I really enjoyed the many different items that you can buy that were on clearance and the discounts. My friend bought some sneakers and I got one of their traditional shits that had they typical Adidas design off the sleeves. I was impressed to see different femenine cuts of dresses and tops that had a crop top style. Pretty nice and stylish. There are so much to choose from. I really enjoy coming in there. read more

DO NOT order anything from Adidas. If you have to exchange for a different size, it will take a month or more to get your exchange. You mail your item back, then it takes 7-10 business days to have them inspect the item, then they mail the new item to you. So slow!!! read more

Quite impressed with this store. Walked in 8 minutes before closing. I found a great pair of Adidas hiking shoes. They were 50% off. The staff reminded me that the store was closing, but did not pressure me to speed through my purchase. Happy with the price. Happy with the employees. And very happy with the merchandise. On top of that, this outlet mall is right next to an Electrify America charging station. Were it not for this charging station I would not have discovered this store. read more

This outlet store in Folsom is one of the well-organized locations The prices of the merchandise in this outlet location are better deal than the regular retail stores. I placed an Order through Adidas as a gift. The shipping company lost my Order. I contacted Adidas 5 times. Not once did anyone assist me. I could not understand anything said to me. I was transferred several times. I was told to contact the tracking company, ONTRACK which I did and was told to deal with them. UNPROFESSIONAL. Train your Customer Service Reps. The selection is okay for the area. Don't expect much. The 2 stars were given, because of the service we received. I don't want to put the girls real name, but let's say it rhymes with Sadie. The girl was either high or needs to be retrained. I had to ask her to get someone else to help because she literally was incompetent. Adidas and Nike are the two big name brand shoe stores in the Folsom Outlets, unless you consider Converse as one of the big three. Adidas is usually my preference because I find the selection slightly better and the service slightly better than Nike, although that isn't saying much. Unfortunately I couldn't find shoes in my size on my last visit, but I did find some cool shirts and there was one helpful employee. Usually I like the styles they offer and this time it was hit or miss. As long as you go in with the expectation that this is a factory store with an inconsistent selection, some inconsistent service and big crowds (especially on the weekends) you will otherwise probably be happy with your experience. read more

I have loved Adidas since my elementary school days of so many moons (ages? eons?) ago! And whenever I need an athletic outfit, I always make sure that my getup is always Adidas from head to toe! No mix and match here... Now on to this shop: Service is dismal in this place. I asked one of the staff if he could check if they have a size of a shoe I wanted in the backroom and I was given the "all we have is what's on the shelves" reply. Turn and leave. Not even a "sorry" anywhere in that statement. Disappointing. Probably a robot would have had better manners... Discounts are good at this place. After all, it's an outlet store. And a lot of people are always in the store looking for bargains. Expect a bit of bumping from others when the place is crowded. No sorries there either... I'd ask you to go shop for Adidas from another store. But these stores are few and far between, so I guess we'll have to suck it up and just go in. read more

I've never been much of an Adidas fan as I generally stray toward Nike. Consequently I never visited the adidas store. As fate would have it and some gentle familial prodding, I find myself at the Adidas Outlet in Folsom. First off, I didn't realize how many branded shoes that Adidas carries! The outlet seemed to have a good mix of new releases and their older stock, the deals also seem to be decent but they older stock was a little more disorganized than I expected. It was extremely busy but this seems to be standard for most outlet stores of the same type. Service was consequently decent, I didn't make any requests of the staff but was able to find the inventory I was looking for my kids. Line moved quickly and the check out was quick and painless. Curious to see how this place is outside of peak and will likely go check it out again when it's not so busy. read more

Yay! Im a fan! This was actually my first time shopping here, This is a great place to get a good discount on some kicks! If your a fan of adidas like I am then your in luck. They have all kinds of amazing finds here. I did find a ton of adidas orgionals. The store was very clean and easy to navigate. There were a lot of people on staff to help me find whatever I needed and they were extremely helpful too. I will be coming back more often for day shoes, workout gear and gym shoes. Also.. Socks! They do have great deals on socks here. I am so excited to have an adidas outlet so close for all of my shopping needs. Looking forward to shopping here more often. read more

I presented my military ID (issued from the VA) & my caregiver who wears Adidas from head to toe presented his current REAL ID that has the veteran status at the bottom (see pictures). Not only was the manager sassy to us, she also wanted us to register online and wouldn't accept our IDs (who walks around with their separation papers) ?! The IDs we presented can not be falsified plus the California DL can be scanned now the same way a marker can test the integrity of paper money. Normally I would have let this go but the attitude from the manager motivated to write about this terrible experience furthermore, we shopped around the Folsom Outlet & 2 other stores accepted our IDs not to mention Home Depot last week accepted my ID. Summer time I went to the Adidas store in San Francisco and they accepted my military ID plus the Adidas store Outlet in Vacaville did as well. What gives with Folsom Outlet Adidas ?! After two failed attempts in a shoe store we decided to check out Adidas. As I open the door we were greeted by a young lady with blonde hair. She was also folding tshirts. The store is a tiny and tight. We tried to avoid bumping into other customers and kept our distance with other shoppers when we are in the same aisle. Adidas have good deals and a couple of nice running shoes for toddlers/kids. My kids had trouble finding their sizes due to limited stock. We were out less than 20 minutes because of overcrowding. We didn't want to get to close to other families. As we left the same young lady told us to have a good day. This made our family feel welcomed and appreciated even when we walked out the store without purchasing anything. We decided to go home and order the kids shoes online from Adidas website. Took one star off because of limited stocks. But, yesterday visit to this location is a pleasant experience. read more

Came in yesterday to see if they got any new shoes. There were new styles just not what I was looking for. Oh ya, if your looking for an amazing deal? Come to this location!!! Almost every show is like 30-40% off THE SALE PRICE! Other day I walked out with a fresh pair for 34$. The clothing section is legit! All that is 30-40% or priced as marked like (pants 24.95) plus if you get the app it calculates your points so I got 20% off my 25$ treefoil crew neck sweatshirt. They do birthday discounts as well. We drove 50 minutes just to buy adidas shirts to send it to the PH for our relatives and friends. We were supposed to buy 20 shirts. After selecting we went to the cashier, We didn't know (for 5 years) they have this policy, "9 shirts only each person". Wth! You should guys put a sign in the first place. hi-ya! I really like this Adidas outlet store. It's clean, albeit a little cramped, because they jam pack that store with everything possible. The shoes and apparel are well priced...and they seem to get new stuff pretty regularly so the selection is good. Plus you can find coupons online to get things even cheaper! If you see the price-tag it's probably a little cheaper then what you see! The employees are courteous and professional. The dressing rooms...only 2 if I can remember, but they are quick to get into. I think the only main issue I have is where the checkout line is. It's to the far left when you walk in, but people will be shopping in the same area and you don't really always know who is in line. Overall 5 stars still because of the quality, price and convenience of the products. read more

After my awesome shopping experience at Nike, I kinda figured it couldn't get any better. But my husband and I still had money to spend and (based on my Fitbit) steps to count. We looked up and headed over to Adidas before calling it a night. Even though it was very close to quittin time, we were joyfully greeted at the door and welcomed in. David eagerly assisted my husband and I ventured on my own to browse the aisles. I found some pants and a shirt that paired well, but couldn't decide on what shoes would make the outfit POP. That is until I was approached by Jerry who took time and asked about my likes and interest. He was then able to provide me with a few shoe options that worked perfectly. Unbelievable customer service. We buy a pair of Stan Smiths for my Freshman. He wears them at school one day and tells me his feet feel like they have blisters. We bring them back without the box (the one we bought them in looked beat up so we recycled it), and the Manager tells me the policy is no box, no shoes. The other policy is if they are worn they can't be returned. Are you kidding? They were worn once, we brought them back within a week, have the receipt and we are told because they can't be resold they can't be returned. That is the WRONG policy. We were in Folsom for a wedding on 10-20-18, and my wife wanted to go to the outlet mall before the event. I generally do not go to these malls because the stores are usually a mess, and there is no customer service. This store was different! We walked into this Adidas store, and were greeted by several different salespeople as we walked through the aisles. I found the store to be exceptionally organized, and specific merchandise was very easy to find. It was clear to me that this store was run well, based on the fact that I was not tripping over merchandise on the floor, and everything was on the racks. I did not intend on purchasing anything when I arrived. I saw some light weight track jackets that I use to work out in. They were separated by color and size. A large in black was not on the rack. I asked a nearby sales person if by any chance they had a large. He said that he would go check the back. He returned with a large jacket for myself, and proceeded to put a few more on the rack. I can honestly say that I have previously never had this experience in an outlet store. In fact, in other stores that we went into, when asked, the cashiers said that everything was out. How many times have any of the readers of this review ever been told that by outlet store staff who would check the back for additional merchandise? Very rare I would think. I don't write a lot of reviews because I am not impressed that often. In this case, the Adidas outlet store in Folsom did just that. Great job! read more

I went there to look for a shoe and I was really confused. So I found an employee, Jay, who volunteered to help me. He went above and beyond helping me with different types of shoes and sizes too. And spent a lot of time helping me .I definitely appreciate him for his excellent customer service, and because of him I would recommend this Adidas outlet location to everyone. Keep up the Good work Aside from the great customer service, they also have a great selection to choose from! Lookout for the deal racks . I've been an Adidas fan since Run DMC made them famous. So I've been "Rockin" the 3 stripes for years. Needless to say, I was very excited to see an outlet shop open near my hood. The selection is good and the value is what you'd expect from an outlet shop. The customer service is above expectations ( I don't expect good customer service at outlet shops ), but thankfully the folks at Adidas know how to treat folks right. I've always been approached and greeting on every visit and have never been "hassled" about returns or exchanges. They run sales occasionally, that add even more value to their already low prices. I'd suggest you sign up for their text message alerts to get the "411" on all their special deals. read more

This store just opened in November (2014), according to the sales guy. Very impressive selection of apparel that is, both, excellent quality and well-priced. Picture a store that EPL soccer stars get their gear from...at least that's what it looks like to me. Lots of really cool gear for athletics and fashion (especially sneakers). I pointed out that I found one shirt in the wrong section and it didn't have a tag on it. The sales guy said he would add an extra discount to it if I wanted it. (The price was already good, and then discounted.) I didn't even know if it was my size, I just thought I would mention it as it seemed like someone may have tried to steal it or something. Horrible customer service!! THEY HAVE A NO RETURN POLICY! We buy a pair of shoes for my Freshman. He wears them at school one day and tells me the shoes are not a good fit for him. We bring them back with the box and the receipt and the Manager tells me the policy is if they are worn they can't be returned. REALLY?? How else would he know if it fits him or not without wearing them. My husband and I are going to Europe in a couple of weeks and are looking for walking shoes ....we went to the Adidas store found a couple pairs of walking shoes walked around the store they feel comfortable but when we got home I wore mine around the house as I was doing chores I may have ran outside or walked around.... because I wear them outside they would not let me return these very uncomfortable shoes I only had the shoes in my possession for four days it wasn't like I had the shoes for a couple of months and was trying to return them... How is a customer supposed to know if the walking or running shoe is comfortable unless they use them for what they are meant for!! I will never shop here again and I will be writing to the company... it's unfortunate because I was hoping to switch to Adidas rather than Nike that won't be happening now. read more

I've found some good deals here so it's worth checking out. The inventory changes frequently and run out even quicker. On the weekends the store is a mad house. If you can shop on the weekdays. Staff on the floor is helpful. Only one dressing room so on a busy weekend it can be a crazy wait. read more

Hispanic Kid that works as a cashier is a complete douche, if a customer declines membership at adidas he'll say "OK" in a sarcastic way and then say "HAVE A GREAT DAY" in a condescending way. Managers should read this review! If I could give them one star I would. I applied for a job at Adidas outlet store in Folsom because I love Adidas, and I was so excited. I physically went to the store and asked about the status of my application and supposedly I talked to a "manager". He explained everything and I left the store. My friend was still at the store looking around and she overheard the "manager" saying " Oh my god this girl came and asked for the status of her application, she had a really bad think Russian accent" and then one of the girls there started cursing in front of all the customers! Worst Service Ever! Shop here...throw your money away. I purchased a pair of shoes at an Adidas Outlet in Vacaville as a Christmas gift for my son. After using them for two weekends, they were found to be defective. I finally had a chance to drive all the way out to Folsom on Jan 9th to try and exchange them. I experienced the worst possible customer service at the Folsom Adidas Store. The manager at this store actually told me "There is NO warranty on the shoes and there was nothing they could do" I have been an Adidas customer for over 40 years. I have never experienced any issues with any of the hundreds of products I have purchased form them. Needless to say, I will not be a customer of any Adidas outlet ever again. I will also share this experience with everyone I can. Adidas policy on their web site is 30 days customer satisfaction. At the outlet, they have no such policy. I absolutely love this place! I buy all of my running clothes here! Nike is nice but way too expensive even at the outlet. Adidas always has great sales! So the reason for my review is because of the experience I had there today. I went yesterday and go a pair of my favorite running leggings. They had one left in my size (yay!). Didn't feel the need to try them on (I have 4 of the exact same ones). I got home last night and noticed there was a HUGE hole right on the butt! I was so upset! ( I live an hour away!) I called this morning and asked for a manager. I spoke to Alex who was super understanding and very kind. I explained to him what happened he apologize for the inconvenience. He asked me if I would like to come back in and pick out any pants I want no matter the price and do a straight exchange. I was super happy! Then he asked me if I wanted to shop around (of course I said yes lol) he offered me an extra 30% off my purchase! I am absolutely happy and impressed in their customer service!
