Well, I definitely tried to utilize this service, but to no avail. I contacted the business thru their website contact form to set up a day & time to pick up my slacks that needed a repair. Ms.Todd, ( possibly owner or representative; she never mentioned exactly who she was), contacted me through my email and made arrangements to have my item picked up. She gave me no specific time frame, but said she'd come by. As per her instructions, I placed them in a bag at my door, ready for pickup. The day came and went. No one ever came or called. I emailed later in the evening and told her I'll take my business elsewhere, since no attempt was made. She emailed me and stated that, "The competition is fierce and she gave no time frame". I really didn't understand what that meant, but I realized this was not the location for me. Maybe you'll have a better chance of getting your items and laundry picked up than I did, so good luck!! read more

I tried using them and being patient but it seems as though they don't need any more business. 1- They took 2 days to call me back. Not a huge deal, but same day or next day would have been great. I still gave them a chance. 2- When they called, I was told a bag would be delivered to me so I can put my shirts in. That didn't happen. They never delivered a bag. Strike 2. 3- I got a text on Monday reminding me to set my bag out for a Tuesday pickup. Well, I never got a bag. I did still have shirts to get cleaned so I figured I would give them one last chance. I put the shirts in my own bag and set them out. I was told I would be on the very first part of the pickup and to have my shirts out by 7 and they would be picked up 7-7:30am. At 9:30 they still didn't arrive and my wife was leaving so she brought them in. I texted the lady about this and she now said I would be picked up later and that I wasn't the first in the route. She lied. Nobody is home to put them back out so they lost my business. 2 days to call back, no bag when I was told I would get one and lied about my pickup time. The last three times our clothes have come back wrinkled, appeared to have been pressed without being cleaned as an example there were straight pins still left in a shirt. These were brand new shirts never worn before. My husband attached a note last Wednesday, August 1, 2018 to the button of his brand new lavender checkered shirt. When he went to wear it today not only was the shirt still very wrinkled - he attached a note to a button on his brand new shirt asking to please not return his shirts wrinkled and not pressed. The button the note was attached too was ripped completely off. I am not sure if the company has a disgruntled employee or what but someone needs to pay for this dress shirt. We did leave a message for Chelsea first thing this morning on the following phone number: (916) 434-2700. No return call as of 9:58 am this morning. The voicemail clearly stated I was concerned about the dry cleaning I left outside this morning to be picked up and asked for a return call. Because we have cameras on our home I watched the dry cleaning be picked up without a returned phone call. I have a picture of my husbands damaged/wrinkled shirt. I am not pleased. read more
