Wow I can not believe what just happened. I got my clothes locked in a washer and the best they can tell me is we will come in 2 hours and offer to fold the clothes... How about asking what the customer sees as fit? I dont want yall touching my clothes. How about a offer of credit for washers. It does not even seem like they cared about how I felt. I asked Maria as she is the worker on duty and asked for her bosses name and she said she could not disclose. I want to talk to him or her because this is just unfair Got off phone manager 3 hours later. I asked if she could deliver and she said she cant. Then I said well I see you guys offer delivery service and she changed her answer and said she would not. This manager not lead by love as the title of the laundromat is. I probably need to relocate place I wash. I also want to mention that there was a kid who slammed his finger in washer and they didnt have med kit/ice pack today. They really dont care about their people. Wouldnt be surprised if when I went back clothes missing of mine or damaged. The worker I also shared a story about how a different love laundry helped me out amd she tried to get that worker fired. The worker bought me a laundry bag and she told her manager that the woman stole from inventory when I literally told her she pulled the 20 from her own pocket. Always clean, machines taken care of very well. If not working or need service they let you know or put a sign up. They usually take care of the out of order ones pretty fast. Parking lot also very clean. Parking lot not very big but has a lot of spots. They keep their restrooms clean. read more

I phoned left 2 vm with my concern. Never got a callback. Filed a dispute with my bank and there is now a credit of $3,50 and $5.00. I am still owed $5.00. After looking into the windows of a few different laundromats that were small, crowded, and honestly not places we wanted to go, my husband and I found Love Laundry on Maps and decided to check it out. So glad we did! This place is very large, super clean, and has plenty of space to move around. They even have a snack bar and big machines, which made everything so easy for us. Really nice laundry. I like that they have free dryers as well as pay dryers. Of course, everyone goes for those first, but there are a lot of them. The attendants are constantly cleaning and are helpful if you have an issue. They also have products on hand if you forgot something (lots of detergents, fabric softeners, bags, etc). They also have a nice snack selection and a lot of different drinks available. The only bad things (not really bad, just inconvenient) is that they only have 2 extra large washers and limited stools for sitting. read more

The laundry is always very clean and the employees are nice. However, just a heads-up about the parking lot: last year someone crashed into my car there. I asked the owner if they could share the security footage to help identify the person, but despite being a loyal weekend customer, they refused to help. I felt that was very disrespectful and uncaring toward a regular client. Because of that, I stopped going. Unfortunately, without the video I couldn't take legal action, and I ended up losing about $10,000. BE CAREFUL ON GREENBACK!!! read more

I must say the machines are kept clean and bathrooms as well. Free dry is not really free because they make up the difference with expensive wash yet it's convenient to just put clothes in dryer that they want you to stuff. If you get hungry Walmart is very close. The snack counter has stale food even when it's obviously stale NO REFUND. The non Hispanic worker told me to warm it up to soften it. It was hard enough to break a window. There was also people who were not washing clothes hanging out with strong urine smells and yelling out is this the Post Office. They were not escorted off the property so bring some protection with you! read more

So when I came across a situation at my home residence where my full-size front load washer had a crack in the drain hose, I had to take matters in my own hands. Since it was nearly a week out for the repairman to fix the washer at my house, I used my handy dandy Yelp app and came across "Love Laundry". Located directly on Greenback Lane (and in between Dewey Dr. and Auburn Blvd.) in Citrus Heights, this business has been in operation since early-2021. Besides the location in Citrus Heights, there are 4 other Love Laundry locations to serve you in the Sacramento area; Midtown Sacramento (24th & K St), North Highlands (Watt Ave & I-80), South Sacramento (Franklin Blvd & Florin Rd), and West Sacramento (W Capitol Ave & Harbor Blvd). What makes Love Laundry stand out from other laundromats is that they offer free Wi-Fi, free dry with wash (only on smaller select dryers), and they accept all card and cash payments as well as Apple Pay. They also have a full snack bar complete with beverages, several TV's, and gender neutral restrooms. I ended up coming here during the morning of Sunday 8/13/2023 at around 8:45am. The parking lot was quite full as many customers were looking to get their laundry out of the day before the heat kicked in. As far as the interior layout of the building, everything was spaced out accordingly. The washers vary is size ranging from the smallest washers (2 loads) to the largest washers (10 loads). Prices also vary from $4 up to $9. Dryers also have various sizes as the free dryers only do about 1-2 loads max while the more powerful and spacious dryers can do up to 10 loads (ideal for large comforters and blankets). What I particular liked about Love Laundry is that they sell everything you need (in case you forget it at home) including powder laundry detergent, liquid laundry detergent, Tide Pods, and several types of liquid fabric softener as well as dryer sheets. There are also bill breaker machines where you can get change for your $20, $10, or $5 bills. And finally a dedicated change machines that convert your bills to $0.25 quarters. There are lots of large rolling baskets to wheel your clothes from the washer to the dryer. And ample seating throughout. All in all, the Citrus Heights "Love Laundry" is an ideal and convenient location with generous hours (open 7 days a week from 6am-10pm). My rating, a respectable four stars. read more

AND the "free" dryers are garbage, they only run for 12 minutes so you have to run them 3-4 times and that's just if you want your clothes damp.. if you want them dry trying running the dryers 6-7 times.. don't waste your time with the pretty front of store, go to the rundown looking laundry mat and save your time and money read more
