We originally planned for four services: widening the waist, hemming, tapering, and a final dry clean. After doing the waist and trying everything on again, he recommended that we just go with hemming and the dry clean instead. He could've easily charged me more, but he didn't. His experience with tailoring clothes for Asian and shorter body types really came through. In the end, he cared more about making sure I looked good than making money. Highly recommended. Her customer service skills need improvement. She really is not friendly. The previous owners and workers were so much nicer. Seems like their turnaround time was better too. I was surprised that my 3 items were given a 3.5 day turnaround time. My old cleaners in SoCal could turn orders around in 2 days, but might ask if 3 was ok if I wasn't in a rush. Anyway, I happened to be in the area running errands late morning, so I thought I'd pop in to see if by any chance it was ready early. That's fine if it wasn't ready, but she wasn't even going to check! Finally, she " checked " (I think she was faking it), and then said, " No, not ready. " I did return after 2:30PM to get the items and was disappointed that they didn't follow the specific directions I gave them to NOT crease the sleeve patches on the uniform, plus the service blazer looked worse than when we brought it in for cleaning. Lots of lint. And they put it on a skinny wire hanger, not the nice hanger that has a wide insert for service coats. (They put it on the nice hanger the last time we dropped it off for cleaning a couple months ago. Don't know if they have a new worker just learning the ropes?) This last dry cleaning order/ visit left a really bad taste in my mouth. I was going to go in to complain in person, but really don't want to deal with that lady again. I'm going to have to ask around for recommendations for another dry cleaner. I miss the previous owners of Park Drive Cleaners.

Dependable results, great stitching solutions adding years to my shirts, and refitting of my clothes as my size changes due to weight loss. Personalized service (they know me by name) and if I need a rush job, they can do it for me even in a pinch. Note--even though they are called "Dry Clean Today", this one is under separate ownership from the main chain. A little more expensive but I find the results more reliable and higher quality pressing/color sensitivity than many cheaper places.

Their quality and attention to detail matches any high-end French laundry I have ever used. My shirts are handmade and the fabrics are sometimes more fragile than an average shirt and Buds makes sure that they are well pressed, the collar and cuffs are in the proper place and detail every shirt as if it were the most expensive material. Suits and sport coats are pressed by hand rather than stamped by a commercial press and the materials are always handled with Care. Their pricing is also very fair. They are an amazing company and from what I've seen, treat every customer like family unlike the arrogant attitude I found with my past cleaner! Five star.
