Hanh's Bridal Alterations did an incredible job altering my wedding dress. My 3 sisters and I all wore the same wedding dress. Between us we have 6 daughters and 5 sons. I asked Hanh to create a wedding day robe out of our dress for our daughters to wear on their special day. Kind of like the traveling pants. :) She also made pockets squares for each of our sons to carry on their special day. I can't tell you how please I am with Hahn's work. They just charged me $32 to dry clean four dress shirts. That's $8 per. Never again. Wow.

They charge a premium price for a service that they do not provide. The front counter person has never been able to communicate with me effectively. I drop clothes off on Monday and they weren't ready till Friday after 4:00. They close at 6:00 which makes it extremely hard to get your clothes for the next week. Again, I cannot communicate with the front counter person because they don't speak English so my complaint that they need to be open slightly longer was not understood. I could easily pay for my dry cleaning to be picked up and delivered for the price they charge without the hassle. read more

I have been going to Fresh Cleaners for about 8 years, even though they are overpriced. The owner never removers a name after weekly interactions, and if there is an alteration request the work is not done, and blamed. On the customer by stating that it was not requested. This has happened a few times. I have decided not to return, and try another green cleaner if I can find one. read more

Over a month ago, I took my fiance's dress shirt, slacks, and my slacks to be dry cleaned here. The lady at the counter was nice and accommodating. I asked her just to launder and press the shirt and to have both of the slacks dry cleaned and pressed. She said something about the dress shirt being small (14 1/2), so she would have to charge as if it were a woman's dress shirt. (Which is always more expensive because it takes more time to press a woman's shirt). I thought that was a bit weird, but I just dropped it off anyway. If I wasn't so hung up on convenience, and lack of knowledge on where to go for a decent dry cleaner, I would have held out and researched for other places. But we were going to a wedding, so my fiance needed the slacks and dress shirt. Turn around time was good. It cost almost $30 for those three items. I felt a bit robbed, but I don't have clothes dry cleaned often, and when I have, it was a place in Lathrop, where I have gotten to know the owners. ;o/ I have had my slacks sitting in the closet since I got them from the cleaners. I don't use business clothes often, but I need to dress up today. I take the slacks out of the plastic, and notice that the lining is peeking out from the bottom. I thought it was a bit strange, but figured that they will disappear once I put them on. I look closer at the hem and notice that the lining is DETACHED from the slacks!!!! UGH!!! Great, all four points are detached from the slacks. It's an easy fix, but so inconvenient. I should have checked my clothes before I left, but you always figure that things are fine when you leave a services establishment. I will never return to this business. I guess I will just use the dry cleaners in Lathrop, whenever I visit home. Or use a business recommended by people I know. Yelp doesn't fail me often, so this was really disappointing. read more

I use Fresh Cleaners because it is the closest cleaner to my house. They have done a great job on a wool coat of mine that i spilled In n Out secret sauce on. The jacket as a whole came out of the cleaners in better condition than it went it. They are an organic cleaner and for that reason one does pay a little bit more. Since I live near the cleaners I occasionally find coupons for Fresh Cleaners in the money saver mailings. It would be a five stars if the prices were a little lower, but I feel paying a little bit more is worth the moral satisfaction of using an organic cleaner. read more

The only reason I'm going to fresh cleaners it's because I was looking for "green" dry cleaners, and fresh cleaners are claiming to be toxic free and environmentally friendly. Other than that I would never go there, the place is a RIPP-OFF!!! Prices are ridiculous, everything is double the price of the regular dry cleaners. Dress is $14, pants $7, dry cleaned shirt $6-7, laundered shirt $2.25. Communication? What communication? There is NO communication, I'm never greeted, all those Asian ladies do is push your clothes for dry cleaning instead of laundry, so you pay more money. God forbid your shirt/top has some fancier buttons - the price automatically increases. I don't have any other complaints, just the prices and the BIG TIME language barrier. read more

We use Fresh Cleaners only because they use organic cleaning products...and I have allergies to some of the chemicals often used by other dry cleaners... Why only 3 stars...Fresh Cleaners IS EXPENSIVE...and they are not really customer friendly. Weird since they are customer dependent! Tried to pick up my suit today (Saturday) at 4:55. The sign on the door and the printing on the receipt states that they are open until 5pm on Saturdays. Place was all locked up and no one would answer the phone. If you can't keep a store open for the stated hours of operation, then you shouldn't have a store. I have used Fresh Cleaners in Roseville, CA twice now and I am very happy with turnaround time, clothes are ready when they promise, they use non-toxic materials, and I bring in my own reusable bag for the clothes - avoiding the use of a plastic bag, and they happily do so for me. This place is owned by the same people that now own the Nugget Plaza Cleaners. They have always been very expensive but that does include "free" home delivery service. The owners of this place are terrible. They are both very, very rude and rather tone deaf. Their comments to my wife and myself have been by far less mature then those of our 8 year old. They have now lost two of my garments and said this has never happened in the past, not even once. They need to talk to some of my neighbors, they have had the same issue and since stopped using this place. The quality of the cleaning job is no better than the others in the are and for the price (75% to 100% more) I have decided to pick up my stuff and save the money. I will add that they did pay the replacement for one of my new dress shirts that they lost but only after a huge hour long argument. In the end it was not hard to prove that they were at fault. I recommend saving your money, picking your laundry up yourself, and giving your business to folks who are good, honest people who appreciate you as a customer. read more

I recently moved to Roseville from Connecticut. When moving out here I had made the mistake of packing my favorite dress with some solid lotion from Lush.... well... the heat made the lotion melt (lotion was in the package) all over my pristine white dress. Because of this, it made a neighboring black dress bleed all over my white (and what I fondly refer to as my 'Marylyn Monroe') dress. You can only imagine the mess! Anyways, I took it to Fresh Cleaners and pleaded to have them save my dress! They didn't make any promises besides the fact that they would try. And succeed they did! I had never thought that anything could get the nasty stain out. I talked to the wonderful woman at the desk and she assured me that they worked very hard to get that stain out. I was so pleased I gave the woman a huge hug! I can only thank Ms. Kim and her wonderful staff for such excellent service. I will see you ladies again soon as I will not hesitate to bring all my of my dry cleaning/ tailoring. read more
