I told her I got it online at Amazon and she told me Amazon puts us out of business you should never buy it at Amazon! I didn't answer her. I told her maybe my machine is not working. Maybe I didn't thread the machine correctly she told me well I would have to charge you $10 to thread your machine. I never heard of that. She told me to go online at singer.com to have a threaded. I never heard of that either wasn't she wasn't she trying to show me good customer service? She certainly was not. I even went ahead and bought thread from her at $3.99 2 spools. I shouldn't have bought anything from her. I would've bought fabric, but not with her attitude. I will never go back to her. If I wanna upgrade my sewing machine, I would definitely not buy from her. I'm not sure if she was the owner or not but if she was very poor customer service. I think I'll go to the other the other so Sewing place in Auburn on Palm Avenue, I heard that place was very good. "Screen printing + Auburn Dog Treats"…read more This is a surprisingly cute store in the center of downtown. We had the good fortune of talking with the owner, who explained the business for us. They specialize in all kinds of specialty printing for promotions. In the back, they have a good size printing operation, but they are expanding more into retail, promotional items, as seen at the front of the store. As you might expect from the name of the business, they have lots of items for dogs, such as specialty Auburn dog biscuits. The owner suggested we feed one to our Doberman, but she said she could not discern the difference between a regular dog biscuit and an Auburn dog biscuit. (The dog I mean, not the owner.) Be sure to say hi to the several pups in the store. One of them was the model for the store logo. To my surprise, they also had a good selection of Growlers, which for those who are not beer drinkers, are large thermoses for holding lots of beer. I'm pretty sure the beer is not included however. So overall, a fun place to visit for both humans and dogs. Be sure to try the Auburn dog treat and tell me what you think.

Lindsey maintained communication with me the whole time to let me know every time she was trying to contact them for updates. Once the boots arrived, surprise surprise, they had something wrong with them. I called the store and after they went back and forth with the boot makers, they are going to get me another new pair. Even though the boot makers sucked throughout the process, the store (Lindsey most of the time) made sure they did whatever they could to help fix the shitty situation.
