I ended up buying a really cute pant and sweatshirt set! I can't wait to find the right occasion to wear it to! My shopping experience was great. I was welcomed in, got champagne and was offered a refill and treated like royalty! I'll be honest I had never even heard of this store before. It's located in east sac and is very easy to miss. Now that I know where it is.. I will be back!! I do have a few suggestions.. make the website less confusing. To me it looked like you had to book something to shop like it wasn't just a store you could come in to. If I thought this I'm sure other people think the same. My second suggestion would be utilize social media more. I think this store has such beautiful things but my entire tribe group didn't know it existed! She understood my frustration with the pricing mix-ups and invited me back to give the shop another chance. Her kindness made Crystal Vibez a top priority for whenever I finally made it back to Sacramento. It turns out I actually know Tina! Because of the memory issues I've had since my car accident, I just didn't recognize the shortened version of her name. That was such a sweet connection to discover! This time, Ayla helped my friend and me throughout the store, and let me tell you... it was soooo tempting to buy one of everything! My friend picked up a few things, including an incense holder and a bracelet. I bought a bracelet and was able to get my Virgo candle at the advertised $10 sale price. Tina had also offered a little something extra to make up for my first experience. Although I initially didn't want to accept, she still found a way to turn my purchase into a gift. I really appreciated that thoughtful gesture and her effort to make things right. I was disappointed I didn't get to catch up with Tina in person, but I asked Ayla to tell her hello for me! Ayla was kind and helpful, and this visit left me feeling so much better about the shop. Next time, I'm bringing my daughter, who also loves exploring cute crystal shops.
