I had a very disappointing and concerning experience at this dry cleaner. I brought in a brand new dress for dry cleaning, and it was returned drastically altered--so much so that it no longer fit and resembled a child-sized top. I also had a pair of shorts tailored at the waist and outer seam, which were returned misshapen and unwearable. When I calmly requested refunds, for the services, using Google Translate in Korean, communication became extremely difficult and unproductive and Hannah became very aggressive with me. At the tail end of a prolonged discussion, I finally received a partial refund for the damaged dress and was refused a refund for the incorrect alterations, as she wanted an opportunity to fix the shorts but they were beyond repair. Both the dress and shorts have to be repurchased, at my expense. During this interaction, another customer entered with similar alteration issues, which raised additional concerns about consistency and quality of work. Most concerning, while I was attempting to resolve the situation and accept a $22 alterations reimbursement from another customer who offered to help, the owner, Hannah, physically shoved me to interrupt the exchange. This escalation was completely inappropriate and unprofessional. I cannot recommend this business based on my experience. I really wanted to like this dry cleaner, but unfortunately my experience was disappointing. The first time I picked up my clothes, I did not check them right away and dropped off a few more items at the same time. When I got home, I saw that the clothes I had just picked up were very wrinkled. By then the shop was closed so I could not go back. The next day I stopped by to pick up the other items before they started on them, but I was too late. I explained about the wrinkles, but there was a language barrier and I do not think they understood me. When I picked up my clothes again today, they were still wrinkled and this time there were visible white starch marks. I pointed it out and the woman nodded, but we could not really communicate. I paid full price both times and left with clothes that looked worse than when I dropped them off. I will not be returning and definitely do not recommend. read more

I use to like this place, but today 12-5-25 I picked my pants up at 930 am because I had a flight to catch at 1130 am. Mind you, I dropped my pants off earlier in the week on Monday and the lady told me my pants will be ready Thursday morning. So I go in to pick my pants up today and she tells me they're not ready and to come back at 11. So I miss my flight and she tells me I can't get a discount! Beware!!! Do not go here! I brought a couple of suits here to be dry cleaned. Half of the clothes I brought in smell like sour milk and the other don't. When I asked why, the response I got was "its chemicals just hang it by a window." But my question was never answered why half of my clothes smell sour and the others don't. They gladly took my money without hesitation. I've been airing out my clothes for over a week now and they still Reek of sour milk. I know the difference in smell between chemical and rotten sour milk. Something in their process is not right. read more

The main problem with this business is the communication skills of its owner, Cho. It is clear from his speech that he was not born in a predominantly English-speaking country. It was really difficult to speak with him. My wife brought in a hooked rug for dry cleaning and identified it was made of wool. Cho accepted it with no warnings. When the rug was returned, it looked like the rug had been washed and not dry cleaned as colors had bled from one area of the rug to another. When the rug was brought back to Cho, he agreed that the colors had bled and asserted that such would happen whether the rug was washed or dry cleaned. Cho said there are no guarantees associated with his work. He made no attempt to even offer a partial refund. He did offer to dry clean the rug again for another $45.00 and stated that the second dry cleaning would not remove the colors that stained the areas that had been only white. Had Cho initially acknowledged that the dry cleaning would likely destroy the rug, it would not have been left with Cho for cleaning. read more

I've been going to this cleaner for almost 10 years without any issues, but today was a completely different story. I recently dropped off a brand new dress for my wife which still had the tags on it, and I just wanted it to be steamed. When I picked it up today there was a section in the front of the dress where the material was melted and it was obviously damaged by this cleaner. When I confronted the owners about it they completely ignored the issue and said "that's not our problem". To say I'm disgusted and disappointed would be an understatement. I've used this place a couple times now for alterations. First time I had some pants hemmed. They were perfect. Second time the waist band of my sons shorts came out, when I picked them up they had sewn the draw string so it did not function but they fixed them in a timely manner and they are perfect. The third time, I had bought some adjustable bed skirts for mine and my sons beds. Spent like $14.00 for each one. They were way to long and looked horrible. Brought them in to get hemmed, it was a little pricey but so worth it. They had to cut seven inches off both of them. They charged me $29.00 for each one. They did a great job and they look incredible. The prices are alittle high but so worth it. read more

I am a big fan of Continental Cleaners. I have used their superior services for over 10 years now. As a retired military officer, I have come to like my shirts heavily starched and on hangers. I was charged $18 to dry clean a basic, wool, woman's pea coat: waist length, no hood, no faux fur, no special lining, no zipper, nothing unusual.
