I will never order online from this company again . The in-store service has been great no issues there . I recently placed an order online and when I received that order it was incorrect they sent me an item that was less than what I was charged for. Instead of refunding the amount that they overcharged me for they claim to have a policy where you have to mail the items back to them as opposed to just being able to walk into a store and exchange those items . I literally live a half a mile away from a store and would have gladly went into exchange this item or just gave it back and got my money back because they sent me the item that was not what I requested this is a dumb policy . Store was very unorganized. I typically don't go to this one. Go to the one off Norwood. I needed help finding a size 13 youth cleat for my five-year-old and simply asked the worker if they carried sizes for five-year-olds here and cleats because all I could find was a size 2children and I needed a smaller size. The lady was very rude and said you'll have to look. I then just asked her do you get a lot of people who need little kid cleats or should I check the one off Norwood? She responded we have whatever is on the shelf and if you need to drive to Norwood, you'll need to do that because I'm not sure. It was clean and well organized with aisles upon aisles of shoes for men women and children. A huge variety of styles, sizes and colors could be discovered from one end of the store to the other. While my interest was peaked when finding some nice looking dress and casual shoes, I had to keep focus on work related foot wear. The manager with dark hair was really rude, she was called over for a price issue where two of the same size shoe were labeled at a lower price. She refused to honor the price and kept raising her voice when we're being calm and collected. I told her I've worked retail for years and that it's California state law that you have to honor prices that are labeled for an item. She offered no solution and walked away. It was embarrassing because it seemed like she wanted us to cause a scene, definitely won't come back after that behavior. Nice selection of shoes for men as far as woman not as much. The majority of employees working here are not useful nor helpful at all. I seen a pair of sandals that I liked on the wall. so I asked someone if they could help me find them. And they couldn't find them. I later found where they were by myself. They didn't have my size so I found another pair on a shelf and I asked a different employee and they gave me the same response they didn't know where they were. Instead of asking a different employee for help we're going to the front counter they just told me they didn't know. As far as customer service they are a zero out of zero.
