Over the top customer care!! I had a rather awkward request and Mike made me feel like family. I placed an order for a man's laundry to be picked up and delivered. It turned out the man was suffering from dementia and had misrepresented himself. I called back within two hours and canceled. I was feeling guilty about putting the business through this. I was also feeling the embarrassment of being played like that and Mike was wonderful about the situation. He ended up making me feel okay. read more

I was nervous about using a laundry service but not anymore! They kept everyone's clothes sorted and folded together in separate bags. I asked for fragrances free and it didn't have a chemical smell that some fragrance free detergents leave. Our clothes are soft smell clean and odorless and folded nicely. The price is awesome considering it gives me time to take care of my aging mom and not stress about laundry or run up and down the stairs. Mark was so kind to answer all my questions and it was a breeze to set up an account. read more

The service was as promised. In 2 days my towels and sheets were returned in 2 solid packs, folded, and clean with a fresh, but subtle fragrance of downy. read more

So I am writing a six star review for At Your Service Laundry! I am blown away by the professionalism, punctuality and service I have been provided for my business! My contact person has been Mark and every conversation I have had with him has answered any and all of my questions clearly! My sheets for my business are cleaned, sorted, packaged and delivered on time and in the right place! Super affordable rates and ease of access to make/change delivery and/or product preferences! I was not prepared for this level of service and now I have a great problem of having too many clean sheets in my business room! Beyond happy and I have told as many people as I can to definitely look this business up pronto! Thank you guys so much! You have my business! read more

I am the events manager at the Elks Tower and we use "at your service laundry" for all of our linen washing needs. The staff is beyond helpful, kind, and accommodating. We are always happy with the service and plan on staying around for years and years to come! read more

Clean, plenty of machines. Offers several pay options and offers laundry service. Will go back again.

Great again! Tried the (new) dry cleaning service. Perfect - I had an oversized king quilt, huge, heavy. They took it, did a great job, folded it at my request and put it in a nice plastic clear dry cleaning bag (the kind with a handle). It's now ready for me to put on FB Marketplace - it's lovely, but too heavy for us, sigh.... Mark is attentive to detail and provides such quick and excellent service! Thanks, Mark! read more

I have been using "at your service Laundry" for several months now and I am so impressed with everything they've done. They take my dirty laundry and return it, pristine and folded and just perfect. They send texts to notify when they will be there and when they're dropping off. They have never failed me, which is amazing. When I have had to reach them, I get a live person almost every time and that person, Mark, is so customer service oriented, and accommodates whatever the situation is. If you need your laundry, done in a convenient amazing way you will contact this service and you will find them to be as amazing as I do. read more

It was my first time coming in and it was a drop-off. There's a shutter window and a doorbell to the left for drop-off only. Check-in was fast and their initial turn-around was about 3 days. I had dropped off some bedding and I didn't know the correct wording between mattress cover and bed sheets . I initially got overcharged but that's entirely my fault. Next day comes and I get a text notification that my order is ready - super fast! Pick-up will be in the back and they will be in clear bags supplied by them, labeled by first name. A kind employee made me know that I was overcharged and the owner had already refunded the difference. Overall I greatly appreciated their transparency and quick turnaround. They even folded my tote bags I used and gave during drop-off! I'll be sure to use their clear bags on my next visit. read more

This service has changed my life. I committed to bi-weekly service and it has saved me HOURS of time and stress. They pick up my clothes in the morning and have them back to me within 24 hours, folded organized and smelling so good. This service is worth every penny and a massive game changer for my routine. 10/10 recommend. read more

Exceptional service, very quick turnaround. No wait for service, everything folded well. They ask what soap and softener you'd like. Great for when you just don't have time to do laundry!! read more

I decided to check out At Your Service Laundry because of the great reviews. I was looking for a place that would wash our king comforter. Unfortunately, all the places here in Elk Grove didn't seem to have that service, or they simply would dry clean it. And their reviews weren't as good as At Your Service. So I decided to head out there (20 minute drive for me) and I'm glad I did. I dropped off the comforter around noon and it was ready a few hours later. Not to mention the price was really good and the workers that helped me were very friendly. They did a great job. The comforter was placed in a nice carry bag and it smelled great! Needless to say, we'll be going there anytime we need to clean our comforter. read more

WOW!!!!! I am ruined for life and don't think I ever want to do laundry again on my own. After my washer decided to take some well-deserved time off, I dropped in with my 61lbs of laundry. Items were washed, dried, and folded neatly - all within the promised timeframe and to my exact specifications. Not only that, my pet peeve has been my pet hair all over my black clothes. Go figure, I love black... and our long-haired cat is... not black! The team from At Your Service Laundry ran a lint roller over EVERY SINGLE PAIR of black tights I own. I have not had hair-less pants in ... over a year!!!! Thank you, Mark and team! I will absolutely be back!!! And my kiddo fully supports my decision... she suffers from laundry-duty allergies. read more

Great quality and fast service. This is definitely a service I will continue to use. The driver is friendly and professional.

Fantastic service from the ease of website/ordering, timely pickup, quick turnaround time and great pricing. I'm so glad I found this laundry service. read more

I have been using their service for a couple months, and they were consistently good. Well packed and folded, a little on the pricey side with a minimum, but still overall fair value. There was a loss of items, which can happen, but I was not too happy about how it was communicated or addressed. That unfortunate incident is the difference between 4 and 5 stars, but overall their service is good. read more

As a depressed mama, I couldn't get a hold of my duties piling up. Laundry was no exception. I reached out to these lovely ladies and they took me in no questions asked. Wanted to use this service but when we went in, the lady working the desk told us we couldn't see the weight before to see what the price would be around. We have never used a laundry service before so we were just trying to see how much this would come out to be. She basically was saying commit or don't. She also told my husband that a stand up laundry basket was around $60.. which seems completely insane and not $1.50 per pound like they advertise? An average basket of laundry is around 10-12 pounds so that's when we need it was a little shady. We're going to go check out some other services to see how much this is really supposed to come out to. Wish we had a better experience because this one is so close to our home read more

Yo! This place is dope! I've been so busy with work after the major storm we just had and had a family event coming up and needed laundry done same day. Also had so much errands to do and getting kids ready. I showed up a little after they opened and spoke with Emily who was the convo we of the place. Told me she'll check out how much clothes I had and ensured she'll make sure they'll get down that night. Got a text around 6pm saying everything was done and folded. The clothes smelled amazing. And the laundry neatly folded and bagged and tagged. I was impressed! Definitely will come back again. So glad I found them in yelp! read more

Fast turnaround. Affordable. Laundry smells great. Not the best location but that's why they are cheap! I'll be back.

My first time using a progessional service for my laundry. I'm laid up with a bum foot so it was impossible to get to the laundromat. I slowly went through just about every garment I own - before I made a reservation for At Your Service to come and pick up my four large plastic bags chock full of clothes. Michelle didn't flinch, and committed to have it all back in two days (although I think I could have had it the next day). It came back beautifully folded, wrapped in clear plastic or on hangers, and smelled sweet! Wow! Support your local small business! PS you can drop off your clothes in person and save a few bucks on pickup and delivery. read more

I was in a pinch to get 100 microfiber towels cleaned, and they came thru with flying colors. They gave me a price upfront, the service was completed ahead of schedule, and the towels were very, very clean. This location is not in the best demographic, but I can get over that based upon the quality and good customer service. read more

I have used At Your Service twice now for laundry pick up and delivery. This service is amazing. They take all the necessary precautions into account when picking up and dropping off. I have a giant comforter that is a real pain to wash and they returned it looking amazing! I would highly recommend using them if you are in a pinch and don't have time to take your laundry anywhere. Their prices are clearly laid out on their website and signing up is a breeze. Thank you so much for giving me some time back in my day! I truly appreciate it! read more

I use their laundry service frequently and they do a fantastic job. I always enjoy seeing them when I drop off and pick up.

Esmeralda was so helpful as well as the owner! It was my first time here last week and I dropped my sons king size comforter off @7am and it was ready the same day @10:30am. Esmeralda couldn't make any promises as to how soon it would be done, so when I received the text it was done I was so happy:). The huge comforter was placed in a plastic bag for me and ready to take home. The prices are very reasonable and overall I definitely will be coming back. read more

This service is wonderful, with constant excellent customer service that I appreciate so much. I am an older senior who cannot do as much as I used to and the best part of my day is when I get all my laundry clean and folded from my driver. The driver is very polite and kind, also using fantastic customer service. The owner is a rare gem in the world of business. She is kind, polite, and takes time to explain how things work or answer any questions. For awhile when Covid was in my complex and it was all so new, they picked up my laundry bag outside the building door, to keep everyone safe. I asked for that extra service. You can count on her and my driver, to give me whatever I need. They are fast becoming like a family instead of just people who do a job. read more

Absolutely amazing. My husband and I are always super busy and on the go, so we decided to give At Your Service Laundry a try. Let me tell you, it's going to be a sad day when we move outside their service area! We LOVE this company. Michelle is super on top of things which is greatly appreciated and the laundry service its self is outstanding. I'm pretty finicky about my clothes, but they provide such amazing service and accommodate all of my annoying specifics. It's almost reminiscent of how my mother did laundry when I was younger. You know, that laundry folding super power you don't acquire until you're a parent? Welp, these guys nailed it. Greatly appreciate all you do! 10/10 recommend. read more

Me and my wife run a Small business and are constantly on the go. Unfortunately this leaves little time for things like laundry. Lucky for me I found at your service. I was a little skeptical at first but I can't say enough good things about them. They arrived right on time for the initial pick up the person who came out was very polite and professional. The laundry was returned the next day perfectly folded and smelling wonderful. The pricing in my opinion is more then fair especially when factoring in what I would have to pay to go do it my self. Over all I'm extremely satisfied and will definitely continue to use this service. I would also recommend it to anyone who has laundry needs you will not be disappointed. read more

I can't say enough good things about this this business! They are prompt and consistently provide high quality service. The website is very simple to navigate and revisit. They are small enough to make personalized friendly contact as needed, but organized enough to get any order of any size back to you neatly folded, smelling fresh and beautifully clean. I truly appreciate this service. Some friends treated me for my first order and I was in heaven. I didn't know anyone provided this service in Sacramento. My apartment complex is full of folks not willing to wear masks and my local laundromat is the same. Michelle always has a mask on when she picks up and delivers as well as socially distancing when you open your door. She is a dynamo as well and buzzes in and out carrying a lot of laundry with her! read more
