When I brought in my wool pants and velvet blazer for a wedding, he told me to bring my dress shoes and only charged me once from the first fitting. We originally planned for four services: widening the waist, hemming, tapering, and a final dry clean. After doing the waist and trying everything on again, he recommended that we just go with hemming and the dry clean instead. He could've easily charged me more, but he didn't. His experience with tailoring clothes for Asian and shorter body types really came through. In the end, he cared more about making sure I looked good than making money. Highly recommended. I cannot recommend Vogue Cleaners enough for dry cleaning services! I took my wedding dress here, and it had quite a few stains, including a pen mark that I needed cleaned before my wedding day. I had low hopes of getting it perfectly cleaned because my dress had been sitting a while with the stains in the store I bought it from. Vogue Cleaners was able to get each stain out, including the pen mark, fully. I was so impressed with them, and they only took about 2 weeks to clean it! When they gave it back to me before my wedding day, they put the dress on structured cardboard to help keep the shape of chest area perfect before my big day. Since then, I have taken my wedding dress back to them after my wedding to get it clean and preserved. I have also taken numerous other items to them for dry cleaning, including my bridal shower dress and a heavy coat. Overall, I am so impressed with them, and I am quickly becoming a regular customer. Their turn around time is quick and all of the people who work there have always been extremely nice and welcoming. They have a handy text reminder system that texts you when your order is done. I found a beautiful white dress at the thrift store that I was hoping to wear at my engagement party. Even though Vogue Cleaners is farther away, I wanted to try it as some cleaners closer to me had recent negative reviews. I am happy to report that I had an excellent experience here! My blazers were done one day earlier than expected, and I received a text message alerting me that my clothes were ready for pickup. With something so important I searched around and compared reviews, and I am very glad I went to Vogue cleaners. I took in a jacket that had a tear in the pocket, I had previously taken it to a diff. dry cleaners that told me it couldn't be repaired because of the fabric. I took my to Taekwondo dobok here before my 3rd degree black belt test because I wanted it to be perfect for my test. I was so nervous because I had never used to dry cleaner before and if they messed this up right before my test I was in trouble. I went in they were so kind asked about my event, showed respect for my uniform and seemed genuinely excited for me and to make sure my uniform came out just as I needed.
