lots of dress, sport, and casual options. Most of the selection were brand names with few orthotic options. The styles were pretty current, but I really didn't find too many bargains here compared to online. The selection of women's shoes is much better so you may have more luck. Off Broadway Shoes has a nice selection of fashionable shoes, but I can't guarantee a great price. If you need nice shoes quickly, this may still be a great option. Everyone looks great with nice shoes! read more

Off Broadway Shoe Warehouse - Store Entrance - Shoe Stores Near Me - Sacramento, California

Shoe me the way... to an entire store FILLED with S H O E S!! All types of shoes. Flats, heels, boots, athletic, slippers... just so many S H O E S! Off Broadway Shoes is the warehouse for all that is shoe. Its seriously paradise for the shoe lover. Admittedly, some of the shoes I kinda wonder who would wear them, but Im not judgy, just curious. Mostly because my tall stature cant handle the 6 inch heel of happiness. I love hitting up Off Broadway to find that pair of shoes that makes me squeal with delight when I find THE pair that Ive been looking to match a certain outfit. The coolness that lurks within this big store, its organized! That means that I can go in, and hit up the desired section of my choice, and BAM! Those flats that I had been in search of, right there baby! I had been looking for some pretty flats with a slight heel and pointed toe... found them. First time in! *squeal* I didnt stop there...I found a cute pair of stacked heel shoes for evening wear. Remind me to toss some of my shoes at home, so that I can continue to have room for these finds! I try not to rely on the inshore help, because often there arent many sales people too eager to help locate items, but no worries, the cleanliness, and organization makes it easy for me to find what I'm looking for, and often what Im not, but must have. Ladies, if youre thinking this is your great shoe escape, it is... BUT! They sell mens shoes & socks too. Hey, you can keep the secret, but hit up the guys section. There are some great deals. I tend to stay away from the accessories for women, as they tend to be a tad unfashionable for my taste, but Im there for the shoe deals anyway! Parking is easy, and there is plenty of it! Let me SHOE you the way to great deals and fun shoes. Its worth the stop in! Go on.. "shoe" read more

Had to get some work shoes and had first tried to go to Khol's, but they weren't open for business till the end of the month. So I searched on Yelp and this place came up in my results. So I thought I'd give it a shot. The parking lot was pretty much empty so that wasn't a problem at all. Then walking in we were constantly greeted by all of the employees throughout the store. The place is quite large with a large selection of shoes and accessories (including bags, sunglasses, shoe cleaner, etc). Their entire stock is placed on the floor. So you can walk up and down their aisles to look at the shoes that are placed on top of a shelf. Then when you find the shoe you want, you can look under the shoe to find your size. It sounds like it can get a bit difficult and unorganized but it actually isn't. The place is very tidy and there are plenty of nylon 'no-socks' and seating to go around. The shoes that are on sale are all placed in the very back of the store on racks, separated by size. The prices were a bit more than I expected -- I was expecting under $40 shoes since it was a 'warehouse'. But I needed to purchase shoes for my new job, which I started the next day , so I had no other option. On my way to the register I decided to look at their accessories and found a cute pair of sunglasses to purchase as well. Their were having a sale of buy one pair for $9 or 2 for $15. I could only find one pair so I couldn't do the deal. So in the end I purchased one pair of shoes and some sunglasses and my total came out to about $55. I didn't feel like it was much of a 'warehouse' price. I'm not sure if what it meant was more of the fact that their selection was wide and everything was on the floor for you to grab yourself, maybe? But none-the-less I am happy with the shoes I purchased and the sunglasses as well. My Advice?? : If you're looking for a deal (under $40) then I'd say to go somewhere else or call in to see if they're having some sort of sale. If you're really just looking for a certain pair of shoes, with no regard for price ($40+), then this is a place to go. Their selection is very wide and you will more than likely find what you are looking for here, just keep your eye on that price tag. *Note: They have something called "Encore Rewards" where you get an 'x' amount of money towards your next purchase. I'm sure that the amount you get is a certain percentage of the purchase you make, but for my $55 purchase I got about $5. So you can do the math ;). So I guess I'll be going back to use the rewards I've 'earned' ... read more

I was on a mission to find some comfortable knee high boots for Europe, preferably black and leather. I found some here the other day for $20 off the sale price (about $50 check out). There weren't too many people in the store, probably a handful and I was immediately greeted and asked by another customer service representative if I needed any help. That was nice. You will notice that there is a huge selection of women's shoes (the men's section is reasonable in size but definitely not the same as the women's department). This store is always clean and I can usually find what I need (or something very similar). The boots styles on sale were in the front so I immediately found what I was looking for. I also found some other cute tennis shoes but will probably wait a few more weeks before I buy them (with my store coupon that I gained after my purchase). Staff members are pretty nice and educate customers about the coupons deals. They'll ask you to sign up your email if you have coupon deals, do it if you don't mind getting tons of emails. They also sell other accessories such as underwear, socks, purses, gel inserts, shoe cleaner and polishes and much more. I love coming here for a good deal on name brand items (i.e. Nine West, Steve Madden, Franco Sarto, Via Spiga, Nike, Adidas, Rocket Dog, Asics, Converse, and more). Why go to the mall and spend full price? Why go to Ross and Marshalls when you can avoid the chaos and come to Broadway Shoe Warehouse?! I'm happy with my boot purchase and can't wait to go back for my next purchase. read more

Wish I could give zero stars! The manager, an older indian male there was a total jerk! I've bought hundreds if not thousands of dollars worth of shoes there since they opened. This jerk tried to make me feel bad for trying on several pairs and commented well, I put away several boxes points to the remaining 3 boxes and says now that's on you! EXCUSE ME??! Then as if that was enough he hollers from across the store and says soooo, you didn't want all those other ones in a smart a** Tone?? DUDE! get a clue, you're annoying and RUDE!! If I didn't need the shoes the next day, I would have opened a few more boxes and left. Unfortunately they got a sale, but it WILL be the last so enjoy it! Love this place!!! They have such a wide variety of shoes and they always have sales. What I also love is their rewards. It's been awhile since I have shopped there only because I have moved out of the area, but I made a point of going there because I knew I would find what I was wanting from there because of the variety they carry. And I was right. I ended up getting 2 pain because the shoes I liked were kore than half off on sale and then there was a BOGO deal. The shoes were originally $69, got them for $39. So then hall off the $39 for the second pair. You cant beat that!!! Then for the purchase, I earned points for future use. How do you not get excited about that? Shoe lovers should definitely check them out. They have every kind of shoe you could need. read more

It's like heaven in shoe form! Lots and lots to choose from and fairly reasonable pricing. They have heels, wedges, flats, sandals, athletic shoes, handbags... and not just one of each, but one in every color. I found a really cute pair of summery heels, now I just need a place to wear them. I would have given them 5 stars but the customer service was blah. It took a few minutes of me standing in front of the register with a shoe box in my hand before the sales clerk who was "straightening" handbags, would acknowledge me. No offer of assistance while shopping and not the friendliest service at the check out. 5 stars for shoes, 3 stars for customer service. read more

Horrible customer service re: Christmas gift returns. I bought two pair of shoes as Christmas gifts on December 23 and asked for two gift receipts as they were for two different people. They happily replied "Sure, the gift receipts are in the box!" Unfortunately, my girlfriend didn't like the shoes so we went to return them. When we went to return them, they insisted: since there had been a promotion when I bought them, my gf couldn't get a refund as a store credit, or select a different pair of shoes.... She could only get the same pair of shoes in a different size. She didn't like the shoes I had picked out, and wanted a different pair. I had to drive all the way across town, pick up the OTHER pair of shoes I had given to a DIFFERENT PERSON as a GIFT and return both pairs. Off Broadway shoes:. The POINT of a gift receipt is to return something for store credit. It was really embarrassing to be treated like I was "scamming" the store in trying to return a pair of shoes bought as a gift that wasn't liked!! I will NEVER shop at off Broadway shoes again after this!!!! read more

I was in dire need of some red flats (hey, it's Christmas and I gotta core-dinate!), so my first thought was to hit up Off Broadway Shoes because I just KNEW they'd pull through for me...which of course they did! I found some hecka cute red patent leather Mary Jane flats for only $29.90 (that was after the instant $10 off!). Dang, are those shoes CUTE! On my way to the register, I walked through the slippers area, and a pair of awesomely comfy Acorn slippers ensnared me...my tootsies are SOOOO happy that I got these! To cap things off, 10% of what you spent gets "credited" on your receipt to use for your next trip in. Unlike days of yore, this credit expires, so use it or lose it, people! With a variety that keeps changing, you can pretty much find anything you're looking for. And their Clearance section is pretty amazing; I restrained myself because I know I could have done WAY more damage had I wondered back there ;) read more

This place is HUGE! There is such a large selection of womens shoes that it was hard for me to stay focused on what I was there to buy in the first place! I was like a kid in a candy store. I just wanted EVERYTHING! But then self control kicked in. Well, sort of... I only needed to get 1 pair of shoes for a night out and ended up buying 2 pairs (1 pair was on sale though. So, brownie points right?!). The warehouse is clean and very organized. As far as womens shoes go, they organize/classify the shoes. All the similar style shoes together (i.e. pumps in one or 2 rows, sexy sandals in another, wedges, ankle boots, tall boots, flats, tennis shoes, etc.). The shoes on discount are either up against the wall or in the back of the warehouse on the racks. For the racks in the back of the store (discount section), make sure you check the sizes, because some of the shoes get shifted around. So just when you thought you found a cute pair of metallic gladiator slippers that were a size 6 (since it was in the "Size 6" rack) they turn out to be a 7. Sucks right? Just pay attention is all. :) Even if you don't buy shoes that are on sale, pretty much all the shoes are discounted from the original retail value and are a very good price! They have such a large selection that I'd be surprised you couldn't find exactly what you're looking for. I even found some clogs for work, but didn't get them. Next time I probably will though! Such a great shoe store. I'm glad my cousin took me here!!! They also got cute purses in the back of the store and some cute womens socks in the front by the registers. They have a men's section too! I'm not sure about little kids though, since I was only paying attention to womens shoes. :) read more

Although the place is spacious and organized, the shoes are embarrassingly hideous. Of the rows and rows of women's shoes, I found only one pair worthy of a second look, and even then, they didn't have my size. I only came here to kill some time before picking up a lunch order. I would've been better off just sitting in the car. read more

I recently started shopping here regularly, and I don't know why I didn't shop here much before. I would normally come by just for special occasions when I needed new shoes for an event, but now I come here to just browse around for their great deals. During my most recent trip, I went with my boyfriend to pick up some Nike socks for him. I got a text that morning for 20% off my entire purchase, so it was the perfect time to do some shopping. My bf got 2 packs of Nike socks, I got a pair of nude Steve Madden flats, and a Nike duffel bag. The total was only $69.64, which isn't bad at all. Not to mention that I got over $6 in the Encore Rewards to use towards my purchase next time I shop. The service here is really good. I was immediately greeted when I walked in, and there were sales associates everywhere making sure I was helped whenever I needed. The Steve Madden flats I bought were actually out of stock in my size, but the SA was able to look it up and have them shipped to my house without any extra charge. That was really nice! I know I'll be coming back here for more shoes and socks. The only thing that doesn't impress me here are the handbags. Everything else is great though. read more

I am a fan of this store. They have great deals and a huge selection of women's shoes. They carry men's but, selection is much more limited, of course. I was eloping the following day and needed a pair of low, satin heels in ivory to match my informal wedding dress. Decided to come here in hopes of finding something in the $60 and below range. Walked in and saw that it was very clean and everything was very organized. I didn't have to fight through crowds which eased my mind tremendously having previously thought that I'd have to elbow my way through the other hordes of shoppers looking for discount shoes. Nice salesladies. Good selection. Huge place!

I never thought to review this place - but after a big shopping spree the other day I thought I should sing this place's praises! I always used to go to DSW in LA - actually I've never been a shoe warehouse-r until I was walking around one day on a lunch break and I went to check it out. Baaaaddd idea as I wanted to go there all the time, and did! But alas, there are no DSW's around here so out of curiosity I went to this place. Score! I only bought one pair my first time but this week I left with four pairs - all on mega-sale! My excuse for going so shoe-crazy? Six months post foot surgery I still can't get into 90% of shoes so I felt the need to attempt to re-build. The gals that worked there were all very nice and helpful; not only did I get four pairs for under $200 but I received a coupon on my receipt for $17 off my next purchase, which is valid starting the next day and never expires. I recall getting one last time as well for $3.99 off but eventually (of course) stopped carrying it with me. It never expires! The place is super clean and very organized - you can probably find pretty much any type of shoe you're looking for here! read more

Huge selection. Great sale area. As previous reviewers state, it's pretty much the same as DSW, however, this place has one difference that I think DSW doesn't offer, and it's my favorite part of this place. Whatever you spend, you get a certain percentage as a coupon on your receipt to use on your next purchase. It's great marketing on their part, and it made me want to go back. Why not when you have money off your next pair of shoes? A girl can NEVER have too many pairs of shoes. ;) Love it! read more

If I could give this location a 0 I would! i have been coming to this store for the past 10 years and never was I treated this way. I went in today and received the worst customer service. The staff when we walked in I showed her my receipt and asked if we are able to buy another pair of shoes based on a recent purchase to get half off (we were told we could come back with the receipt and still get half off) she stated that was correct so we proceeded to look. The Indian manager I dont know if he is new or what but even while we were looking he was being super rude and kept following us. after spending an hour we found some shoes and at checkout we were about to pay and the indian manager came and told the cashier that we cannot get the shoes based on our last purchase as we were told. His manner and tone were so extremely rude he did not want to listen to anything we had to say. our whole time was wasted and we left the store feeling so disrespected.
