I have used Crown Cleaners for the past 15 years. I drop off my cleaning and pay when I drop off for ease in pickup. I only trust this cleaner as I had previous experiences that were horrible with my business suits and my husbands fireman uniform. This cleaner saved a white Nordstroms jacket that I had just purchased from my moms dog who jumped on me and got red clay all over it. They had to clean it multiple ways and finally got out the stains. They also do a great job on comforters. The owner and staff have always been kind and efficient. Even have called me a few times when I forgot to pick up. They are my cleaners for life. read more

I was in a time crunch and needed some pants hemmed by the next day, I called around to tailors and dry cleaners in my area, and after calling about 5 places and being told it would take 2-3 days, I called Crown Cleaners. She was super friendly over the phone and asked me when I needed them, it was a half an hour before they closed and I needed them done by noon the next day, she told me come on in! I was sooo happy that I found a place so friendly and easy to work with, with fair prices too. I just picked them up and tried them on, and she hemmed them just the right length and on time. Stay away from this Crown Cleaners. Picked up my wife's blouse Friday, removed it from the plastic wrapping Saturday and it was covered with black smears. Took the blouse back in on Tuesday and the lady working there refused to reclean the blouse, saying we caused the black smears. I use this dry cleaners occasionally. Never had an issue with the quality of the work or the turnaround time. The lady behind the counter is very sweet and always friendly when I stop by to pick up/drop off clothing. Not sure how their pricing competes with other dry cleaners, as I frequent this one the most, but if they charge a little more its worth it to me for the quality of the work, convenient location, and quick turnaround time. read more

I have been going there for several years, not frequently, but every so often, as we don't purchase many articles of clothing that need dry cleaning. I went to pick up a pair of slacks, and took out my debit card. The lady asked me do you have cash? I did not have enough so I said no. She said " that will be an extra 50 cents" I know that they do get charged a small fee but I know it is not 50 cent on a 6.00 charge. I told her never mind, I will get them another time. It comes down to the principle of it. Not that it would have killed me to pay the 50 cent charge, but seriously? Go ahead and waive it as good customer service. read more

This is one of those times when I wish I could give negative stars!! This dry cleaner is DISHONEST. My husband and I just moved to the area and we were looking for a new dry cleaner. We asked for pricing to launder dress shirts (a couple dollars, which was fine) and set up a new account. Unfortunately, it took us 3-4 visits to figure out that something was not right because we did not always have our tickets with us when we picked up our order. Anyways, after a few visits we noticed (only when we didn't have our tickets handy, of course!) that the ticket price provided at drop off and and pick up were different. We didn't want to make false accusation without concrete proof. So, the next time we picked up an order, we told the owner that we "forgot" our ticket. She looked up the order in the computer and gave us a price of $61.00. We pulled out our ticket and showed that the order total was only supposed to be $51.00. The lady blatantly tried to rip us off! She immediately backpedaled, told us we were right, and said that she had made a mistake. Whatever! Unfortunately, we had already given her several items for alterations and 2 dress shirts for dry cleaning. When we picked up the alterations order, a similar situation occurred. The owner tried to charge an additional $10.00 over the ticket price. This time I called her out and she said she had charged $6.35 to dry clean each shirt instead of laundering them as requested. Yeah right! The math didn't add up...at least have the courtesy to come up with a lie that makes sense! I can not believe that a business would operate with such a lack of character and integrity. They literally STEAL from their customers. Unless you have money to waste and enjoy being ripped off, BEWARE!!! read more

If I would have known previously, what I know today, I wouldn't have done business with this company for the last 10 years. I trusted this dry cleaner, until my spouse brought his $128 yellow Tommy Bahama silk shirt in for dry cleaning, along with a few other items. The yellow shirt (which had been dry cleaned from this cleaner numerous time in the past) was dropped off yellow, when picked up, the shirt was no longer yellow but mint green in color. When the color change was brought to the attention of the owner, she tried to blame my husband, their customer. At first she tried to turn the tables, accusing him of laundering the shirt at another cleaners. Then she tried to blame the designer for using low grade color dyes on their silks. We asked, "How can that be possible "? How does a yellow shirt change to a darker shirt? The only logical reasoning behind the color change that we could think of, was that the shirt had to have been laundered with other darker colors along with Crown using cheap dry cleaning solutions. All we asked of Crown Cleaners is that the shirt be replaced. Any good and honest business person would accommodate the request along with deep apologies. NO, not this dry cleaners! All she wanted to do was argue for 30- 40 minutes. Needless to say we reported this incident to Better Business Bureau, we won't be back and our friends have decided to boycott this dry cleaner.
