Worst freaking dry cleaners ever came her because I'm new to the area, the manager erick is a complete idiot doesn't even know what he's talking about , I brought my black jeans here once and they came back to me fine Now the 2nd time I came here and got my jeans back they were so damn faded! This is my second time using this cleaner. I have been using the one on Arden Way for a few years ($4.75 per item.) The first time I used this cleaner I went in because their electronic sign on the front window displayed "Dry Cleaning $2.75". When I went in with my cleaning, thinking I was paying $2.75 I was charged twice that price for everything I brought in. I inquired about the electronic sign? The woman who was helping me had no idea what I was talking about. I had to take her outside to show it to her. (Really?) Alas, the sign now says $4.75. So, I decide to give them a second chance; I retired last week and this location is so much closer to home for me. I took in 4 items and was charged $28.00. Hmm...$4.75 x 4 should equal $19.00. Once again I asked about the electronic sign displaying the price of $4.75 for Dry Cleaning. She replied to me that "prices START at $4.75." In my estimation the sign is false advertising. Shame on them. I'll drive the extra 5 miles to Arden Way where at least I KNOW how much I will be paying. It's too bad to because they really do a nice job. Great place. Fair prices. The cleaners do all of the cleaning in house. They do not send the items out to another business for cleaning. I go to this place 3 to 4 times a month. The reason why I go often is because I have a job in which I need to dress nicely 5 days a week. Also, because I do not feel like laundering and pressing all of my clothes myself...neither does my wife. I have been going to Save On since early 2016. They have not lost or ruined any of my garments. They do have same day dry clean service if you bring your clothes in early in the morning. I think laundered clothes take an extra day or so. The location is slightly out of my way but the price, quality service, and customer service is worth it. One of the staff members actually remembers my name. It makes me feel warm and fuzzy inside. So I arrived here a little after 5pm (5pm is closing time). However, the lady at the counter was still helping another customer. She see's me and instantly yells out 'mam, were closed'. Okay, I understand. Me: may I drop this off, it'll take 2mins. Lady: ok, but hurry up I want to go home. I get it I was couple minutes late but, sheesh....what's another two minutes. And is that how you talk to you're customers, let alone treat them like crap. Lady: mam, I said we're closed. Me: okay, you know what I'll just take my business elsewhere. How rude!! I gave this place 5 stars, because of the following: 1. Great hours- they are open until 6pm on weekdays and they are open Saturday. 2. Friendly service - the attendant was very friendly. She explained the possible issues with two tone dresses. If they were concerned with the fabric bleeding they would hand wash. 3. Price - I think the price was very reasonable. I had 2 party dresses and 4 other items. I was shocked at the total, very inexpensive. 4. Turnaround time - I dropped off at 4:30pm on Thursday. I was able to pick it up after 4pm the next day. 5. Disclaimer: I don't get things dry-cleaned so often. I live by the classic Mitch Hedberg comedy bit: "This shirt is dry-clean only, which means, it's DIRTY." Anyway, on the rare occasion I do need something professionally cleaned, I have not had a regular place to come until now. Save-On was friendly, had flexible hours, did great work, and above all they had extremely reasonable prices. I brought in 4 pieces - dress shirt, wife's skirt, cashmere sweater, and another sweater - and total came to about $12. Dropped off 10AM on a Tuesday, ready within 24 hours. I pointed out a few spots I wanted to be sure they got out, and sure enough, they did the trick. Truthfully, I probably will not be back often, but that is only because I don't dry clean often. However, anytime I need something cleaned, Save-On is where you'll find me. read more

Over all I'm satisfied with this dry cleaner. First off, they are open on Saturdays which is incredibly convenient. Secondly, the turn around time is incredibly fast! Most times within a day. Keep in mind, I've never brought the, more than 5 pieces at a time, so if you bring more than that, your timing may be longer. My shirts and pants come back clean, pressed, and free of that "chemically" smell from dry cleaners in the past. The staff is very polite and efficient every time I'm in. If you need something cleaned in a pinch, or you're in need of long term laundry service, this place is worth a shot. The reason for 4 stars? I've had dry cleaning done at other locations that seemed to do a better job pressing my clothes. Despite that, if I could give 4.5 stars, I would have. Here's a tip: You prepay for your cleaning (pay when you drop off your clothes). They're open Saturdays. If you have a specific stain you want out, or something pressed a certain way, just let them know so they can make note of it and take care of it for you. read more

Just got my dry cleaning back from this place & am definitely pleased with the overall experience. Took my queen quilt here (full of cat hair I might add), and they cleaned it for only $20! Cheaper than other places, and they are ORGANIC cleaner's as well. Also took some blouses and pants to have done, they charge $3.50 per item, so a bit pricey but again they are organic and they do a good job. The items were nicely pressed and neatly presented when I picked them up, I even had them press a cap and gown--which they did a fantastic job with & the gal even told me she had them deodorize it (Bonus! ). The quilt took 3 days to do, but the clothing items were ready the next day. Will definitely be going back. This place is great! Reasonable prices for organic cleaner's and FAST, attentive service. We pre-paid for our dry cleaning and when we came back to pick up our items, they decided to charge us for another missed item which was not our fault. Not good business practice. As a business, you would eat your mistake and not charge the customer because there is no way the customer can dispute a charge that wasn't agreed upon. Sorry, kind of shady if you ask me. read more

This is my go to cleaners. They receive it in the morning, out by 3:00 PM. Service is in house. Been coming here for some time. Friendly service, never had a problem. They seem to take good care and know what they're doing. Plenty of parking, can get in and out quickly. I mostly bring in my dress pants and sports coats. read more

I used to dig this place until I started getting my shirts back with buttons missing or broken. For the first 8 months or so I had no problems whatsoever. The first time it happened it didn't bother me because I understood accidents do happen. They blamed it on the machine and replaced the button for me. The second time it happened they said they would fix the button again. When I went to pick up the shirt and they forgot to replace the button so I had to wait a couple more days. I was slightly irritated. The third time it happened I never returned. I later on discovered yet another shirt with a missing button on the sleeve. That's 4 different times I had button problems. read more

I was so disappointed with the quality of my clothes.it was really inexpensive and it showed.i had pleats in my clothes,and the way I got my clothes back,my clothes have double pleats from all the mistakes they made pressing my outfits and it came out wrinkled.i am sooo upset because now I have to find another dry cleaner to correct there mistake.although the staff are super sweet. Best dry cleaner around Citrus Heights they use all organic cleaning products and always do an awesome job. The staff is great and they are all very professional. Even if they can't get a stain out they tell you right away instead of continuing to drench the clothing with chemicals. This place deserves all five stars. read more

I had assumed after living with 2 white and orange dogs for so many years that it was simply impossible to get the fur completely out of a black pea coat. They were the first dry cleaning service to completely clean my coat, not to mention the fastest and least expensive. I highly recommend them. read more

I used to come here bi weekly with work clothes and street clothes to have dry cleaned and washed. They offer fast overnight service and reasonable priced. After about a year of coming here one of my shirts got placed with somebody else items. The store asked for a few weeks to attempt to find the item because mistakes happen and it could of got placed at another store or with someone else laundry. I was ok with that. The store asked if I would mind checking at home to see if I by chance misplaced it or did not bring in the shirt that was missing. (The store rep is the one that informed they either Mis placed an item or didn't count right when I was picking up). I had no problem checking my closet. I went back in the next day to let them know it was not at my house. A few hours later she called me and told me they called the other stores and they did not have the missing shirt she once again asked if I would check at home and I advised her once again it was not there. I waited about 4 days and called the location to see if it was found and I was informed it was not but they are keeping an eye out for it. They said at this point it most likely got placed with another customers laundry. Once again the rep asked me to check my house one more time at this point I'm irritated because I informed her it was not at my house and this is now the 4th time you have asked me. She calls me 3 days later and told me it was found and placed in someone else laundry. I waited about 3/4 days before picking it up. I do not get an apology I get this is why we ask the time is because sometimes people don't go through there items for a week or two. I told her I am fine with people making mistakes but it was the point over and over you kept asking me to check my house after I told you multiple times it was not. She kept trying to over talk me and get loud with me. Due to this I will not be returning to this business and if people do continue I would advise to take pictures if your items before dropping off. They lost my clothes months ago. A sign inside the store today indicates they lost another persons clothes. I was owed money from the lost item but the Employees are not empowered to correct anything, not even a credit on a credit card machine. I have to come back. Sad state, they guy there was rude, short and uninterested in handling a problem. He is the one who wrote on my ticket that I had to wait 1 month b4 I could get paid for them losing it. It would have been nice if he would have explained that I needed to make an appointment so someone could write me a check. He also took my phone number 2 myhs ago and promised to call me in 30 days. That never happened. He actrd as if I did something wrong. I did; I brought my clothes here. I even waited 2 months in case someone returned it. A girl tried to mumble a sorry.
