Despite being informed to pick it up after 5pm on Saturday, we arrived punctually only to find the cleaners closed. No one answered the phone, and the disappointment led us to JC Penney for a last-minute alternative that unfortunately didn't match. I cannot recommend this service at all! read more

THIS PLACE IS HORRIBLE. I left my dress two days ago and said i need it for Sunday. They said ok come whenever. So I came the next day and they couldn't find my dress. After searching for 10 min they found my slip and told me that it's not ready and to come back. I tried them based on the reviews but learned on my second visit that I need to look elsewhere. I travel for business and must rely on the promised date to insure that I will have the clothes required for my trips. On the 2nd visit I was told that 1 shirt had a stain and required an extra day. This was not a problem this time, but if I was flying out the following day it could have been an issue. If I can't rely on the date promised they are no use to me. Also, the sign in the window states "Same Day Service Mon - Fri if in by 10am" when I inquired about it (9:30am on a Friday) I was told they couldn't do it that day. The door was open, the machines were on, and someone was working on something. But no one ever approached the counter to help me. The little chime played when I walked through the door and everything. But after waiting a few minutes and no one, including the elderly man working who looked up and saw me, came to the counter I had to leave. Maybe the do a good job, I'll never know. Wow did they scam me here. Dropped off my ladies work clothes as a new customer since they were the only place open. They handed me my ticket and sent me on my way. I look at the ticket now and there is no pricing on it. I show up and get hit with an 80 dollar dry cleaning bill for 4 shirts and sweater and 2 skirt. Her shirts are to small they tell me. And it's more expensive. She goes back to work tomorrow so I am basically stuck with this bill. Go down the street they give much better service. read more

My only experience here: i dropped off a pair of slacks for dry cleaning. When i returned to pick them up, i was charged an additional $6 for them to fix the hem. 1. I wasn't aware that there was a problem with the hem. 2. Seems to me, they should have notified me and gotten my permission first, or fixed for free. read more

Many years ago I had a horrible experience with a dry cleaner in antelope that royally messed up my husband's military uniforms and hats. So I have been skeptical to take them to unknown places. We recently moved up the street from these guys and for convenience purposes I took a leap of faith based off the two reviews prior to mine. And boy am I happy that I did! I took his dress whites in on a Tuesday with major stains.....like stains I thought could never come out. They promised to have them ready by Friday. And to my surprise they were ready and 100% stain free with a professional military style press. I am so delighted to have a new dry cleaner literally across the street from where I live! And FYI I don't believe many of the people that work here speak very much english so I can see why there may have been some confusion or communication problem for the hearing impaired customer trying to call. I don't see a conversation with myself via telephone going very well with them either but in person the communication wasn't terrible. The job gets done. My son 'forgot' that he needed his uniform (which we had dropped off but was not going to be ready until the next day), when I called and asked if it could be ready in 30 min, she put a rush on it and had it done by the time I got there, they were finishing up on the pressing when I walked in the door. I was pleasantly surprised, one super friendly and helpful service. Stains were marked. She disc robed the levels of starching and helped me choose the correct one. I was so pleased at pick up!!! Also, I had dropped off a cashmere scarf purchased years ago in Italy, much loved, but there were stains I was told were permanent. I have been getting my ROTC Uniform cleaned & pressed for the past four years at First Impression's and when they closed I decided to try this place. I will NEVER go back; I had three uniform pieces to clean & press (shirt, pants, windbreaker). The gentleman I dropped off the clothes with said it would be $14 I was already shocked at the price compared to the $8 I had been paying; when I went in today the lady charged me $22!! It was ridiculous and when I got the uniform home, the shirt was not fully cleaned. I will NEVER go back & NEVER recommend it. read more
