They only carried a higher price point vacuum. Speaking to Polly, though, I arranged to purchase a floor model at a discounted price. Sadly, I realized, it didn't have features I wanted (completely my fault) after making arrangements with the store, so I called back and informed Polly I wouldn't get it. So the reason for the 5 stars is due to great customer service by Polly (and Lauren). This version of the story is very much abridged as I made several calls to the store to question and verify some things. The quality the jacket was good. I decided to order another jacket from Mike, this was a custom jacket that I paid nearly $500 for. Five months later I still did not have my jacket. He would not return emails, he would not answer the phone, and it just became an utter nightmare to deal with him. I finally had to get Paypal involved and when I did, they put a hold on his account and he finally reached out to make this right. If it were not for Paypal I'm sure that I'd still be out the $500 and I would not have the jacket that I paid for. I would recommend that anyone that is looking for a custom jacket to find somebody else. I would never use this company nor would I ever recommend them to anyone. Mike is nir responsive and does not follow up or follow through. We walked in on a late Saturday afternoon and our items were ready for pickup the following Wednesday! The shop was spacious with painting tables inside and out. I love the variety of pottery selections. They range from trinkets and ornaments to large vases and planting pots. Customer service was impeccable. We were immediately greeted when we walked in and shown to a table. Once we chose our items to paint, an employee gave us an orientation of the paints and tools station. There are signs everywhere that give inspiration and painting technique instructions. I expected to be given a limit on colors, tools, and even paint time, but they encouraged us to just have fun - no limits given. It was a terrific first experience at Petroglyph. We can't wait to come back!

I opted for the custom birthday plate that is an add on for $30. Unfortunately, it didn't come out the way I imagined. We were given a black pencil for the guests to write on my birthday plate. Upon picking up our pottery, you can't see the names written. You have to look REAL close to see names. All I see is my name and a bakers hat at a glance. I wouldn't have paid $30 more for my name and a hat on a plate. We should have been given a white pencil to write with. This was our first time here and so we were clueless and thought nothing of it.
