They lost my shirt!!! ...and then made it right. I don't use dry cleaners all the time, but when I do it's usually for something important. My wife even had her wedding dress preserved here after we got married. The reality is most dry cleaners offer pretty similar services, so what really separates them is customer service and how they handle problems. I had an important interview coming up, so I dropped off my suit and shirt early like I always do....just in case something went wrong. This time, something did. When I went to pick everything up, my shirt was missing. I'm sure Kelly saw the look on my face while I was mentally trying to figure out how I was going to replace it before the interview. Before I even had to push the issue, she stepped up and made it right. She paid for a replacement shirt and comped the suit dry cleaning. About a week later, they found my original shirt attached to someone else's order, and I picked it up yesterday. Mistakes happen anywhere. What matters is how a business responds when they do. Kelly and the team handled it the right way, and that's why I'll keep coming back. read more

I thought my wedding dress was a lost cause after how muddy it got on our rainy wedding day. I needed my dress cleaned for our wedding reception this weekend (4 day notice).. and they had my dress cleaned and ready for pickup within 3 days. I feel as if it was very reasonably priced even including the rush fee. Safe to say Bud's has our business for life!! read more

Quick and easy! Absolutely appreciated the quality and quick response from them. The price was okay but competitive compared to other dry cleaning establishments near them! read more

Unbelievable service and quality... Friendly and clean.. Priced right. I love this place.. read more

Just to clear up the question: as there are inconsistencies in reviews... NO, they do not do same day service. I was in there recently early & was informed the soonest I could have my item ready was next day mid morning. Yes, they're a good dry cleaners, in town many years. But their prices are sky high. If you have high end clothing, and lots of cash, this is your place. But if you have inexpensive clothing, say workwear, find somewhere less expensive. After a few cleanings & you're paying more than the purchase of the item!! read more

Yes they may be pricier than other cleaners. In my experience they are worth it. They are my choice over all other cleaners in the Roseville area. read more

Tried their service! Very friendly and knowledgeable. Busy shop, easy in and out service will be back

Went above and beyond for next day cleaning. Not many places in Roseville that do. Highly recommend!

This place is a drive for me, but if you have a garment you want to have well cared for, consider Bud's your new dry cleaner. Took a Carolina Herrera tafetta dress to a very highly rated dry cleaner prior. It had spots on it they weren't comfortable cleaning, and in the end, they said they weren't comfortable cleaning the entire dress as they didn't want to ruin it. It was for a gala and I expressed that I needed someone who was confident they could care for it properly because it was very expensive. Called around to several places till I landed on Bud's. Spoke with the owner and caught her up to speed. She assured me she could clean it. She sounded very confident, so I made the drive. Happy I did. The people at the counter said the owner would take a look at it when she was in next and likely wouldn't try to spot clean the dirt marks on the long dress ties that had been dragged along the ground as it might ruin the dress (water spots/ remove the color and sheen), which I was fine with because i had read the same online. Got my dress back within a few days for a decent price and to my surprise, it was in perfect condition. She had been able to get ALL the stains out. I was very grateful! I felt beautiful at the gala and didn't have to worry about trying to camouflage any stains. Thank you so much. read more

Bud's Dry Cleaning - Dry Cleaning Near Me - Roseville, California

I was referred to buds by my boss. I'm so happy he did. Everyone is great and they always remember my name when I go in. Great quality work.

I have gone to Bud's dry cleaning once before, and I had a good experience so I came back the second time. I brought in my dress for a cleaning just for a refresh, and I had planned on wearing it to a wedding this weekend. I went to pick up my dress, paid for the service, and then I was informed that because the dress had elastic material, the elastics all came out. My dress was entirely ruined beyond repair, and I was so beyond upset because I had a wedding the following day that I intended to wear that dress to. The lady at the front told me that that's what happens with elastic materials, and took no responsibility for damaging my dress. I asked for a refund or a reimbursement and was denied. I asked to speak with or contact the manager and I was denied. I told her that as professionals, it is the cleaner's responsibility to know that elastic material is meant to be cared for in a very particular way. I was so beyond frustrated and was met with 0 accountability and 0 rectification. I had taken my dress in perfect condition and got it back completely damaged. The one single stain I had taken it in for wasn't even cleaned. read more

The staff here are super nice and go above and beyond! I came in on a Wednesday needing my clothes dry cleaned before the weekend for a wedding. At first, they said the soonest would be Tuesday, but once I mentioned it was for a wedding, they immediately reassured me and promised to have everything ready by Friday. That level of customer service really stood out to me. When I came back to pick up my things, everyone was just as sweet and welcoming . read more

We brought our wedding suit and dress here to be cleaned with care, based on the positive online reviews. I prepaid for everything upon dropping them off. My husband's suit came back with 5 noticeably damaged buttons on the vest, and the sport coat was also pressed incorrectly so the lapel doesn't lay flat. I asked for a supervisor to call me, but no one did. I had to call back. Kelley offered to replace the buttons with something similar. (The suit was custom tailored at Nordstrom's; so random replacements would never suffice). I expressed concerns about my wedding dress being there for spot cleaning, due to the lack of care and quality check we experienced with the suit. She said that when the suit was cleaned last week, she was gone, and the owner was responsible for cleaning the suit. She literally blamed the damage on the owner Cindy. She also said that there was no guarantee on my dress not being ruined, asked me to come pick it up while raising her voice at me and being short of breath! I politely pointed out that there was no reason to raise her voice at me, and she hung up. I had her on speaker phone with my husband present and we couldn't believe her tone and lack of professionalism. I prepaid $325 for my dress to be cleaned, and the employee who took my order in did not mention that there was any risks or lack of guarantee on hand spot cleaning my dress. UPDATE: the owner, Cindy, reached out to me and said that she doesn't remember the vest buttons being damaged upon cleaning but she did mention that the buttons are made of shell. So, she was deflecting all responsibility here. I was not even offered a full refund, she just wanted me "to come pick up the dress". I had to ask for a full refund! It's been a couple of days and there is no pending refund on my credit card. This company is also false advertising, as they claim to specialize in wedding dresses and that each dress comes with a consultation for best cleaning options. read more

It is a canada goose hoodie and had a dry cleaner do it for $8.50 with excellent results. The fact you upcharge based on brand tells me that you don't provide the same quality of care to regular clothes. $20 to dry clean a hoodie is a pretty insane markup. read more

They did a nice job on dry cleaning a suit and tie. However, the disabled access to the shop irrational and inaccessible. There is a step up to get to a ramp to enter the shop. There are more steps at the main door. I noticed this because my husband has difficulty with steps. A ramp starting further up in this small strip mall collection of businesses was blocked by open doors. I am very surprised they haven't been hit with an ADA complaint that might make it worthwhile to make that ramp truly ADA compliant. If you can't do stairs, go somewhere else. The Granite Bay Bud's location has better disabled access accommodations. read more

I just picked up a sport coat I had pressed and a pair of slacks that I had altered. Both are an excellent quality Italian fabric and were handmade in Italy. I formerly used a so-called "boutique cleaners" service agents in the area and was extremely disappointed with not only the quality of their work but the customer service when I had an issue. Buds is so far superior and I am hugely impressed with their customer service. They know how to treat fragile fabrics and their hand work and workmanship is impeccable as well as having extremely friendly customer service people! I could not recommend them highly enough! They are what we used to regard as a high-quality "French laundry". Handmade shirts come back beautifully pressed for both French cuffs and collars. They really take pride in what they do! They treat everything as if it was Brioni or any other high-end clothing item no matter who it's manufactured by. I can't say enough good about them. read more

I couldn't be happier with my experience at Bud's Dry Cleaning. I'm almost a little afraid to write this review as I want to keep the dry cleaner all to myself. The staff is always friendly, professional, and clearly took pride in their work. Never had any complaints with my clothing. Turnaround time was extremely fast and EVERY time I was in a pinch, they took care of me without question. It's rare to find a place that consistently delivers this level of care and attention to detail. Bud's has definitely earned my loyalty. Highly recommend! read more

I took my long black dress and my husband's beautiful dark pink shirt I'd selected for our upcoming wedding vow renewal ceremony. They were new. I requested cleaning and steaming out the wrinkles. I was nervous- I'd never been here before. These were very important clothes to me. I needn't have worried! My dress and my husband's shirt looked great, wrinkle free, and very nice. ‍ Bud's Dry Cleaning is a storefront in a nice, convenient location, the Raley's Shopping Center on Pleasant Grove Blvd and Woodcreek Oaks. The woman at the counter was very nice, friendly and helpful. The lobby is appealing - decent size, light and airy. I was happy when she said she could have them done in a couple days. Bud's is now our new dry cleaner. read more

Omg, I have heard about this place, and read many reviews about them, hence I wanted to give it a try. I dropped 3 of my dresses to be washed/dry cleaned. When it was time to pick them up and pay, my jaw dropped when the cashier said, "your total is $96.00!!" WTF?? 3 regular cotton and linen material for $96.00... I was shocked to say the least.. I have never paid that kind of $$ for dry cleaning 3 non formal, non gowns, or beads, just regular dresses. Well, I will not be returning here again...I don't care how good of job they do, but I can't afford this type of pricing. And that is why I live here instead of Hollywood. This is a rip off. read more

I used them now a few times in Roseville. Great service and the quality is very good. The length of time for return was a little longer than I expected, but I understand that sometimes you can't wait to the last minute. Buds Dry Cleaning is hands down the best! From the moment I walked in, they were so kind and welcoming. I brought in some costumes, and they worked their magic, making them look brand new. I was blown away by the attention to detail and the care they put into their work. The prices are very reasonable for the high-quality, trusted service they provide. I dropped off a light pink dress with a very dark brown stain that had been in the dress for at least 6 months, possibly a lot longer. Amazing work and will definitely be back. read more

Do NOT bring your wedding dress here!! Or anything for that matter. I brought my wedding dress here to be dry cleaned as I have a tradition where for my anniversary I wear it, and was looking forward to wearing it for my 2 year anniversary. I dropped off the dress and was told it would only take 2-3 days to be cleaned. A week went by and I got no call about it. Come my anniversary day there still wasn't a call so I came by to inquire about it and it still wasn't ready. Worst part is the lady who was helping me admitted that it had been snagged by someone there but quickly said they could steam it out. She said all this very nonchalantly and didn't even apologize for the snag, I mean come on no one wants to hear someone messed with their wedding dress like that! They told me to take the dress home and bring it back later so they could stem the dress and complete payment. My family was furious when I showed them what had happened to the dress and they recommended I take it to David's Bridal, where I had bought it, to have them fix it. When I called Buds they told me David's Bridal wouldn't be able to fix it; that David's Bridal didn't know what they were talking about or doing. I told the lady on the phone I was going to have David's Bridal fix my dress and she rudely told me "good luck with that" and nonchalantly said not to come in and pay for the cleaning. Of course I wasn't going to pay for a cleaning- they ruined a part of my wedding dress! The worst part about this experience was just the lack of compassion and taking no responsibility on their end. Also, I had taken the dress in to be cleaned in a stunning David's Bridal bag and got it returned to me in a cheap see through plastic bag. Horrible experience I would never recommend you come here! I should have listened to the bad reviews about this place. I'm also expecting to get a reply saying that I'm lying (as that looks to be the response people who give bad reviews get) or that I somehow have the wrong place. This is the Buds off of Judah Street in Roseville. Beware of this place! Never coming back. Update: Adding a star because the owner did apologize on my Google review. However, this whole experience was so draining and I still would never go back because of the way the employee treated me. read more

Today was the big day I have been waiting for years!! When I picked up my cleaning, there it was attached to my shirts.....not my pink "Judi's" bag I had been using since switching over years ago, but my own, personal "Bud's" blue bag!!!! I am so proud that I finally made it! On a serious note, I have been going to Bud's for years to have our entire families cleaning needs done and while they are not the cheapest, they are the best, far and away. If you understand the difference between price and value, no one beats Bud's value. In nearly 10 years, I have never had anything lost or damaged. Often I get too busy and drop an old beat around the house shirt in my dry cleaning bag and it comes back, pressed and "no charge" as they know it was not my intent to clean the house beater. I can on but just know, Bud's is the best cleaners I have used in nearly 40 years. read more

This is not the closest dry cleaner to me by any stretch, but I decided to go here based on the reviews. (Frankly the bad ones confuse me as I find everyone there so pleasant).
