I live in a senior apt complex, so it is difficult. My laundry spot answered me quickly and gave me all the information I needed. I set up a pickup online, was told the approximate pricing, and we set a date. They picked up on time and in a few days, I had my rugs back, good as new. I recently bought two alternative down comforters for my bed and my daughter's bed. Well, found out they are a bit of a hassle to wash and dry in our standard washer and dryers. Constantly had to shift the comforters around so the washer wasn't uneven then again in the dryer so they would be throughly dried. The facility is practically spotless clean, employees are constantly cleaning and extremely helpful, a variety of sizing for washers and dryers, and vending machines that have detergent/softeners to purchase in case you forget yours. Yes, there's a vending machine for drinks and snacks too! :) Payment options can either be cash, credit card, and tap to pay. Based on my experience you pay for the wash and drying is free. I only saw when adding special types of drying like anti-wrinkle and another option it was starting at .$25. My Laundry Spot will be my new spot on the monthly for these! read more

Quiet and chill, which is a miracle on Stockton Blvd. Digital machines, and an 8 load one as well. I've started dropping off my clothes for wash and fold and used them twice for pick up and delivery. As an exhausted, overstimulated mom, I will say this is my fave new self-care, once in a blue moon treat to myself. I dropped off 2 full hampers, and all were washed, folded sorted, and socks matched for about $70 and done within about 6 hours! Because I didn't wash them, they all got put away on the same day. I came here a few times because it's close to home. Most of the time there are plenty of washers but when it comes to the free drying, it's ridiculous. I've seen some people with one load, using five free dryers at a time because they don't want to wait long for their clothes and the attendant doesn't say anything. I was only able to use the free drying once, I washed four double loads and was able to shove them in two dryers, and waited 40 mins for it to dry. Their free dryers can fit a lot of clothes and/or blankets. It really sucks that there's no one there to really enforce the rules that's taped on front of all the free dryers. And I hate having to feel like I have to fight for a dryer after spending $20-$40 washing my clothes and blankets. Most of the time the washers are clean but one time I had a washer that smelled like rotten milk. I had already loaded the detergent and didn't want to waste it so I decided it might just wash away the scent. I was wrong. After washing and drying that load of clothes continued to smelled like rotten milk. After that time I would check the washers before stuffing my clothes in. I mean it's a public place so of course people wash other stuff like shoes and rugs and it's inevitable but it would be great if they could run a rinse cycle after those certain washes so the next customer won't have to grow through all that. The have free WiFi but the whole dryer issue may be enough for me to find another place. read more

For example, place that sells water for large containers is located across the parking lot. There is an Early years charter school across the street. Been coming here for 6+ months and really like it (used to come Wednesday)but every time I come here (Tuesday )recently I'm fighting over washers and the free dry. I understand people have thing as well wash and dry as well but for 2 people and the attendant to take up every washer and dryer is ridiculous. Called curtsy! I've never had to wait here. Drying ALMOST but washing always had something available. Easy to pay to the app and start your wash. The app did glitch on me once and the workers helped me out. I'd give this place 5 stars if it was 24hrs but it's cool I like this spot. read more

Had a great first time experience at this laundromat. It was moderately busy on a Sunday afternoon, however, there were still plenty of washers and dryers available. I used the $9 washer (I think the largest size they have) and dried my clothes for free. I was in and out in about an hour. Would have rated 5 stars if they had more seating. But, for the price and efficiency, this will be my go to spot for sure. read more

I wanted to go wash all these bulky blankets and stuff in one shot. I was worried the place would be crowded and I'd be waiting. Luckily it was empty when i got there. Only took half hour to wash big loads in hot water. I was impressed! And free dry after?!? Also Rosa is sweet and super helpful! They offer free dry with your wash, you can use cash or card which is awesome and they have a really neat snack/laundry machine setup. This place is just as good as the positive reviews say. It was super clean and had fun murals on the wall, which made it look inviting. There were two staff people there and both were very kind and helpful. I rarely visit laundromats and although I'm certainly smart enough to figure things out, it was nice to get personal service to get things going - they made sure I used the right size washer and the correct cycle to wash an older quilt. Simple, but nice to be helped. You can pay for the machines with a credit card, which was great. If you need soap from the dispenser machine it takes cash, or the staff can assist you with your debit card. The machines were clean and ran fine. As others have mentioned, the dryers are free! It has been a while since I've used a laundromat. So my experience at My Laundry Spot was extra awesome. This is the cleanest, most modern and well equipped laundry facility I have ever used. I hate doing laundry. I hated doing laundry at My Laundry Spot. But I didn't have to deal with the additional crappiness that I have come to expect from these places. There were tons of carts and a great variety of washers and dryers... all very modern. Everything was literally gleaming clean. I dropped clean laundry on the floor while I was loading it into the dryer and it was absolutely no big deal. I would eat off that floor (well, in a pinch maybe). Most of the machines are connected to an electronic hub where you can choose your options and pay for them with a credit card. All you need to do at the actual machine is load your clothes and soap, then press start. Or you can do the same thing with their app. Very cool. Added bonuses: free dryers if you wash your clothes there. And the staff is super helpful and pleasant. I'm sure their fluff and fold service is also awesome. They will even pick it up and deliver it to you free of charge. Whoever is managing this place and delivering the services, is really on their game. Okay... that's all. I need to go put away my clothes now. Too bad they don't do that too! read more

everything is great about this laundry including the machines but the only bad thing that really disturbed me was a comment regarding women that was made by a bald male employee who said that women are meant to just stay mainted by men and he also does not have good customer service and when you turn your back he stares at you and is just very disrespectful towards certain people only.it makes me feel uncomfortable everytime i go wash while its his shift some times i feel like just leaving but its the only laundry place that i like cause of how clean it is and how nice its kept. read more
