There are plenty of washer and dryers it's different size washers for your convenience. This will be my go to for my linen and rugs. First, my husband's clothes were often returned with holes in them. It was only his clothes, so I'm not sure if they were getting caught in the machinery because they're bigger, or what. Second, their drivers would often forget to pick up our clothes and we'd have to call them to remind them, which takes away some of the ease of the service. There have also been issues with prices transparency. On our last reoccurring order, we were charged 1.79, despite the website listing 1.69. I contacted the owner, who basically said too bad, despite me sending him a screenshot of their website. When I attempted to contact them in the past about the other issues listed above, I was rushed off the phone. It's a very convenient service, but unfortunately I had to stop using them.
