I took an area rug to California cleaners for them to dry clean. It was pretty dirty because it was in a high traffic area. They did a fantastic job with it and restored it to "like new" condition. Do not use these people. Well unless you don't mind your clothes being lost or damaged. I took a favorite CABI sweater (approximately 100) and they lost, I even showed a photo of the sweater and no help nor did they apologize. All you have to do is go inside and see what a disaster it is. I also took a pair of nice whit sneakers to be cleaned and they are now tan. Nope. Dropped off two dresses to get dryer cleaned with a small alteration to one. Supposed to be ready Tuesday at 4:00pm, went in and they weren't done. Said they'd be done in the morning. I'm here at 9:45am (they supposedly open at 9:30) and nobody is here, doors locked. I have to drive to the airport in 15 mins for my brother's graduation (hence why I need the dresses now) in Colorado and now I'm stressed that I will not have anything to wear. Never coming here again. Completely unreliable. read more

Terrible -- they have lost my $300 St. John Knit women's suit, plus a sweater and two men's shirts for laundry. They were promised for Saturday, April 29, 2023. As it was explained to me, my clothes were evidently in Hannah's father's car which she explained had been repossessed (!) and was in an impound lot. You can't make up a story like this! She promised to call me once this was all fixed, and deliver my items when they were done. I have not received a single call from her since Saturday, and today they aren't answering the phone. Or at least they're not answering my calls. This is outrageous to my way of thinking. read more

picked up sweater today; gal behind the counter did not have a mask on, asked why? She said that most of her customers do not want her to wear a mask? She said, "if you want I will put one on"...she did, but the point is, she was not wearing a mask and there others in the building [a young man] and he too was not wear a mask. It's no wonder that Lincoln had the highest Covid-19 cases in Placer county. Won't go back there. Gal was sarcastic also when I asked her about the mask. read more

We've been going to California cleaners for a while and the end results have been average until we took stuff in for our wedding. We took 5 pairs of jeans to be starched and we couldn't have been more disappointed. He only pressed them from the thigh down, so the upper portion of the jeans was wrinkled and between the legs there was a ton of crusty starch. We ended up having to wash them and take them to a different cleaners to be re-done. We also took linens in to be pressed and cleaned. He charged over $20 per linen when most places charge around or below $10. Needless to say we probably won't be going back here. read more

I dropped a few shirts off to get laundered here. Service was fine until I realized they wrote my name in the clothes in permanent marker on my $100 shirt. Couldn't believe a dry cleaner would do this without even asking. Went to the new store by Safeway not only was it cheaper but they laughed when i told them not to write on my clothes. They said they would never mark my clothes and had a digital inventory system to keep track of everything. read more
