I can't tell you how much we love this dry cleaner. They are super friendly, alway do a great job and do it all at the best value around. These guys have got stains out that I thought would never come out. They have cleaned my best suits, my wife's dresses and everything in-between. They will take care of just about anything you can think of. I highly recommend giving Stanford Cleaners a try. You won't be disappointed. Love that they live in our community too. Was told table linen to dry clean was $10 each piece. I had 10 linens and when my husband picked them up he was told they would be $33 each. I also tried to reach them and the two numbers listed on website are no longer in service September 2026 read more

The guy gave me two different prices He said the dress would be 19.99 then when he had me fill out the info on the computer he quickly changed the screen and I said that dresses are 17.99 Then when I came to pickup he said 39.99... I said what??? You told me 19.99 He said ok.. Like wtf? Never coming back. Nothing wrong with their work just weird CS read more

They got me in for an emergency same day press of a suit and saved my interview! Very friendly and the price wasn't any better or worse than competitors. I appreciate the service. read more

I'm assisting my best friend with her wedding preparations, and we entrusted the dry cleaning of her soon-to-be-husband's outfit to this place. Despite being informed to pick it up after 5pm on Saturday, we arrived punctually only to find the cleaners closed. No one answered the phone, and the disappointment led us to JC Penney for a last-minute alternative that unfortunately didn't match. I cannot recommend this service at all! read more

Fast, friendly, reliable. Everting you want in a local cleaners! I definitely recommend!!!

Been taking my clothes here for years. The owners are so nice, and accommodating when I need a rush job.

THIS PLACE IS HORRIBLE. I left my dress two days ago and said i need it for Sunday. They said ok come whenever. So I came the next day and they couldn't find my dress. After searching for 10 min they found my slip and told me that it's not ready and to come back. I went to go back today and it is a Sunday and apparently they're closed on Sunday and now I don't have a dress for my bridal shower that is today. WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE. WORST EXPERIENCE read more

Support small businesses like laundry and dry cleaning services. I tried a couple of others in the area, but I came here for a few times and they won me over. Friendly and polite. Hard working and quality service and results. Came in a few months back after taking summer off (wearing shorts and tee shirts for six months) and she remembered me. It must be challenging with the lockdown and all. I hope they can weather the storm. I'm disappointed at all the criticism in the reviews. I've been bringing shirts and slacks to them for years and never a problem. read more

New to Rocklin. Take great care of my garments. Always reliable! Definitely recommend

Happy with the service here. Prices are reasonable when compared to other cleaners in the area and they also clean shoes. Not many cleaners will clean your shoes, so that's a plus. read more

Stanford Cleaners - Laundry Services Near Me - Rocklin, California

I have been a customer of Stanford Cleaners for years now. Even when I lived in Fair Oaks and I drove past handful of different cleaners just to get to Stanford Cleaners I have remained a faithful customer because of the services and professionalism that they have continually offered me over the years. I recommend them to anyone for anything regarding your alteration or dry cleaning needs. read more

I tried them based on the reviews but learned on my second visit that I need to look elsewhere. I travel for business and must rely on the promised date to insure that I will have the clothes required for my trips. On the 2nd visit I was told that 1 shirt had a stain and required an extra day. This was not a problem this time, but if I was flying out the following day it could have been an issue. If I can't rely on the date promised they are no use to me. Also, the sign in the window states "Same Day Service Mon - Fri if in by 10am" when I inquired about it (9:30am on a Friday) I was told they couldn't do it that day. I asked about the window sign and he just smiled and gave no further explanation. read more

The door was open, the machines were on, and someone was working on something. But no one ever approached the counter to help me. The little chime played when I walked through the door and everything. But after waiting a few minutes and no one, including the elderly man working who looked up and saw me, came to the counter I had to leave. Maybe the do a good job, I'll never know. The dry cleaners down the street were very helpful on the other hand, they'll have my business moving forward. Not this place. read more

Good and fast service, a little bit expensive 6 something for a men dress shirt, and thats without ironing!!! Overall they were nice

As a hearing impaired client, I tried calling this place using Video Relay Service and was hanged by them after making several attempt. My first impression on customer service when a call cannot connect. Don't know about their dry cleaning service, but I now know not a disability access friendly company. Will continue to search for others. read more

This is my new dry cleaners! I have been to countless cleaners in the area and I finally am happy with this one. They are always on time, have good prices, and don't over starch. read more

Always been happy with this place. Great job on the uniforms and very friendly . Would recommend this to friends and family

Great place! I was very grateful to get shirts ready for the holidays and they were very generous to have it done when I needed them. The shirts turn out beautifully. Thank you all much :) read more

I have used Stanford Cleaners for several years. The owners are very friendly, they clean and press well and their suit alterations were well done. Every time I drop a suit off, I can always rely on it being ready on the date promised. Having actually used their cleaning services, they deserve a five star rating based on my experience. read more

Wow did they scam me here. Dropped off my ladies work clothes as a new customer since they were the only place open. They handed me my ticket and sent me on my way. I look at the ticket now and there is no pricing on it. I show up and get hit with an 80 dollar dry cleaning bill for 4 shirts and sweater and 2 skirt. Her shirts are to small they tell me. And it's more expensive. She goes back to work tomorrow so I am basically stuck with this bill. Go down the street they give much better service. read more

Complete rip off!!! What usually costs me $80 at other places, cost me $200!!! Plus half of the buttons on shirts cracked. Big mistake coming to this place!! Horrible prices with lousy quality! Extremely upset!!! read more

My only experience here: i dropped off a pair of slacks for dry cleaning. When i returned to pick them up, i was charged an additional $6 for them to fix the hem. 1. I wasn't aware that there was a problem with the hem. 2. Seems to me, they should have notified me and gotten my permission first, or fixed for free. read more

Awesome service. I took my white and black summer dress to get cleaned and it looks like new! The lady that was there took her time and found a little stain I hadn't even noticed. I was worried that the fabric/color would get damaged and she assured me I had nothing to worry about. I am amazed at how bright and flawless it looks. Terrific customer service. read more

Many years ago I had a horrible experience with a dry cleaner in antelope that royally messed up my husband's military uniforms and hats. So I have been skeptical to take them to unknown places. We recently moved up the street from these guys and for convenience purposes I took a leap of faith based off the two reviews prior to mine. And boy am I happy that I did! I took his dress whites in on a Tuesday with major stains.....like stains I thought could never come out. They promised to have them ready by Friday. And to my surprise they were ready and 100% stain free with a professional military style press. I am so delighted to have a new dry cleaner literally across the street from where I live! And FYI I don't believe many of the people that work here speak very much english so I can see why there may have been some confusion or communication problem for the hearing impaired customer trying to call. I don't see a conversation with myself via telephone going very well with them either but in person the communication wasn't terrible. The job gets done. That's all that matters in my book :) read more

My wife and I have been frequent repeat users for about the last 7 years, we really like their service. The owner is extremely helpful and friendly. They have never been late or caused damage. read more

I will NEVER go back! I asked specifically about a part of my dress to be sure it was safe to dry clean before I left it. I was assured it would be fine. It wasn't! They took no responsibility for the problem. Dress ruined and they refused to refund my money. read more

Have been using their service for several years, always happy there. Today they went above and beyond. My son 'forgot' that he needed his uniform (which we had dropped off but was not going to be ready until the next day), when I called and asked if it could be ready in 30 min, she put a rush on it and had it done by the time I got there, they were finishing up on the pressing when I walked in the door. Thank you for saving him from a failing grade for the day! (Hopefully he will not do this again!) read more

Being new to the area I tried several other cleaners, none of which I was happy with either clothes didn't seem clean, too much starch, stains, etc. I went here not expecting much. I was pleasantly surprised, one super friendly and helpful service. Stains were marked. She disc robed the levels of starching and helped me choose the correct one. I was so pleased at pick up!!! Also, I had dropped off a cashmere scarf purchased years ago in Italy, much loved, but there were stains I was told were permanent. Not to them, she asked if I could come back a little later for it as she was working on it. Yes of course! Well it looks like new! So happy I found them!! Great place! Give them a try read more

I have been getting my ROTC Uniform cleaned & pressed for the past four years at First Impression's and when they closed I decided to try this place. I will NEVER go back; I had three uniform pieces to clean & press (shirt, pants, windbreaker). The gentleman I dropped off the clothes with said it would be $14 I was already shocked at the price compared to the $8 I had been paying; when I went in today the lady charged me $22!! It was ridiculous and when I got the uniform home, the shirt was not fully cleaned. I will NEVER go back & NEVER recommend it. read more
