I was so happy to have her help make my shirt come to life! I explained to her what I wanted and she delivered 100%!! No disappointment from this as it's great quality and she made everything aligned the way it should. I told her how I wanted the shirt to look from front to back. All I had to do was send my images to the number provided on the red business card and then the image is discussed on how the customer feels about it or if any changes need to be made. This was an awesome shirt and I can't wait to wear it around, supporting BTS Jimin new album FACE!!! Ask for Keri when U walk in for a shirt to be made! I Purchased my first jacket from Mike, and he said that it would only take 4 to 6 weeks to arrive…read more The jacket showed up about four months later not the month and a half that he quoted. The quality the jacket was good. I decided to order another jacket from Mike, this was a custom jacket that I paid nearly $500 for. Five months later I still did not have my jacket. He would not return emails, he would not answer the phone, and it just became an utter nightmare to deal with him. I finally had to get Paypal involved and when I did, they put a hold on his account and he finally reached out to make this right. If it were not for Paypal I'm sure that I'd still be out the $500 and I would not have the jacket that I paid for. I would recommend that anyone that is looking for a custom jacket to find somebody else. I would never use this company nor would I ever recommend them to anyone. Mike is nir responsive and does not follow up or follow through. If you choose to use him you may be sorely disappointed By the way, they are no longer in Rockland California they are in Cedar Hills Utah. It's the same company that was in California but now they operate out of Utah. He also does not make jackets in his store, he sources them for my factory somewhere and makes excuses when ever he can deliver on what he's promised and blames the factory
