Shipping is a bit high so I'd recommend getting a large order put together to be shipped all at one time. The insert fits EXACTLY in the same place as the old one, is beautifully engraved, comes with adhesive already on it and it looks great. Turnaround time is very reasonable; mine took 7 working days. (NOTE) Make sure you measure your old trophy insert carefully, as there are LOTS of sizes that are close.

Abysmal Experience and Lack of Compassion at Wilson Trophy Company…read moreMy experience with Wilson Trophy Company was deeply disappointing, bordering on disrespectful, especially considering the sensitive nature of my request. I initially reached out to the top executive with a unique and time-sensitive need: to have a custom plaque made for my father's blank headstone, matching (or closely approximating) one already installed for my brother who passed away in 1988. I was looking for a company with the expertise and compassion to handle such a personal task. Instead, my request was seemingly treated as a burden and passed down to a front-desk employee or operator who demonstrated a shocking lack of customer service skills, empathy, and professionalism. A Comedy of Errors and Excuses: 1. Poor Hand-Off and Lack of Oversight: The first executive's decision to hand off such a sensitive, non-standard request to an apparently untrained individual was the first major mistake. The executive never followed up to ensure a proper outcome, showing a complete disregard for my business and my family's needs. 2. Unnecessary and Questionable Tariff Fee: Despite informing the representative that I needed the plaque ASAP for my father's blank headstone, I was charged a bogus $25 tariff fee for an item coming from a U.S.-based vendor, at a time when nationwide tariffs were on hold. Her excuse for this fee was utterly unconvincing. While I begrudgingly paid it to move the process forward, it reflects a dishonest and opportunistic approach to billing. 3. The Unforgivable Delay and Deception: The most egregious part of this transaction was the failure to notify me when the plaque arrived. I stressed multiple times that I needed to know the minute the plaque was delivered so I could immediately install it on my father's blank headstone. When I followed up after the promised 15 business days, I was suddenly told it was ready. When I drove straight to the store, I saw a handwritten tracking number on an invoice and was told by the employee that the plaque had been there for "about a week or so." Upon checking the tracking number, I discovered the plaque had arrived at Wilson Trophy on August 19th--a full two weeks before I was finally able to pick it up on September 3rd. Her excuse for this monumental delay? "Well, no one told me." This is unacceptable. Two weeks--14 days--passed while the plaque sat on a desk, and my father's headstone remained blank. As a former business owner who understands that reputation hinges on excellent service, I am appalled that Wilson Trophy Company would entrust a sensitive, urgent customer request to an employee who is clearly not trained in basic communication or accountability, and whose lack of follow-through was then excused by a management structure that failed to follow up. I would absolutely not recommend Wilson Trophy Company for any custom work, especially if it requires a modicum of care, timely communication, or professional handling. The lack of compassion shown during a difficult family request is shameful.

A Generational Go-To -- The Trophy Center Delivers Every Time…read more The Trophy Center has been a generational business partner for my family. My mom introduced me to them years ago, and to this day, she still trusts them for trophies for events, organizations, special occasions, and commemorations. That kind of loyalty doesn't happen by accident. The people who run this place are some of the nicest you'll meet. Friendly, professional, and they know their craft. You're not just placing an order -- you're working with people who take pride in what they do. The selection has always impressed me. Whether it's basketball, softball, track, leadership awards, or even something as unique as a potato sack race, they've got you covered. And if they don't have exactly what you're looking for, I'm confident they can order it or create it for you. The pricing has always been fair, especially when you consider the quality of the work. And one thing I highly recommend is taking advantage of their turnaround time -- they're efficient and reliable when you need something done right and on time. As for accuracy, in all the years my family has worked with them, I can only remember maybe one or two instances where something needed to be corrected, and even then, it was due to incorrect information being provided -- not a lack of attention on their part. If you need a trophy, plaque, or anything along those lines, stop by The Trophy Center. They've been getting it right for generations, and they'll take care of you too.

I highly recommended getting a cutting board or any kitchen items from them. The engraving turned out beautifully, the quality of the board is excellent, and the turnaround time was unbelievably fast. The staff was so kind, helpful, and accommodating, and the pricing was more than fair for the quality and service. If you're looking for a thoughtful, personalized gift or any engraved kitchen items, I HIGHLY recommend coming here. I will absolutely be back. I've been to a few engraving/monogram stores in Sacramento and Vacaville and nothing compares to this store especially when it comes to the quality and items they sell. Ask for Rita, she is so sweet and did such a great job on design.

!!!!!!!!!!! STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE!!!!!!!!…read more I brought in a knife to executive engraver for a name engraving a week before Christmas. He said he could get it done before then and was not available for the following 3 weeks. He engraved the name on the wrong side and said that it was unfixable. Called the store to order me a new one and said that it would be on the house... they didn't have any available so he grounded down the metals on the original knife and re-engraved on the other side like I asked.. finally picking up a knife March 4 when he said it was supposed to be done before Christmas. The knife is not in the same shape it was when I initially brought it to him. It was brand new. The knife now does not close correctly and I told him that and he got very frustrated and raised his voice at me and told me he doesn't have time to talk to me and to take a knife and get the F out of his store. This man has issues and he's very unprofessional and his work is absolute trash.

They took the time to show me a wide variety of display trophies and awards, walking me through the different styles, materials, and customization options. What really stood out was how thoughtful they were during the decision-making process. They discussed the pros and cons of each option in a clear and honest way, helping me understand what would work best for our executive group dinner. They even allowed me to take home several samples, which made it so much easier to share with my team and feel confident in the final selection. Once I made my choice, the process moved quickly and seamlessly. We worked through pricing together, and after I provided the details for the design, they created the renderings in just a few hours--much faster than I expected. The final engraving was absolutely beautiful. The craftsmanship, attention to detail, and overall quality exceeded every expectation. The finished awards were a perfect addition to our executive dinner. Everyone was impressed by how elegant and well-made they were, and we received so many compliments throughout the evening.
