Don't go here! They ruin clothing! Absolutely the worst dry cleaning experience I've ever had. Avoid this place at all costs. I brought 13 coats to Chase Cleaning, nine of them came back completely ruined: torn fabric, clumping, and irreversible damage that rendered them unwearable. This wasn't light wear or a small mishap. This was full-on negligence. When I returned to resolve the issue, the employee gave me the runaround for nearly a month. Not a single repair was made. They refused to provide a manager's name, phone number, or company policies when asked - basic things any legitimate business would offer. Calls were ignored or abruptly disconnected. After multiple visits and wasted time, including coming early after a night shift to meet a manager who never showed - I was forced to retrieve my coats, still destroyed. read more

STAY AWAY!! These people are not to be trusted with your nice clothes!! I was with my friend when she purchased a brand new designer blazer last week. It had a spot on the sleeve and she told me she wanted to get it dry-cleaned. A few days later, she texted me a photo that the BRAND NEW, $700 beautiful blazer was completed ruined by the dry cleaners!!! It went from a creamy white to an ugly gray-green- COMPLETELY RUINED. My friend left a 1 star review and they had the audacity to reply to her review claiming to have never seen that customers name and that they have never seen her garment. "Perhaps you have mistaken us with another cleaning company" yeah, she doesn't know when she room her garment for cleaning ARE YOU KIDDING ME????? Completely shrunk my cashmere sweater that it now fits my 10 yo. My silk dress has white residue all over it and looks gross and the last straw was a very nice jacket that they somehow turned from bright white to grey/green. I'm very unhappy about it. When I went to pick up my clothes yesterday, the nice woman, Kathy, asked for my last name. I gave her my last name and she couldn't find my blouse and pants. Hmm. I thought i remembered they said when they would be ready. After she politely looked for my items for quite a few minutes I peaked back and saw them hanging. (It was a very small and easily identified to me, just a bright blue blouse and striped pants) I said, "Oh! There they are!" I felt terrible. I realized I had given her the wrong name. ha! They have me under my maiden name. I totally forgot because they usually just ask me for my phone number. In my defense I have been married 11 years now so I'm used to this name by now. I dropped of two coats to this place one of them was ivory, when went there on Monday Jan 2nd I was very surprised to see my coat very dirty, I pulled out from the plastic bag and whole coat was not ivory anymore was very ashy .. o told the owner that wasn't what I brought, and he said "no ma'm that is what you brought, that's what we give you" we argue about it and he said he will dry clean it one more time. But it will be the same because he insisted that was what I brought. I went there today to pick it up and he did not do anything. The coast was still very ashy.. I asked him to replace it or give me the money to buy one. He went off on me, he was very rude, very un respectful, unprofessional and racist very -very racist. I asked to speak to a manager and never received a call. When I picked up my item I asked again and was told it was an old offer, yet it is still on the website. If you're looking for a review on dry cleaning, skip this one because I've never gotten clothes dry cleaned here. If you're looking for a review on patching of jeans, continue! I was in need of a place that does patching for jeans and was having a hard time finding one in the area. I took a chance on Chase a while back and was very pleased! They fixed my favorite pair of jeans and I was able to wear them for so much longer, until they finally couldn't be repaired any further! The patching they do is smooth so it doesn't bother or rub on your skin, it's quality work - no lifting or coming undone after a few wears, and it's discreet if it's in the inner thigh area, which mine was. I was really happy with their quality of work and actually just dropped off another pair to be fixed! But what really makes this place, in my opinion, is Natalia! She works the front and is SO kind, friendly, and personable! She's literally a little ray of sunshine whenever you talk to her! I have been coming to this cleaner for years since I believe before 2010. I have never in my entire time going here have I had a problem prior to the last three times I have had one coat dryclean there. I thought maybe it was just a fluke last winter it took me airing it out a long with strat fabric freshener. so this last Friday I figured I would try again because there is no way it would happen again the smell of dirty nasty old water or steam. But it did when I went to pick it up Monday I smelled it before I left and return it to the young lady to be cleaned again giving yet another opportunity to fix the problem. I now have the owners number and will be calling him tomorrow to have a discussion about getting my money back. But I will not be returning to this place nor referring anybody. This is sad!! After probably 15 years of going to this cleaners once a week, $100 dollars a month, I get treated like this. I had a mishap with a dress. The girl at counter, of course was of no help. I asked for owner to call me. He never did. When I called, guess what he said. It's not our fault!! Imagine that!! After arguing the situation I said "it's a shame after all these years I have to find a new dry cleaner" His response "I own 12 dry cleaner in this area , so chances are it will be mine" UGH!! This place is awful. I took in some newly purchased work shirts and got them back. I paid and left and when I got home I realized all of my BRAND NEW shirts were ruined. The owner of this place is horrible. Just look at the other Yelp reviews and notice how he responds to everyone's real service issues with hatred, blame and vitriol. This guy has some real anger problems and I'm shocked that this business does not go under. Yesterday I attempted to change lanes in front of their van on the road. I put on my signal and there was room in front of him but he sped up as fast as he could to block me out then flipped me off with his middle finger as he drove by. I was astounded that someone representing a business would behave this way on the road alienating potential customers. I then called the number I saw on the van to report how shocking this juvenile behavior was. I received a phone call back from a man two minutes later telling me I was harrassing his innocent driver and threatening me. He claimed that he was the owner and reviewed dash cam footage from the van and I was aggressive. He threatened to post video of the incident online so everyone could see my license plate. I believe the owner was lying about having video footage and reviewing it because I believe he was actually the driver. I have had things cleaned here before but never again. Absolutely the worst dry cleaner I've ever used. My mother's drapes were not only shrunken; but I was told they were so wide that they couldn't be folded at the pleats and hung over a hanger when finished. We received them folded like sheets. They were so, so wrinkled. I was told the wrinkles would come out. And, of course they didn't. And, they weren't giving us our money back either. Very disappointed! I took my expensive $150 bed comforter to get it dry cleaned and when I picked it up, it was torn up all around the hem (probably from high agitation, which doesn't make sense if your DRY cleaning it). When I showed the guy who said he was the "manager", he said he would fix it for me at no cost. I returned a few days later to find that the "fix" was actually done by hand sowing the comforter back together, which looked very unprofessional and very noticeable. I said that this was unacceptable and asked how would he feel if this was his comforter? The guy there told me that this happened because the material is "very cheap" and I probably got it at Khol's so he cannot take responsibility for it. He said I should be happy that he "tried" fixing it for free. I was horrified! I couldn't believe what just happened. This is $150 comforter that is completely ruined and this guy wasn't even willing to give me my $32 back that I paid to dry clean it. What he should of done was also pay for the comforter. I've only dry cleaned it once before (not at this cleaners) so I would say still pretty new. After returning on numerous attempts to get my money back, I encountered another guy working there who was wiling to return my money back. SO now I have my $32 back and a ripped up comforter that I cannot use EVER again. I will never return there again. Horrible customer service! read more

This is a response to the reply to my original review. The jacket was NOT in poor condition until Chase cleaner finished with it!!!! This was the first time it was "cleaned" and I purchased it from Nordstrom for $160; it was less than a year old. My husband most certainly did not agree to such a statement that it was "in poor condition". I am not surprised that they are lying about this, but how do you prove it???? I didn't even ask them for a refund of the $17 it cost to have the jacket ruined by them because the owner who was never available when I called. When I took my now ruined jacket to Swanson's Cleaners in Granite Bay, they said it looked like it was pressed immediately after a black item was pressed and it bled onto my jacket. My jacket was orange; now it's a very ugly black/orange. I should have taken them to small claims court. Strongly suggest you avoid this "cleaners". ZERO STARS read more
