My daughter was there with me, and we were actively using the machines and paying for our laundry. What made the situation worse is that this employee chose to approach my daughter when I was not around instead of addressing me directly. That behavior felt petty and unprofessional, and it created an uncomfortable situation for my daughter. As customers who spend roughly $200 per month there, we expect to be treated with basic respect and courtesy. Because of this interaction, I have decided to take my business elsewhere. I had to do laundry and this place saved me! I was loving the edgy retro vibe. Rockabilly for sure. It was clean. There were clean bathrooms , the laundry vending machine was extremely stocked with laundry needs. The snack and drink vending was fun too! The area is in an older shopping center. Large parking lot. Near by is food and other stores. I went in the after noon and it was not busy. There were TVs. The machines were working and so were the dryers. There is a service to have your laundry picked up and dropped back off, or having the staff do your laundry for you. You pay per pound. It also seemed fairly reasonable! Lots of options. Had to use the laundromat because my washing machine had a problem that took several days to resolve. I am extremely sensitive to scents and finding a machine that didn't have a strong scent from the prior use was a big problem. I found that the top load machines in the back of the facility were the best in this regard. However, they are the smallest machines and there are only 3 of them. Prices are fine. Over several consecutive days of using the laundromat, I found that cleanliness of the facility was highly dependent on who was working there that day. I never used the dryers because the dryer at home was working fine. Overall, I'd say this was an average experience for a public laundromat. read more

It is very clean, the washers & dryers are new, & the employees were so helpful to help me figure out which machines to use & how to use the app (it's my first time going to a laundromat). I was able to do about 10-12 loads of laundry in just 2 hours! There's an area with a counter & stools & outlets for your phone/laptop you can use while waiting. Having no clue how to do laundry, my wife tasked me with taking her beloved white comforter to the laundry mat, any laundry mat. Well I was extremely lucky to have picked My Laundry Spot. Not only because of their sparkling new modern machines, but the amazing person that helped me through the entire process. His name is Clarence and let me tell you, he was organized, quick, and professional. I didn't know how to pick the right sized machine or even how to operate them. He took the time to show me the ropes and he did it with an enthusiastic smile on his face. I hope the next time I come here that Clarence is still their helping the uninitiated. I've been getting my kids laundry done from this business for close to a year now. They have a very user friendly app, they pick up the bags from my porch and deliver everything washed and folded the next day. No more sorting multiple kids tiny socks and clothing! I have taken one thing off my busy mama schedule and it's made a huge difference! I recently had a minor issue so i called and spoke to the manager Kari. She was very professional, apologized, spoke with the owner and they promptly refunded my entire bill. Who does that anymore?? This is by far the best laundromat in the area. And it's a great deal with the app you can download with it. The price is a smidge higher than normal, but I would say it's worth it to have the attendants on site. Unfortunately there is a large homeless population in the area, but the attendants make sure that the shop is always clean and safe. My absolute favorite is Clarence, he is always such a ray of sunshine and puts a smile on my face. I love talking with him while I'm here and I'm thankful I can trust him with my clothes if I have to run an errand while they're washing. He keeps this place cleaner than anyone else and is constantly working to make it as nice as possible. I found this wonderful laundromat to clean two bedspreads. I've not used a laundromat in over 30 years. The place was immaculate with many washers and dryers. Also they offer pick up and delivery service. They have staff on hand to help and answer any questions! I used the service that you drop off your laundry and they do the washing and drying for you. This place is a joke! Paid 65 to have my laundry done with instructions,which they ignored. My whites turned orange,my darks were meldewed,they ruined a brand new black sundress and a black jumpsuit by washing all my clothes together.All laundry stunk as well.For the last 3 wks they have refused to replace my 2 items.They are extremely unprofessional and ignore my calls and texts. PROS: Convenient easy App. Lots of parking available. Attendant was nice. CONS: TThe floor was so dirty and dingy. There were fabric sheets all over the floor. The bathroom was dirty. I wasn't sure if a 22min cycle would clean properly but I was pleasantly surprised. I work outside on a farm so my bib and jacket get very dirty.
