I had a last minute idea for a recognition award, so dropped by to see what they could do for me on short notice. I knew that I'd be limited to stock on hand and so on because there wasn't any time to order anything (especially during the holiday season). I was pleased to see that they had several options based on what they had on hand - and the owner was even willing to let me choose something that was on display in their showroom (which I did). I sent artwork and text via email, received a proof promptly and received the engraved glass item in plenty of time to present as I'd hoped. I work with award shops on a fairly regular basis, so I know it's really tough for them to do something on short notice. But sometimes "life" happens on short notice and I'm really pleased that they were able to accommodate. This location is handy for me... so I'm sure I'll be a repeat customer. read more

Going to corroborate what Lori said; timeliness is a major issue. Also, the owner takes no responsibility for missing the deadline, citing car maintenance, asking if I've ever had my car worked on. Like cars, trophies can require unique parts, this can be late. I ordered my trophy on the 13th of September, was told it would be ready on the 26th, I called in the 27th (I initiated this contact), and was told the parts were in but the trophy had not been assembled. I asked them to call me when it was done. They called me later and told me that the parts were actually NOT in the store and wouldn't arrive until Monday. I came in to the store and asked to speak to the owner, who told me that it was a unique part in a catalog they rarely use and that's why it was late. He also said, "We like to date things early so that if they come in late, they're still on time." I told him that didn't make sense. My main issue is of course the tardiness of the company. And since I see I'm not the only one, I'm less frustrated. My second issue is the UTTER AND COMPLETE LACK OF ACCOUNTABILITY. It is your company's fault that your product was late. Do not defer it to the shipper, or the fact that you date things early in some weird way that your store and only your store do. Just accept the issue, apologize, and make me an offer to keep me satisfied as a customer. As of right now, I will never go back, and never refer this store to someone else. The writer of the five star review must have hit on the perfect day. My experience was nothing like that. I went in to order a plaque on the 8th for pickup on the 18th. I finally got it on the 27th! ALL of the communications between the store and I came from me. they didn't acknowledge receipt of the artwork; I had to prod them to send me a proof; they got the size and price mixed up and more. They didn't call when the plaque was done, and I was told that "they get busy and usually don't call" even though I had specifically ask them to call me when the item was finished. When I went to pick it up it was the wrong size, and they had to do another one. I went to this store because it was convenient to my home. Next time I'll go someplace else. read more

This is my third time using these guys. The first time they screwed up our coaches plaques big time. They had put Thanks For For The The Great Season. No one saw that. They did it on two plaques and then had no one to assemble the photo onto the plaque. They sent me home with the little nails. Impossible to put on. Second time, no problems. Third time, called to see if order was ready. She said, Yep they are done. I said," did you look for them?" She said," No. They are done. Come on over." This is an hour before close.. I get there and they can't find them. They are not even assembled. So she tells me to wait 15 mins. and they will get them done.43 minutes later.... You know what? I am a dumbass to continue to use these guys. No more!! Their rating says it all. They don't care one bit about Customer Service. I have tried to get in contact with someone about pricing many times now. Every time I have called the the same woman answered and was beyond rude each time. When I would ask about pricing she would act like I was an idiot and made it seem like I had no idea what I was talking about. 3 previous times that I had called about the same question, I was told that the owner would call me back about pricing options for screen printing tshirts/sweatshirts. Never got a call back. I have been searching for a printing company for my business to work with long term and every other company that I have called has been kind and helpful. Very frustrating. I have not experienced their printing, therefore can not comment on the quality of work that they do. However, communication is key when working with businesses to making your products come to life (adding the final design on apparel). Such a disappointment. read more

About 2 1/2 years ago I started looking for a full service company that could provide me everything from T-shirts two license plate brackets. I specifically wanted somewhat local who is willing to help me pull together multiple projects at multiple times. I decided to give All Awards a try. 2 1/2 years later I can say that I've had nothing but extraordinary service from the owner, front desk, art department, embroidery department and silk screening department. I'm sure I'm missing a few other people and departments. Absolutely Not. Take your business elsewhere. I am not one to write poor reviews but I have had it with this place. We take our shirts and uniforms here and have for the past couple years. Theire prices are reasonable and the owner usually has good customer service but he did not today! There has been an error EVERY SINGLE TIME. They are normally very good about fixing their error and do not charge for the remake although we have had to repurchase the uniforms themselves. The last set of uniforms we dropped off were printed with the entirely wrong logo. A logo our company used years ago, as frustrated as I was, they again, handled it well, admitted their mistake, remade them and they are going to reimburse us for the cost of repurchasing the uniforms so I couldn't complain much even though I would not have any uniforms for a longer period of time. Today I picked up those uniforms and they were incorrect again! the right logo this time but the wrong color. I have only ever sent one attachment that shows our new logo. It is a transparent background and the logo appears to be green and white (the white is actually transparent on a PNG image) For some reason, they made our logo black. This looked fine on a black shirt but not on a grey shirt. I'm sure they could understand my frustration when I called to complain that there was yet ANOTHER error on the shirts they already had to redo. However, instead of an apology I was met with an argument. I was speaking to the owner, I believe, who told me the only image he had in his system was a black and green image. Wrong. I forwarded the original email with the logo attached (the only logo that has ever been sent) showing a green and grey logo with a transparent background. He argued that you cannot make a logo with a transparent background (although they have done it before) so he had to choose a color thread and they went with black. There was no proof sent although it was requested, they was no communication for any confusion they had. Nothing they just chose to make it the wrong color because apparently "that's the only image they had". I'd like to remind you this place has made all of our uniforms previously and this has not been an issue, they have the correct logo because I have only ever sent one logo to have any previous shirts made. so what he is saying is, straight up, false. He kept finding excuse after excuse, still no apology. When I dropped our shirts off they were in a bag that also had the logo on it. the woman asked "This is the right logo correct? not the other we used?" to which I responded correct. His argument was well, the bag was black so we assumed it needed to be black on the shirts." which further contradicts the "this is the only image we have" excuse. He then proceeded to tell me the following, and I quote: "Yeah, sure, We've been in business 25 yrs, but I don't know that" (sarcastic) "We've obviously made mistakes every time so you should have made sure you were very thorough and specific." (NOT sarcastic) "You speak your dental language and leave the graphic language to me" (Rude) "I'm growing tired of this conversation as well. Goodbye" (Hung up on me) I was appalled. The entire conversation, I was just wanting to explain that I have only ever sent one logo and I'm not sure how this error even happened and I couldn't BELIEVE we were dealing with yet another mistake. It is unacceptable. I work in customer service and I am well aware that the customer is not always right, but when they ARE and the countless mistakes are on the fault of the company I absolutely expect an apology and accommodation not a full on battle. To be fair, He did mention "its easy to change the thread color if you want to bring them back" but this was the last straw. I didn't want to fix another error,I wanted to make sure further errors never happened again but after this conversation I am aware that this company will continue to make excuses for their mistakes and try to flip the blame on the customer and I am not interested in doing business with people like that. read more

Terrible customer service. My order was promised on the 10th. I stop by to pick it up on the afternoon of the 10th. Im told its not ready. I say I thought the 10th is the pick up date...? I get told Its still the 10th! What does that mean....? I have until midnight before its technically the 11th? So I leave and come back on the 11th. Guess what its not ready. Im told UPS hasnt gotten there yet, whatever that is supposed to mean. A phone call from the store would have been helpful as I am not privy to UPS delivery schedule. This is by far the WORSE place EVER!!!!! I will never go there again and I will definitely let friends and family know about my experience with this sorry place. I brought my sons shirt on Monday and let them know I needed it done by Wednesday. I was told that was no problem at all because apparently it only takes 30 minutes to complete. I called Wednesday around 3 pm to get a status on the shirt and I was told it wasn't done and the person doing it wasn't even aware of this order. I told the male that I was promised it would be done before my son's baseball game and they said it should be done when I got there. Not only was it NOT completed but they didn't even have the correct shirt. Not only are the employees incompetent they are just down right STUPID! Don't promise a customer something and NOT be able to deliver! I would consider anywhere else before taking your business here! read more

My boss sent me to embroider our company logo on shirts, and I called around for some different places that would do the work. Right off the bat their costumer service was amazing over the phone. When I went into the store they where so helpful in trying to help me design and pick the right colors for our company. They showed me an image online with the colors I had picked, which made the process so much easier. They are truly wonderful and a knowledgeable company. Their staff is friendly and they have lots of inventory to choose from. I would recommend this place to everyone! read more

I recently got a wedding gift engraved here and I am very dissatisfied with their customer service. The two women who work there do not have great phone etiquette and the man who helped me place the order was trying to force his design instead of just listening to what I wanted. Overall I received the best service from him during this entire experience. The woman named Debbie mentioned she does the books for their business, I suggest just does that instead of interacting with the customers. I went in on Monday to get the item engraved. The man told me that it was kind of short notice and they usually would like more time, but he assured me he would have it done by Friday because the wedding was on Saturday. He also raved to me about how the glassware I brought in was the perfect type for engraving. He measured the item and said it would fit fine in their machine as well. I called a little after 10 am on Friday because their hours say they open at 10 am. During the phone call the two women were rude even though I simply just asked if my item would be available to pick up. They kept talking back and forth with one another and then decided to tell me that it should be ready some time that day. I waited around for a phone call saying it's ready and never received one. I call Saturday morning and Debbie tells me, "oh yeah,that's been ready" I tell her, "okay I'll be in soon to pick it up" she tells me, "okay, well I close at 4pm today so." I know this may not sound too rude but it was her tone and the way she said it that turned me off. I get there and pick up the item. I look at it and one of the letters are a total different shade than the others. Much lighter and appeared white, compared the the grey shade the other letters were. I ask her why thay may be and ahe just tells me that she doesn't know and that it might be the type of glass it is. . .after the guy initially told me it was the perfect glass. The letters are super small compared to the size of the item, they clearly did not take advantage of the space they could work with. The glass still had chips on it from the engraving as if they didn't even wipe it down before returning it to me. I'm overall not happy with the results . They should stick to sport merchandise and plaques. read more

This is hands down the greatest place I have been too! The owner is so nice and understanding. My order came out perfectly and the prices are so reasonable. For what I got and what I paid I feel as though I should've paid more because the engraving I got was beautiful. I had a rush order for shirts for my soccer team (30 shirts with names and numbers as well as waterfalls engraved with names) all needed to be done with only 5 days notice. Robert the owner was so nice and promised me it would be done before I needed. No one else in town would do my order saying it can't be done but not Robert he assured me it would be done and 3 days later I get a call and my order was done! THIS WAS EXCEPTIONAL! A long overdue review from late January (I know), I hope the next review is as good as this one. I've been buying trophies and swag for a family Super Bowl Chili Cook-off for 21(?) years, sometimes locally, sometimes out of town. I was apprehensive when I read this business' yelp reviews in the past. I'd even looked and had not gone there a few times because of that and because I thought I was getting a better price from the big guy in Sacramento. Tardiness and location made me default to this place for this years' event. Everything they promised me here was right-on and in time. They even advised me to buy some glassware from the Dollar Store next door to save money vs.what they had. Honest, timely, and the price was the same or better than the places I'd used in the past. I ordered coach's trophies from All Awards and when I picked the trophies up, they were on time and just as ordered. The day after I took them home my new puppy chewed a corner of one of the plaques off!! I called them up and they had me bring it in, salvaged what they could and made me a new trophy right there in less than 15 minutes. That's good customer service! read more

I do not understand why this business has as many stars as it does, and to the writers of the 5 star reviews, I envy your experience, because mine was not near what yours was like. I went in with our order, with specific details about how we wanted our order. They sent us they first proof of our t-shirt, and it was a completely different color, icon, font, and content. We emailed them a couple times and sent us a second proof that barely changed, and was just butt ugly. We went in a second time and told them EXACTLY what we wanted. Debi, the person we had talked to before, kept saying, "It is the end of the year we are backed up with all sorts of different orders and our art department is backed up," and as she was saying this to us, she was working with 2 or so other customers, who came after we did, going back and forth between them and me. We repeated everything that we wanted and made sure she wrote plenty of notes on the designs that we brought her, and we were confident we wouldn't have to come back with more problems. Well, we were wrong. They sent us the proof and yes, they did get it this time, almost. They cut off part of a name on the shirt and left out a whole person's name. We emailed them 3-5 times and we got no answer after a week or so, so we went in again, with our design and name information, AGAIN. Yet again, while we were trying to work with Debi, she became sidetracked and worked with all of the other customers in the room, that came after we did. They used the same excuse as before, "the art department is backed up," except this time, they also told us that they had emailed us back right after we emailed them. Well, if you know you emailed us and you didn't get an email back from us for a week, wouldn't you be worried that your customer has "not responded"? We told them exactly what we said the last time, and this time gave us all of the designs and other things that we had to hopefully have them get it right this time. By this time we had been trying to design a shirt that had a simple design both front and back for 3-4 weeks. And they hadn't even finalized the proof in that time. Well, they made the shirts, and we got them back with the cut off name fixed, but a name still missing. We begged them to fix it, but they refused and Debi was completely rude, and unprofessional. Papers scattered all over the main desk and even ignoring what we were saying to her to work with other people. We just barely got our shirts "on time," even though we wanted to have them weeks before. Plus their dog was disruptive, i.e. barking, and sniffing in places you don't want to be sniffed. If I could, I would not even give them a star. We were recommended to them, saying they are great, and we greatly disappointed. We will never work with them again.
