I gave her my shirt order 3 weeks in advanced telling her my absolute last day would be today. Of coarse she waited until today, with little to no time before we leave in 2 days to find different shirts because she really messed these up. I requested Meg from Hercules and bought an embroidery design on etsy. I brought it to her and she said she could do it. Awesome! Only not awesome because Meg is completely wrong and Herc is in a rose colored outfit like she has never seen the movie or even the embroidery design I brought to her. I ran all over to even find this purple shirt because I'm particular about cut and color. And i won't be able to find another. She sent me a pic of other wrong colors and I had to go through all of what I wanted changed and she changed colors I didn't even want her to, like megs hair band. She did a terrible job printing and picked the most bland font ever. I understand she couldn't do the fonts I requested. But she went with the default Microsoft font instead. Nothing to it at all. I look like I got my shirts from an unlicensed Disney store. I'm incredibly disappointed and with 2 days left until my trip, thanks so much for the last minute btw, I'm not sure what I'm supposed to do. I ordered everything else off etsy and it all got here a week ago I'm not sure why it took her an extra week it wasn't like she was going above and beyond or making Meg in the right dress color. I could have even lived with a light purple. Any purple would be better than a navy??? So disappointed. These shirts aren't wearable. They look awful. She had told me she would do a tester and never did so instead she went ahead and ruined all of them. She should have stopped printing after one when seeing how awful they were turning out. Now we have a bunch of shirts we brought to her, searched everywhere for, and turned out garbage. It truly is sickening and I'm not sure how someone feels comfortable charging someone for these. read more

I had a very very unfortunate experience with this company. Brought in my white jacket for embroidery. Paid for it out front. Wrote my name on how O want it to appear, owner and staff checked it. Was Told it may take 3 weeks but they will make it work in 1 week. I was to be informed by txt when ready. 2 weeks passed no txt. i called and was told it shld be ready that week. Yesterday got a call saying it has not been started. I was asked which side embroidery shld be on and I said non pocket side. My husband picked it up, not only did they butchered my name and of course blamed it on me that i did not write it correctly, they embroidered my name on the wrong side despite asking me where I want it. Made an excuse that they have a new employee and I was suppose to just take that. Manager called me this morning blaming it all on me. No effort whatsoever to speak nicely. I guess small businesses shld also get training with customer service especially with a very frustrated customer. I think thats how you stay in business. Good customer service! They messed up my $25.jacket and charged me $15 for the embroidery. She did say she will refund me for the embroidery but angrily then hang up on me. Im left in awe. I can only hope she also learns from this experience and not treat customers like this. How did I hope to resolve this? Ideally, refund half the cost of my jacket and refund me the full price of the embroidery but was open for options. She did say I got a gift card she gave my husband. Does she think I still want to give her my business after this? I ll just charge this to experience and move on. Very Very unfortunate. read more

Very disappointing. Poor service, and poor quality work. I dropped off 4 plain velvet Christmas stockings for simple name embroidery. I explained to the assistant what I wanted on the stockings. She verified with Deb that it could be done. When I called to see if they were ready, Deb told me that the name on one of the stockings was off-center, and I would not be charged for it. In fact, 3 of the stocking names were off-center. (She charged me for two.) In addition, the font size was not what I requested. They had ample opportunity to contact me if they had any questions regarding my instructions, or any difficulty embroidering the velvet stockings. They instead chose to pass off shoddy work as professional. I would not recommend this company to anyone. read more

So happy I found this place! Their work is great and with a quick turnaround. I came here to have a name embroidered on a little Levi's jacket and the cost was very reasonable. It seems like they do a ton of custom orders, however they also have cute items in their storefront for purchase also!
