I actually decided to replace the current one instead of getting more parts, so since she was helpful, I thought I'd give her first crack for my business. They only carried a higher price point vacuum. Speaking to Polly, though, I arranged to purchase a floor model at a discounted price. Sadly, I realized, it didn't have features I wanted (completely my fault) after making arrangements with the store, so I called back and informed Polly I wouldn't get it. So the reason for the 5 stars is due to great customer service by Polly (and Lauren).
