I had a very frustrating experience tonight at Love Laundry around 8:00 PM on 4/7 and honestly, it…read morewas unacceptable. From the moment I walked in, the attendant spoke to me in a rude and stern tone, telling me she had already cleaned the machines and warning me to be clean when using them. I explained I was using pods, she acknowledged it, but then immediately started dusting right next to me.. so close it felt intentional and uncomfortable. It was obvious she was trying to rush customers out, even though last wash is at 8:30 PM and people were still coming in at a reasonable time. There were at least 20+ people in the building, and instead of letting customers finish, she started mopping and blocking off large sections of the laundromat. This forced everyone into a cramped space on the free dry side with barely any room to move. She then got visibly irritated when people walked through areas she had mopped even when they were already dry. My dryers were in the pay dry section she blocked off, so avoiding it wasn't even possible. I also witnessed her tell another customer he couldn't be in an area while he was still folding his clothes. When he told her no other attendant treats him like that, she said she was "just trying to go home." That is not an acceptable excuse to treat paying customers poorly. On top of that, I noticed she did not treat all customers the same, which made me feel singled out and uncomfortable. I've been to other Love Laundry's and had great experiences, and even other attendants at this location have been fine. But this particular attendant consistently creates an uncomfortable environment. I've experienced it before and let it go, but this time it crossed the line. Customers should not feel rushed, disrespected, or pushed out of a business they are paying to use. Especially during posted hours. A lot of people wash in the evening because they just got off work and they deserve the same experience as the day customers.

The underwear is changed daily. The rest of the clothes are worn and reworn. Once something gets spilled on the clothes a little water and some spray and wash is spritzed onto the dirty spots and then thrown into a plastic bag. The moment our clothes are almost all gone then we stop into the laundrymat and do a couple loads of wash. Florin Launderland for the most part is very clean and the wash machines are cleaned out and seem to be maintain pretty well. Our clothes are never torn to pieces and the dryers don't fry them so we were happy washing and drying our clothes in route from Yuba City to next destination. We have stopped here several times over the years during our summer vacations.

It's super clean inside and I love they have an air conditioner running especially since I know it gets hot inside. The inside is super clean the washers and dryers are very clean and well maintained. The most important part is the staff is so friendly and helpful. There are plenty of washer and dryers it's different size washers for your convenience. This will be my go to for my linen and rugs. They also offer picked up and delivery service for you laundry as well.

When I asked the staff to check the security cameras, they said they are "not allowed" and instead of helping, they treated me very rudely. A business that refuses to check cameras when customers report theft is very concerning. I am sharing this so other people can be careful and avoid losing their belongings like I did.

My daughter was there with me, and we were actively using the machines and paying for our laundry. What made the situation worse is that this employee chose to approach my daughter when I was not around instead of addressing me directly. That behavior felt petty and unprofessional, and it created an uncomfortable situation for my daughter. As customers who spend roughly $200 per month there, we expect to be treated with basic respect and courtesy. Because of this interaction, I have decided to take my business elsewhere. Unfortunately, this experience left such a negative impression that I will not be returning.
