Constantly had to shift the comforters around so the washer wasn't uneven then again in the dryer so they would be throughly dried. The facility is practically spotless clean, employees are constantly cleaning and extremely helpful, a variety of sizing for washers and dryers, and vending machines that have detergent/softeners to purchase in case you forget yours. Yes, there's a vending machine for drinks and snacks too! :) Payment options can either be cash, credit card, and tap to pay. Based on my experience you pay for the wash and drying is free. I only saw when adding special types of drying like anti-wrinkle and another option it was starting at .$25. My Laundry Spot will be my new spot on the monthly for these!

I live in a senior apt complex, so it is difficult. My laundry spot answered me quickly and gave me all the information I needed. I set up a pickup online, was told the approximate pricing, and we set a date. They picked up on time and in a few days, I had my rugs back, good as new. They did an excellent job cleaning, and I now will use them each year to get things cleaned. I highly recommend My Laundry Spot, they were fast, efficient, and did a good job.

The underwear is changed daily. The rest of the clothes are worn and reworn. Once something gets spilled on the clothes a little water and some spray and wash is spritzed onto the dirty spots and then thrown into a plastic bag. The moment our clothes are almost all gone then we stop into the laundrymat and do a couple loads of wash. Florin Launderland for the most part is very clean and the wash machines are cleaned out and seem to be maintain pretty well. Our clothes are never torn to pieces and the dryers don't fry them so we were happy washing and drying our clothes in route from Yuba City to next destination. We have stopped here several times over the years during our summer vacations.

Explained to us that if we get the app and leave a review, that we'd be credited one free wash and I believe it was $5 for leaving a Yelp review. I asked if they had a sink for me to wash my hands and she unlocked the employees only restroom for me. I don't think it's open to patrons though, which is unfortunate. They start closing off one side around 8:15pm so you only have the other side plus the dryers until they close at 10pm. Reloading the card was a little annoying since we weren't sure how much we'd need as we didn't want to overload, but taking a quick look at how much each machine would cost and predicting how many you'd need to use would help.

Last week, I came on a Wednesday afternoon and requested a Friday return date for 1 dress and they did it. The cost was $15. I even have them dry clean my travel Beis backpack and it comes back looking brand new. WARNING: Parking can be tough sometimes! This plaza is not the biggest but they have a dedicated parking spot just for them so I've been able to snag that front space most of the time but be prepared to park a little farther, especially if you're arriving during lunch time as there's restaurants around.

Very convenient if you want to send a gift.

Do not come here!!!…read more If I could give zero stars, I would. I brought in a white Aritzia suit that had been worn once. There was one small mark on it, and I was told it could be taken care of. Instead, I got the suit back covered in gray and black marks throughout the garment. To be clear, I dropped off a suit with one minor issue and got back a suit covered in new ones. I picked it up, drove straight home, and as I was hanging it in my closet I started noticing mark after mark after mark. I immediately called because I was genuinely shocked by what I was seeing. They didn't care! No resolve! What is most frustrating is that nobody mentioned a thing when the suit was returned to me. A white suit covered in dark marks does not magically end up that way after leaving the store. Someone should have noticed. Someone should have said something. $400 and it had been worn once.... I trusted professionals to care for it, and it was returned in significantly worse condition than when I dropped it off. Now I have to take it to another cleaner and hope they can undo whatever happened here because I no longer trust this business to touch the garment again. Take your clothing elsewhere!!

I have been using the service in West Sacramento for more than 4 years and until Monday around 8 at night I went as usual to wash my family's clothes when I arrived it was full and I had to wait for the machines to be vacated. Whenever I go I do it accompanied by my husband or a relative to take care of my son, my 3-year-old son with autism while I wash! my son met a girl his age and they started playing. The employee yelled at them to stop playing, I called my son's attention and sat him on a bench so that my cousin could take care of him, but how children with this condition will understand it is difficult for them to understand. My son started to play with his new friend again, the employee approached the children and yelled at them that they will not play. My son got scared and burst into tears. my cousin took my son to the car to calm him down and returned 15 minutes later. I always sit my son in the laundry cart because he is aallergic to dust,I know the security policies and I always do it under my responsibility as I said before.I have been a client since before I was pregnant and I never had any problem, also he never stays alone in the cart! My son calmed down and got entertained with my cell phone under my supervision. the employee told my cousin to get my son off the cart immediately to which I told her he was under my supervision and responsibility, she aso saw that the girl who was playing with my son in a cart but she says nothing. I do not speak English and the employee says she does not speak Spanish even though I hear her speak in Spanish with another person. I tried to explain my son's condition to her and she starts yelling at me as she approaches the cart and try to bring my son down of course I did not let her touch him but she did not let go of the cart and I had to put my son down. He keeps yelling at me and takes pictures of me and asks for my name and begins to threaten me, which I also ask for his name and he tells me that her name is Melissa, I also make a short video explaining what is happening to me and I call the police immediately But the parents of the girl friend of my son never came, they offer themselves as witnesses and they give me their cell phone number. I waited for more than an hour and the police did not arrive.I felt discriminated because of what was happening. The officer spoke to me and asked me for the witness's number and I spoke with him and told me that they would take care of it and gave me the report number I went home but my son was in crisis and scared he couldn't sleep at all last night! It is unfortunate that a person with such ignorance work in a place like this, where I always feel comfortable and the treatment she gives to children is reprehensible. She is a disrespectful and discriminatory person. read more

I've been coming here for almost two years now, since I moved into a place that had no washer and dryer. And, I want to give this place an excellent rating. After all, it's super clean. The staff has always been friendly and the prices are pretty darn reasonable, BUT they now have two strikes agains them and the second one is a HUGE strike. First, the music switched to top 40 pop hits. It would be much better if we could get a good mix or maybe some playlists from Spotify. I've been a musician since I was 7 and this stuff is killing my ears. It's not even about the decade of music, it's about the quality. Good music comes from all kinds of people regardless of age or generation! But, my biggest complaint is that I was there about a week ago and had my phone stolen! I turned my back for less than a minute to move a cart out of the way or throw something in the trunk of my car. Seriously, I was gone for maybe 30 seconds. Had my phone on the counter next to the stuff I was folding. Normally, I'd have the phone in my pocket, but I was in a hurry and only had on sweat pants. Came back and boom! Gone. Nowhere. There was a guy next to me who looked like he had been living on the streets. No worries, normally. Right? But, this guy was really not looking sane. Cigar stub in his mouth, avoiding eye contact with everyone. I wanted to confront him as he was taking off (right after my phone went missing) but didn't want to create a scene and the dude looked really unstable. So, I told the woman at the front desk and she let me use her cell phone. Called the cops. Gave the description, but there was nothing they could do. GPS showed that it was now several blocks away. The phone ended up in San Jose. I don't have to tell you guys the hassle you go through when you lose a phone, but all your privacy, data, etc., is at risk! And, now I'm out $730! My rating now goes to a 2 since the place is seriously not safe anymore. They need to do a better job of keeping the place safe. Two years of business to this place and I'm rewarded with a stolen cell phone. read more

I usually wash my laundry at home, but I recently had some large comforters that wouldn't fit in my washer, so I decided to check out Love Laundry in Midtown Sacramento. I'm sorry but I can't express the disappointment i feel for an establishment. Every single employer that works at the k st. Business are so dang rude. About 6 months ago I became a regular washer there. It did not take long to pay attention to how these employees took there aggressions out on the customers almost every time one would talk to a customer it was rude and almost degrading and I felt bad. So I started to go elsewhere. But I work very long hours and k st is the easiest for me at the end of the day so after around five months I decided to go back and give it another shot and I couldn't believe it. It was worse then before. The girls actually have their boyfriends or whoever hanging out in the parking g lot in cars smoking pot and " chillin" just invade any customer stood up for themselves they'd call the guy's (or should I say boy's in). And it became something else. I was pissed. I couldn't understand half of what was said in Spanish but I could read body language. At the end the girls were all giggly and rude smokes and sneers. Perfect place to wash your clothes and comforters. They always have a stocked vending machine with single soaps and bounce sheets ( 2 for 1 $ ) it's quite small compared to the other locations but I never have an issue finding a wash machine or free dry. The attendants stay on top of the free dryers ensuring everyone to at least fill them up half way. There's a parking lot with handicap accessible parking and there's parking on the side streets with limitations but you shouldn't have trouble finding parking. Last wash is at 10:30 pm they open at 5 a.m and close at 12 am everyday. Lastly, they offer drop off wash and fold service which goes by pound but they use brand name soap ( tide ) which is the soap I like to use but I'm sure if you have a soap you want them to use they will accommodate if you supply it. The place is clean and the washes are affordable so I don't mind washing here because they keep up with the cleaning and no one wants to put there clothes in a dirty washer, but no worries here because they clean them inside and out. Beware, this business plays filthy music! This business obviously does not cater to all customers, especially conservative parents, or to those living a lifestyle of high moral standards. Beware, Love Laundry plays obscene music!! I thought this place is a laundry business...not a night club, with filthy music?! Love Laundry, has no regard for customers with conservative lifestyles or kids!! Please spare customers, who do NOT want to hear obscene songs. The songs they play, do NOT blurt out the curse words. This business plays straight filth, straight from the pits of hell!!! Stay away from this place!! Do not bring your kids here! The first time i entered the establishment i noticed how clean the place was. when i first approached the machines i noticed the price my first thought was they were a little on the high side then i factored in the fact there was free drying made me decide to give it a try a little later i noticed the reason for the higher prices and it made me realize what a value i really got. after loading my machine (which takes credit cards) i asked the young woman working if there was somewhere to get a cup of coffee she directed me to starbucks. due to long lines i was a little late getting back but the amazing young woman had moved my clothes to the drier for me. Tonight was my first night visiting Love Laundry on K street. I really had a wonderful experience thanks to Adrianna! She was a really lovely and helpful employee. There wasn't a moment where she idle. She kept the store very clean and was attentive to each customer. On top of that I really appreciated how personable she was. I will definitely make that location my go to. Thanks Adrianna! Furthermore, it's really great they allows free drys for those who wash at there. Nice big tub washers. They take Apple Pay on some. The TVs and vending machine are nice. But it's so crowded and the WiFi sucks. And don't even expect the free dryers to be free. They are all used, I ended up just using the pay ones. The parking lot is also super tight. It's about 10:30, 2/27/2020 I had to go restroom and someone chick took foeva. Don't know if she was giving blowjobs or what cuz there was a guy that went in after her, 15 minutes laters. Finally came out , yet she was still holding up the show. What can I say...I LOVE LOVE Laundry Midtown! The place is spotless and the help is thoughtful, helpful and responsive. They are always on the move cleaning and answering questions. The music is FANTASTIC! Which is great because....and this is the only negative thing that I can say....there are ZERO outlets to plug your phone into. Bummer, right? One thing that I love is no change is necessary! Woo Hoo! Just swipe your card and you can even get your receipt emailed to you which is GREAT for a massage therapist (like myself) who needs to keep track of her expenses. :) read more

This place is awesome! I was in town for a few meetings and ended up staying a few days and way under packed so I asked my hotel (Citizen Hotel on J) where I could do some laundry and the girl at the counter recommended Love Laundry. She said it had just been remodeled so I tried it out. All I can say is Clean Clean Clean! and it was super trendy which seemed to fit the area of town. Love Laundry - Midtown Sacramento Rating: Love Laundry in Midtown Sacramento is a fantastic place to get your laundry done! The environment feels very safe, with staff constantly onsite, cleaning, and ensuring that unwanted guests are kept out. On January 7, I visited the 2410 El Comino Love Laundry. I have to say that this place is great! FREE dry when you wash...snack bar...multiple TVs...family-friendly atmosphere...good music...clean restrooms and open from 6am - 10pm!!! This place offers professional drop-off, wash, dry and fold service too. This is the cleanest laundry mat I've visited in years. I was helped by the friendliest staff person named Gena. I rarely use laundromats but my kids needed their uniforms washed and I didn't have time because I had a meeting with my staff. I googled this place and so glad I found them. I never knew drop off services existed and the uniforms weighed out to 16 pounds, they were washed, folded, packaged and was done under three hours. I'm so grateful they didn't ruin a thing! Once you go to Love Laundry, you never go back. They play oldies in the background while you do your laundry and the attendants are always there if you have any questions. The main reason why I come here is because it's clean, I've had problems with other Laundromats being so filthy and who knows how often they clean their washers!! yuck! Came here for the first time And its cheaper than midtown laundry. They accept credit and there's a bathroom for customers only but I like it becus it's affordable and there's free drying so I save lot of money... my husband likes it because I'm safe here and it's clean so that's always good for us to consider. read more

Love laundry is $4.50 to wash and you get to dry for free. I'm so confused of why the prices are soooooo high. I just don't think self serve laundry is a luxury. It feels criminal to charge that much. I appreciate that it's clean and they offer dry cleaning and you can pay for your loads on an app.

I was stressed, hoping we could save it before returning the van and still make it to the airport on time. The staff at Oasis Laundry were absolutely incredible. They helped me spot-treat the stain, recommended different cleaning techniques, and genuinely cared about the outcome. They didn't just point me toward a machine--they took the time to help, reassure me, and make sure I had the best chance of getting the comforter clean. The customer service was exceptional, and the laundromat itself was clean, welcoming, and well maintained. What could have been a very stressful experience turned into one that was surprisingly positive, thanks to the kindness and professionalism of the Oasis team. I brought them back and they charged me again. I would've appreciated it comped because I wasn't happy with the first repair but fine. A week later I pick them up and wash them for the first time. This is the result. I had also brought in a jacket for dry cleaning and minor repairs. Picked up the jacket 8 days later and realized the safety pin marking one of the rips was still there and the rip hadn't been fixed. Had to bring it back and wait an additional 8 days for them to do it. The attention to detail isn't there. I don't write one star reviews but this one is warranted. Avoid.
