Instead, I got the impression that helping me wasn't really a priority. I was actually told it might be better to come back another time once I had everything figured out, even though that's exactly why I came in: for advice and assistance. While I was there, I was emailed some links and told to simply reply back for pricing. I did exactly that and received an automated response saying someone would get back to me within a day or two. Unfortunately, that response never came. No follow-up, no phone call, no email, just complete radio silence. When we met, I was reassured I had plenty of time to place the order, but because no one ever responded, I ended up scrambling at the last minute and had to take my business elsewhere. It's disappointing because I genuinely wanted to keep my business local. A simple response even to say you couldn't take on the job would have been appreciated. Instead, the lack of communication cost you a customer, and unfortunately, future orders as well.

I had such a genuinely great experience here, and it was all because of Maria. She has the kind of…read moreenergy that makes you feel instantly comfortable, like you're talking to someone who actually gets why needlepoint matters. I walked in thinking I'd just browse a little, and she somehow turned it into one of the most fun, easy shopping experiences I've had in a long time. Maria didn't just point me toward a wall of canvases. She asked what I liked, what my style was, what my mom might enjoy, and she actually listened. She pulled out options I never would've found on my own, explained the details without making me feel overwhelmed, and helped me pick out a canvas for myself that I'm honestly obsessed with. She also helped me choose one for my mom that feels so perfectly her it almost made me emotional. There's something really refreshing about someone who knows their craft and still treats you like a person instead of a transaction. Maria made the whole visit feel personal, thoughtful, and genuinely fun.

First thing is I love needlepoint, I'm a huge customer…read more I was a long time customer (40 years) of TheNeedlepointer in Edmonds, WA. This store was sold to someone in California and moved to California. In this sale/transition, I had items in the system to be finished. The wait for items during that time was a year+. Note that I invested $1K+ for the canvases and threads for these "sets" before prepaying for the finish work. The pre-paid finish work was over $1k. Previously, I've never had issues, so didn't think anything about time or $$. I knew it would show up eventually. When I got my finished items about a 1.5 years later, the finish work was all over the board and not what I asked for. I had some that were "soft" ornaments, which is what I asked for. Some where thing framed hard, some where think framed hard. The problem with this is that they were ornament "sets". So the finish work of each set didn't match. I called the new store and they told me that if I sent back the "sets" they'd send them out to have them "redone". I sent them all back at my cost and was told that it would be another year+ since they had to go back in line in the system for finishing. I agreed and then didn't think much about them. 2 years later I got a box of ripped up unfinished ornaments/needlepoint canvases with zero explanation. Imagine my shock! I called and asked "why they sent them back in the condition that they are in" . I got the run around on explanation for over a year, I kept having to send in the original paperwork and explain over and over to new people. My request was to complete the finish work that I paid for or refund the money so I could find someone to finish them on my own. They just kept giving me the run around, then a new person would respond and we'd go through the same process over and over. I am on my 5th person now. They offered me $200 to call it good. I declined. I think my next step is to take them to "quick claim court", I need to investigate how to do this. I recommend NEVER to use this company. There are so many other "needlework" shops out there that are reputable and super supportive. Its just been frustrating trying to deal with them long distance and since they don't answer their phone EVER, leaving messages and sending emails does nothing.

Was greeted by Louis. I asked if I can get some polo embroidered by Thursday which was only 2 days out, granted I only needed 6. I felt bad for adding in the rush order but he was cool about it. He showed me the different color golds he had and was patient even though I just added more work on top of load. He had a few samples shirts that I was able to look through. He knew exactly what I was looking for when describing what image I wanted to portray with the polos. He couldn't promised me it would be done but it got done! He ordered the shirts I needed and it was all done before end of the day Thursday. We communicated via text the rest of the time which made it easy. Emailed me my invoice which was easy to follow along to pay for my deposit and the remaining balance. I was so happy with the results that I went back a second time for more polos to be made and once again he didn't disappoint; he delivered! I'm for sure going to be a repeat customer. Oh and his pricing is decent and fair! Thank you Louis!

The cap was just a test. So back to my vendor in LA.

Overdue review so pricing was at the beginning of 2022:…read more I had an order of about 50 DTG (direct to garment) shirts in memory of my grandma. We also had sizes ranging from small up to 3XL but on their website I think they even had sizes bigger than that. I did my order online and the process was super simple and easy. I love how they have so many varying sizes, and they give you an instant quote on how much it would cost BEFORE taxes. Which helped me estimate how much to ask per family member to contribute if they wanted a shirt. They got it done in like 3 days maybe even two and it turned out so good! The shirts were individually wrapped, folded and stickered with the size of the shirt which was a nice touch and made it so easy to group and distribute amongst my huge family. Thank you so much Primetime colors for such a good quality keepsake. Design: They can work with you to make a design but costs a bit more and might be a longer process. I made the design on canva and uploaded it to their website when it prompted me to do so. Price: Great price for a bulk order and for shirts that had color and designs on front and back. Each shirt from sizes from small-XL were about $18 BEFORE TAX.
