Amazing quality service. I arrived 5 minutes before the store opened up, but as soon as the owner saw me outside, she opened up the store. Brought my suit pants here for a basic hem. Had to have them hemmed twice because they were too long the first time, which was really my fault. Brought the pants back to have them adjusted and they fixed them free of charge. The people working here are very friendly and efficient. The alteration took about a week to get back each time. Good, quick service I was pleased with the work this tailor shop did with my dress. I walked in to a nice, clean establishment. There were two dressing/fitting rooms immediately to the left and a raised platform next to it for alteration and measuring. My dress just needed hemming (short-people syndrome) ¯\_(ツ)_/¯ They completed the job with a quick turnaround time and even did a rush job (one day sooner pickup) so I can wear it on time for a wedding. Professional work with great customer service... friendly and fast. The prices are reasonable too. Looks like I'll be coming here more often for alteration needs. My lady and I have given her numerous clothing items and she has done just what was asked. Sometimes these projects involved extraordinarily little material from which to work. She has taken things in, taken things out and reshaped to our specifications. Her work for us has included dress slacks, skirts, shorts and shirts. She has also tailored a number of golf shorts for me .... perfectly. I am very disappointed with the service I received at this Tailor shop. I came in with a dress that needed to be hemmed and was told they'll have it done in a week. Well one week later, I came back and was told they didn't have it ready and to wait 15 minutes. It turns out, during that 15 minute wait, the lady was rushing to hem my dress. I was furious. I saw her in the back scrambling to cut and sew my dress. What kind of good job can you do in 15 minutes while filled with anxiety?? When I got home, I saw the hem was uneven and a black stain was now present on the outer layer of my dress. Needless to say - I will not come back - I paid full price for a careless job. Another unprofessional instance I witnessed was when a customer left and I overhead the lady say (translated) "I am fixing your item and you speak to me like I'm your dog." Edit: After checking for care instructions, I discovered they removed the care tag that held my dress's extra button. There is now a HOLE in place of where the care tag was. I have no clue why they would even do this, it served no purpose to neither them or me. read more
