We bought a very expensive Santa suit in 1998 and have used it every year. It has gotten rather tired looking and the fur was pretty matted. The cleaners we've been using have told us it's time for a new suit. We moved last year and had been looking to buy a new suit but decided to get one more season out of it. So after checking out dry cleaners in the area, we settled upon one and took the suit and dropped it off for cleaning. It was absolutely amazing when we went to pickup the suit. Not sure how they did it, but the suit looked brand new and the white fur was amazing. It really looked like we had just bought it. We can't say enough good things about Elite cleaners. The people at the counter were very nice when we dropped the suit off and when we went back and picked it up. Their work is fantastic. I would recommend reading this before bringing your clothes - I was excited about this dry cleaning spot when I brought my silk dresses in. Turn around time was great, cleaned my dresses and had no issues. I came back in with two designer pieces asking them to spot clean. I come back in wishing for a time machine to travel back so I would have never came here to begin with. Clothes COMPLETELY ruined. My white dress was pressed far too long and somehow extended 3 inches in length (dragging on the floor). The stains were semi cleaned with pink treatment still left behind. My white wool pants were tumbled in the wash with dark clothes leaving black lint balls everywhere and discolored. The lady not only laughed at me, but said that the lint was going to collect after wearing the pants regardless. They refused to accept their fault and not willing to repay for the damages. I called this establishment three days in advance asking if I could have a suit cleaned and ready to pick up on a specific day. They said sure no problem it will just have to be after 3 PM on that Monday and it's extra charge for each garment. I told him it was just a suit needed for a funeral. My husband drove over there dropped off the soup and told him they cannot have it ready on Monday and it has to be Wed. We explained we need it for Tuesday morning funeral so he said OK Tuesday morning even though he quoted me I could pick it up on the Monday. He still Charged extra expedited service for the suit jacket and slacks. I'm not sure if we would ever go back here considering they renege on time frames read more

It is so true, an excellent dry cleaner is hard to find! Luckily after trying out multiple places when we first moved here, this has definitely become our go to place! One of the things that I like the most (besides doing a great job on our clothes) is the great service that comes with it. Every person that works there is very personable and calls you by name. They ask how your day has been, ask about their service, give you a lollipop and wish you a good day (well, give my son a lollipop). But of course, unless there is good dry cleaning and laundry service, you could be nice and it won't matter- but they do both. Have to write an over-the-top review for this place. We've been using Elite Cleaners for about 2 years. Our clothes always come back perfect, and the owners and the staff greet us by name. Recently my husband got a huge ink spot on his wool slacks from a commercial print machine. The 6- inch square spot was soaked with ink and I said throw them out, but he insisted on seeing if the cleaners could get it out and the pants came back looking like new. Kept breaking buttons off of my shirt sleeves, Although they replaced them a couple times, they told me it was my fault for not paying for their higher level service! ($6.50 for hand press instead of the 2.50 I normally spend for "wash and hang.") Said I was only one to complain. I've been having shirts washed by various cleaners for over twenty years and never had this sort of problem before. I also brought up the numerous missed spots and stains I would often find. Beware-I dropped off designer items to be cleaned and when I returned to pick up the owner's wife first insisted my husband had already picked them up that day (wish my husband picked up dry cleaning and we don't live in Roseville). After much arguing she then said the other girl said I came back and took my items back because I changed my mind. I told her to call her employee but she wouldn't. Her husband told her to call too but she wouldn't. Then she said that I never left them that day or I would have a pink ticket. I luckily found my pink ticket and again she pretended not to have my items. After circling her inventory I showed her exactly my items. Horrible!!! I gave them a sincere try. Had to go back twice for items that were not cleaned. The first time it was a shirt that I'd had dry cleaned and it came back with a stain on it. I had shown them the stain when I dropped it off and asked them specifically to get that out. They got that one out after the second try. However, my latest visit has made me decide not to return ever. I brought in 10 items to be laundered and dry cleaned. Their starch and pressing skills on the laundered items was sub-par and one of the dress shirts had a stain again. I brought it back to them and instead of fixing the problem, they explained to me that for the cheaper service of laundering they only spray the collar and sleeves. They do not look for anything else on the clothing. They told me more than once that is why they charge so much less for that service. Well, it costs me significantly less to clean it at home or to go someplace who can do it right the first time. read more

On 8/29/2016, I dropped off a down comforter to be cleaned. It had never been outside of its duvet cover until I brought it into this place. When I came to pick it up, they had lost it, and tried to give me a different one that was clearly NOT mine. Besides it no longer being down, it was now very old and tattered. The duvet cover is 64" x 84" and the comforter they had swapped out was 68" x 88", which clearly wouldn't even fit inside of my duvet cover. The owner changed my receipt by handwriting a note on their copy after I left the store. I made two attempts to reason with the owner, Alan Cheolwoo Yoo, and a woman I suspect was his wife. They were belligerent, and refused to consider what they had done with my property. Their only suggestion was that I sue them in small claims court. read more
